What I find a bit frustrating about shopping our local Goodwill stores is the outrageous prices placed on their items. The only saving grace at this store is their manager, Dan, who is exceptional in store organization and customer service. He has no control over the pricing that is dictated by their office headquarters. I’ve added some photos to show some price tags. I certainly support the efforts made by Goodwill to assist those in need but I do not support their exorbitant pricing.

This Goodwill is my go to , One of my favorite one every time I go I find something unique, And the price for furniture or not outrageous like the other Goodwills . Don't get me wrong some days you might go and you don't find nothing that interests you that particular day not that they don't have any goodies , Going to good news for me is I going to a treasure hunt.

I have been shopping here for a few years now. I have donated hundreds of dollars of stuff here. I am shocked at how the prices have been rising in the past year. I was here last week and again this week. On some items they have more than doubled. I can buy new items in the store near me for the same cost that they are charging. I will never donate anything else to a Goodwill again. They get the stuff for free and charge an arm and a leg. How is that benefitting the community?

Only one star because the manager Jason was a complete jerk to his coworker Thomas. Jason told Thomas that the reason the line was so long because Thomas was slow. This is a place that prides itself to employ the disabled and those just starting out. Completely unprofessional and unprovoked behavior. I thought goodwill was better than this.

I will never donate to this store again! The guy who worked at the drop off today would not help me unload my stuff! I had a huge load and he just walked away? There are other thrift store that will not only help you but most insist on unloading everything!

Have popped in and out of here over the years. It is a pretty clean store, nice staff, nice selection of clothing and DVDs.Found an Arcade1up machine here for $35 after military discount. Was stated 'broken and non returnable' but I pulled it apart and got it working just fine. What a deal!Would visit again.

Good memories of the time I was in the US. Store with good prices, cheap, semi-new brand clothes, many men's pants, shirts and ties. I went to the store many times. I love this.

Thanks for nothing!I was impressed with how well organized the items were compared to my lame local Avondale store. Especially nice that the Concord Pike store groups & marks all clothing for size, using color-coded tags. Also, unlike the Avondale store, they know men's clothing from women's.Sad to see prices have nearly doubled in Good Will stores over the past few years, including this one.Unfortunately, the Concord Pike store totally lost our respect today. We waited in line for at least 45 minutes and there were still 3 carts in front of us with just a single, very slow check-out staffer on duty!We had an appointment to get to and so had to leave. The hour-and-a-half we'd spent choosing items & the 45 minutes in line totally wasted!We won't be back.

The staff are very friendly. The selection is mediocre but I suppose that's subject to the day & what's been donated. A nice denim skirt and some small decorative items for the bookshelf were the treat of the day👌🏾

It was just okay....furniture section didn't have much of a selection.... didn't really check out any clothes... housewares was good..just didn't see anything I REALLY wanted. But I must say this for ALL Goodwill stores. .... for all of the folk that ate decluttering, downsizing, etc. Your prices are ridiculously high. You're getting free donations and you are charging more.

This is my Macy's! Great selection of clothes, great sales and half off Tuesdays on furniture Special weeks. Staff is wonderful, helpful and courteous. Management does outstanding job with creating store setup. Feels like your shopping in Department store! Love my Chadds Ford GW.

I am currently pregnant and went in to find some stuff for my baby. I bought a shelf, games, and a play center thing. I was by my car trying to unlock it and dropped the game and the cards inside started blowing all over with the wind. This nice man Micah came over and helped me pick up all the pieces and then put it in the car. He then asked if I was donating or picking anything up and I told him I was picking up the shelf. He helped me put the shelf in my car. I haven't received such amazing customer service in years! All the employees were so kind and Micah was an all star for helping me so much!!!!

I go here to get books for my kids and sometimes look on tue shelves. Not much. A lot of junk and you can barely get anything decent there because there are EBay & FB marketplace vultures that seems to live and visit this place everyday. Shame.

This place was awesome. I got plenty of new glasses for my kitchen. And they had overnight hiking bags! I snagged 2 for like 20 dollars each! I'm gonna go back for sure.

The manager is very rude person. I put a dishes set for the amount of $15 as set (the label were on the each items) in the cart when I wanted to pay, she grab my cart and come back to the back store and told me in a very impolitely that I don’t sell it to you in this price!

Several customers didn't have masks on, and no one was trying to keep a distance from me while in the store. It felt a bit unnerving, but honestly I'm not sure how that can be solved by the store. Generally a good selection of clothes, but the housewares were pretty picked over. I'll be coming back though, Goodwill is always a place to stop by several times to see what great deals they have.

Very clean and organized. Only issue was the line to check out, I was there for 30 mins waiting... I know everyone is short staffed so I understand but it was still a little irritating.

Unfortunately this place is extremely overpriced when it comes to electronics. It’s definitely the highest priced items among the rest of the goodwills.A Sony VCR will would be priced $19.99DVD player would be priced $29.99The items in the electronic section do not sell because of the unfair pricing.These items are used, untested and non returnable. So not cool.I absolutely love the goodwill and I shop all the stores around everyday.Please review your pricing methods to ensure units are getting sold.Thank you.

One of my favorite thrift stops. I love it here. Been going here for 10 years . Some days I walk out with nothing and that’s fine. Staff is friendly to me . I used to work for goodwill awhile ago for many years. Things have changed but I will still always shop with them. I go mainly for clothing .

This used to be my favorite goodwill. I don’t know what happened, I suspect they’re cherry picking the majority of the actual good stuff for their auction website, but for the last couple of years the selection has gone downhill in a major way. Most of the time I leave with nothing. It’s disappointing. The racks are half empty and the store feels dirty and looks messy and unorganized. Every time I come here I ask myself why I am wasting my time. A few years ago I could easily spend $50-$100 every single trip and leave with a cart full of amazing secondhand items. I won’t be surprised when this locations follows the direction of the Boothwyn goodwill and ends up shutting its doors. Management doesn’t seem to care either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The best Goodwill I’ve ever visited! Had an amazing selection of toys and DVDs. Great staff! I came here from Florida to visit family and this out beats any thrift store in FL! 20/10

A waste of time. Called them about an hour ago, asking if they would take a futon frame and other furniture. They said yes without hesitation. I get there a half hr, didn’t even get a chance to take anything out of my SUV, and they said they wouldn’t take any furniture. They also that the people I would have spoken to an hour ago when I called wouldn’t have said that they accept furniture, essentially calling me a liar. I rarely leave reviews, but I am upset. Don’t waste your time going to to is Goodwill.

Insanely overpriced! The man collecting donations today (6:30 p.m.) was beyond rude, we had a lot of stuff to donate and stopped because of how awful we were being treated. We had a car full of new and nearly new toys and clothes, that will be donated elsewhere.

It was ok except for the water fountains weren't closed off, so clearly you could use them. And some Kids that come with their parents use them by putting their mouth right on the water thing, and then another kid does the same. And that is a PERFECT way to get covid.
