First time visiting this pet store. Photos were being taken with the Easter bunny, who did such an amazing job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is so much merchandise to choose from if you want to buy a sweet treat or toy or food for your pet.

This pet store is great, has pet supplies for dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, birds and etc. They have a large selection of dog and cat food. The pet toy selection has many great affordable toys. Lots of nice fish tanks and fish food.

This is by far my favorite pet store to shop in. The employees are always so helpful and nice. I love the variety of treats and toys they have. Being a very holistic family, we give our dog a raw food diet and the selection of raw treats they have is great. Love shopping here!

Store forces you to sign up for their mailing list of you use bills larger then $20. Illegally will not take U.S. tender even though it is clearly printed on all of currency. To be used for good or services but would not allow me to make a purchase without signing me up for something I did not want.Will be contacting the local officials and their main head office to notify them of these forceful practices.

Their prices are not the same as the big chains like pet smart, but they stock a lot of the higher end foods (dog, cat, treats, etc) and some of the more niche products for animals that you won’t see you at the large box stores.

A great non superchain pet store. Very clean and well stocked. They carry premium brand products. Pricing is better than the big chains and they always have coupons in the local clipper magazines. Take advantage of their big 30% off sales, you can get great deals and stock up. Highly recommended .

Staff here is always super friendly! My dog is allergic to chicken, and seems sensitive to poultry as well, so we have to be very careful about what brands of food (and even flavors) we feed her.Concord keeps a number of high-quality dog and cats foods in stock (as well as your commonly-used grocery store brands), has a multitude of toys, bed, crates, etc., and has a section for small pets as well.

I was shocked when I walked into the store.It was much larger then it looked from the outside.Very large with a TON of different dog/cat food and items. Also fish and other animal items.Very, VERY CLEAN.As above they must have 20+ cat food brands and one in particular I researched and decided for one of my cats with Cancer(lymphoma)/Ibd.Pet Smart didn't carry it and I'm so glad a local place carries it cause Chewy is always out of stock.I bought a 24 pack and it matched Chewy in price etc...decent prices, clean, lots of variety.

Great place to shop for pets foods. Only a little more than Walmart, the items I needed were only a few bucks more and have more dog toy and food options. The staff are very friendly polite and helpful. The place is very clean, nice vibes. I’m glad I started coming here and will continue.

This has been my go-to store for my dogs for five years and we are never disappointed. Among their wide selection, they have very healthy foods that I can't find anywhere else. My dogs had allergies to popular brands but we were able to find a brand that works great for them. And they have basically everything else we need for our dogs. oh and I grab a fresh baked cookie for my little ones whenever I go, so this store is their favorite too!!!

Horrible store return policy!! My first visit I bought a bag of rather expensive food for for my puppy and luckily I looked at the date just before feeding it to him because it was about to expire in 2 days and it was raw kibble. The lady at the store was unapologetic and said they only give store credit. She seemed more perplexed as to how it was on their shelf rather than sorry that I almost fed it to my pup. Furthermore, I save the store credit /gift card for the upcoming sale today and when I checkout they tell me we'll let you go today but just so you know we don't usually accept gift cards on big sale days!!?? What kind of policy is that? Only buy from here if you are absolutely certain you won't return anything!

We love Concord Pet supply. They are always helpful . But this past weekend my husband and I attended a Lulu dog rescue at the facility.We have waited almost 2 years to replace our beloved chocolate lab.We chose a beautiful male puppy. His name was Zach. I called my daughter and granddaughter and they came right away. We completed an application. Lulu asked for two references and our previous vet. I gave the women from New Jersey Ark Animal and a co-worker friend of 25 years and dog owner herself. My second reference was a dog owner friend of 10 years and i have watched her dog when out of town. During my verbal interview I was asked how old I was and would I have the temperament and energy for taking a "puppy" and did I know the work . How was I going to provide for this puppy while working. I explained my work schedule and my husbands and elaborated that i had two grown children in the area and we all helped each other with our pets when necessary. She asked me how I would socialize the dog. Again both my children have dogs. I have use Central Bucks dog sitting rather than put my dog in a kennel.And then we get an email saying we were not a fit. Good luck with your search. I called Miss Teri and asked why. No call back. I was told to read my contract that she did not have to explain why we were turned down. I am posting here so other families are aware of the potential upset with their children and families. All of our references were stellar.

Incredibly rude and very unfriendly. The lady acted annoyed when I was asking questions about the product. She was mean to the other customer who was simply trying to make sure she knew he was there. She yelled "hands off" at my 7-year old who was touching an aquarium. Some serious anger management is needed in here.

They had the particular puppy food I needed for our new puppy in order to keep him on the food he was used to. The particular brand/ formula is not commonly available in our area. Staff was helpful on the phone and in store.
