3 years ago Giant was number two in exorbitant prices behind Acme I did much better at Weis and way way better at Walmart in the last year Giant has become much more reasonable and I do shop there on a regular basis they did a very good job of adjusting to make things doable and affordable the employees are very helpful and it's a pleasant experience I know the store blindfolded! Actually most of the items that I get at Walmart are now very closely priced by Giant and I can pick any of them up there! Actually the main reason I go to Walmart is because of my prescriptions.

While shopping in the store on Saturday, I forgot a bag that I paid for at the register. When I called the next day and spoke with Chloe, she was able to find the missing items and mentioned that I could return this afternoon to pick them up. The customer service could not have been better from the store. Thank You giant and Chloe especially!

This is the worst giant store in Pennsylvania. Management doesn’t care about anything. Front desk (customer service desk) employees are rude, Is all dirty and disorganized.Nobody to help you. Only one cashier and only a few self-checkout machines that work. Every item or product are overpriced.I was there today and took me half hour in line. I hope that they close this store for good.Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

They used to have the app work on your phone so we can scan items and bag as we go you haven't at it for 2 wks so with out it I can shop another food store that's cheaper O well u just lost upto 300$ and sometimes more your lost not ours. when u bring it back text me in till that time see u

Management needs to fix the pricing issues or have the Customer Service representatives respect prices as advertised in the store.The first issue was a sale in the meat department that had 2 mark-down stickers with different prices. You would think it would be obvious that the lower price gets rung up. However the cashier rung up the higher price. When the discrepancy was brought to Customer Service, the lady behind the counter took the meat package and removed the lower price sticker with her fingernail on both packages! Are you kidding me?!? This is both unsanitary and frankly terrible customer service!This happened a second time with frozen items that were marked down in the store. The register did not recognize the sale, so again it was taken to Customer Service. The lady took out the weekly and said she didn’t see the sale. When asked, she went back to check and saw the marking. Despite seeing it was advertised as marked down, she did not honor it.What ever happened to keeping the customer satisfied? I wish these were isolated incidents but they are just recent examples from this month. Clearly they have an issue at this store with their prices ringing up correctly. They should honor what is advertised and learn to be respectful to their customers.

I love going here to pick up quick fresh meals. Especially on Wednesdays when they have specials on their Sushi which is made fresh and in-house. I always buy a few packages.

just left this giant for the last time. I was using self check out the sale price didn't come up, pressed the assistance button an employee came over, and told me that she didn't have time to check the price and said I should get my phone and take a picture of the price on the sign, and bring it back and show her. Are you kidding me? one star is too generous, never again.

This is one of the cleaner, well stocked, and friendlier Giants.I order from their food department all the time and the employees are very friendly. I just wish they had a bell they could ring because sometimes it takes a while to get the attention of one of their employees.Overall, the location is great, and it is located in a shopping center with many other great merchants.Directly across the street is also a brand new Wawa, as well as there being a bank in the same center, so you could literally kill 4 to 5 stones at this location.Update:If you have yet to try, their order to go meals are phenomenal!Their fried chicken, mac n cheese, boneless wings are top notch.But just be forewarned.The boneless wings and mac n cheese come frozen, so give urself time to heat them up.I found out the hard way. Wish they would have told me when I ordered.

This is our go to local store. They have everything. Staff is very friendly. Using the good RX app the pharmacy prices are extremely low.

A delight shopping here, customer service is very accurate with information. Meats are sectioned nicely for purchase. Clean and fresh, from the door entrance is into the most beautiful arrangement of flowers setting a comfortable experience. Best of all people working are cheerful, polite and so helpful. Noise level is not distracting you are able to concentrate on your shopping. Good store!!

This store has a good layout and nice vibe. They offer a wide variety of foods including vegan and organic. They also have a lot of items on sale and I feel like I save while there. Plus the gas station next door is great. Especially when they give you a deal per gallon. I recommend this store!

Love this store. I live close by, it's convenient and typically always stocked well. The employees are cool and always willing to help me find whatever it is I need help finding. They always have a nice selection of flowers too right when you first walk in.

I always get donuts from here but lately whoever is in charge of them is slacking big time the donuts are over cooked , undercooked , icing is barely on it and its just a mess. It's not consistent anymore.

This store is shell of what it used to be. Going here for 20+ years... no carts today. Actually heard an employee say you have to get your own from the cart house. we don't have enough employees to get carts. Lines are backed up so much .... shoppers with hundreds of items are in self checkouts.... terrible.

We are frequent shoppers of this location. Had a very bad experience today at the store. The fruit and vegetable section was terrible. We were looking to buy pineapple, grapefruit,pumelos and other assorted items in the section. Most items seemed old or bruised. Also when leaving the section we had to move to the side of the aisle to avoid being hit by a cart being pushed by 3 employees. They didn’t say excuse me , just continued to push the cart and expected my wife and myself to move. Going forward I think we will find a nicer store to shop in .

Clean, spacious store. I have moved away 14 years ago and I must say, Giant has made monumental changes to better their appearance. Stocked shelves, great variety. Shop Giant, you will not be disappointed.
