My dogs get so excited when I ask them if they want to go to Giggy Bites! It’s our favorite place! Shiloh and Pumpkin love the beef jerky, the liver muffins and pretty much anything they can get their paws on. Anything you could possibly want for your dog is here. They even have a cat section! Such a cozy atmosphere and Stephanie always knows just what my dogs will like. They’re always accommodating and make my dogs’ birthdays and gotcha days awesome! My dogs are bully breeds and even though they are very sweet, people tend to discriminate against them but never at Giggy Bites; they’re welcoming to every breed! My dogs love Giggy Bites and so do I!

Was looking around for a nice birthday treat for my dog and found this place. The staff were really nice and helped me find the best birthday bandanna for my dog. Was really impressed by their impressive selection of dog treats/birthday cakes available. Staff were really warm and welcoming, definitely will return.

The best place for dogs!!! Four paws 🐾 down!! The staff was extraordinary nice and helpful to ALL of us. The store was nicely set out and not too packed where you could get around easily. I could have bought up the entire store. I loved it. The healthy snacks for pets is such a nice thing rather than the over processed foods. My baby is going to love everything.

I throw my service dog a birthday party every year, I usually make a dog cake and then a spread for the humans. This year I've been so busy I went to Giggybites. The dogs love their lover muffins so I figured the cake would be great. It was far cuter than the ones I make myself and Simba and his friends all loved it! They have a great friendly staff and I highly recommend them to my clients and my own pups.Thanks again!

Everything about this shop is amazing from the workers to all the options available. They will absolutely work with you if your fur babies have any kind of allergies they will bake to your specific needs! I love them soo much

The Ladies at this shop warm my whole heart. Brought our boy for his birthday and they were so lovely and sweet and helpful! They showed us cakes and cookies for his special day, his cake was the perfect size for just him and they even wrote his name on it. ABSOLUTELY GO HERE!!!

My boys love this place! Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have given me a lot of good advice for feeding my diabetic dog and helping out when the other ones allergies kicked in. The treats are made on site, and my boys would walk through fire and glass to get to the jerky and freeze-dried treats. It's our number one place for 15 yrs now. Love Giggys!

Great place to buy birthday treats and other goodies, but the staff wasn't very welcoming, no one acknowledged me when i walked in, no one asked if i needed help. Nice products but staff needs to be more welcoming.

I was told by a friend that I had to go here because my dog's birthday is tomorrow and I am so glad I did. They have great gifts and toys at very reasonable prices and their selection of baked goods are treats for dogs is unbelievable!!!! The woman who helped me, who I assume is the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be returning!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I go in there, the staff are extremely rude & they could care less about your dogs - not once has anyone acknowledged my dog in there, asked if they wanted a treat, etc. You own a dog bakery. It is also not hard to be kind. Three dogs in West Chester is a much better option - amazingly friendly staff & 3 times the amount of toys/treats!

I absolutely love this dog bakery! The staff go above and beyond to meet your requests. I have created several custom orders of dog treats for my residents and their pups at my properties in center city, and every time this bakery delivers great work and excellent customer service!

The owner/manger is a poor excuse for a manger/owner. I purchased my dog a birthday basket that cost $18. I needed it by the next day so I paid $12 extra for one day ground shipping from Fed-ex. I was under the impression that I would receive it the next day especially since I placed it first thing in the morning. After I spoke to the first person the next day. She informed me that it had not shipped. It was after 3 p.m the next day. I was upset that I would not have the basket for his birthday. So I told her not to worry that I would not be ordering from them again. A few minutes later I received a call from another lady. Who may had been the manger or owner. She let me know that one day ground shipping from fed ex just meant that it would be shipped out the next day. Before I could finish the conversation my phone hung up. I tried to call back a few times but my phone had been acting up for a few days so I wasn’t able to complete the call. When I got home I emailed them to apologized for my phone hanging up. I also let her know that I did hear what she said and simply said that I was under the assumption that I would receive it by the next day and said no worries thanks! After receiving the shipment confirmation. I later received another email that she canceled my shipment and reimburse me the money. That was very rude to cancel a birthday gift for a dog because of a misunderstanding. Especially after I made it clear that it was my misunderstanding. Do better you should not treat customers like that. A person who is supposed to be about the pets decides to take a misunderstanding and make it personal is nothing but a joke and a poor excuse for a manger or owner.

Great service and very helpful. We just brought our 8 week goldendoodle, Enzo, home and wanted trusted treats that are healthy and without byproducts. Giggy Bites has many options with the ingredients listed right on the package. Any questions are easily answered by the staff and most everything is made in the store!

These are the only treats my finickey pup will eat!! The bakery smells delicious, you will leave hungry!!! They are delightful and friendly, you have to stop by this one of a kind place and experience a bakery for Fido!!

Always a good experience. The smell is incredible when you walk in. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about nutrition and which products are best for your pets. You always know the best ingredients are used every day! There are always events that are fun, and meant to improve the quality of our pets lives, and care, as well as help for those that are less fortunate. Giggy Bites is to be highly praised for their contribution to animals!!!

My Bosco loves their muffins! I found some hemp honey sticks and bought a couple for Bosco too, and I think it actually helped with his stiff joints. The staff here was so friendly and helpful, even when I started asking about treats for my extremely sensitive cat. I really can't wait to come back.

I got the birthday pack for my dog's birthday. She has never loved anything more in her life. This thing beats real bacon. Once all the treats were gone she ran away with the packaging, still wagging her tail. It was really pretty too!I don't know how they do it, but she loved it.

Exceeded expectations!! I am a die hard Chewy customer. I dont go anywhere for my pet supplies but randomly saw this place on my GPS so I stopped. I wanted to find something special for my boys 2 year anniversary.Friendly staff! Amazing products and spent sooo much less then what I would have at conord, Petco, or petsmart. They had frozen yogurt and muffins! I got him both and he LOVED them. Needless to say I have a very happy dog on my hands and Giggy Bites to thank (and hes not picky but hard to impress) i will deffinantly be coming back for my doggies special occasions.

These are the best treats for your best friend. If you have a nervous dog try the new Mellow Muffin. My dog who is afraid of men and hides for days when we have company just had one and was calm for a guest visit. Highly recommend the Mellow Muffin for anxiety and Liverworst Muffins for their everyday treats.
