Bought two ball pythons and a bearded dragon here over the span of a year. Also several feeder rats and supplies for the reptiles. All staff very helpful and nice. They have everything you need and their prices are great. My oldest snake is about a year and a half. All of my animals from here have been healthy and hearty with a great disposition. They have alot of excellent and beautiful morphs of ball pythons and a great selection of other reptiles as well.

What a pleasant surprise to step foot into this store !!! I was in town for business and looked up reptile shops and low and behold Everything Reptile was a 10 min drive from where I was staying... and it was worth the drive! The staff were super friendly and extremely well educated about reptiles, I had a great conversation and they were really helpful about letting me know about local laws and the differences between Canada and the US hobby ... I really enjoyed my visit and hope to make it back there one day ... if you are local and looking for something for your reptile, or for a good starter reptile and some solid advice ... stop in and say hi to the multitude of animals they have !!!

This store is great! I went with the intention to buy my first ball python. An employee named Tyler spent over an hour with me answering questions and showing me snakes. They probably had about thirty different ball pythons in stock, of all different morphs. Will definitely be going back.

Love this shop! Best little reptile store around all the animals were healthy and happy. We came here looking for a juvenile bearded dragon and it did not disappoint. We spent at least an hour in the store trying to decide they were all perfect!

This was my first time here. I’m in the process of buying a blue tongue skink and know nothing🤣🤣🤣. Michael was so helpful and patient with my hundreds of questions. He was very knowledgeable. The store has everything you need for any reptile. I will continue to shop here

We purchased a Bearded Dragon from here at the end of 2022 for my grandson. And I asked the guy if it was hand raised, and friendly. He assured me it was. This Bearded Dragon is so aggressive. I read up on how to have it become more friendly, I've followed all the suggestions... Not working! We can not hold this guy, we can not take it out of the cage. My grandson is devastated because we have had them before and his last one was very friendly. Just disappointing to spend the money on a pet that your grandson can not bond with.

Over an hour drive and WORTH.EVERY.SECOND! Very helpful and friendly staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind to my children and showed them many many lovely little creatures. Thank you so much for making first purchase easy and stress-free! All tanks and habitats are very clean, all creatures are very well cared for, and staff clearly love what they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My fiance and I love this store! I wish they were closer to us but the trek is worth it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and there are plenty of reptiles to look at. They are treated well and some are even bred in the store. If you need pool supplies, they also sell them too!

Customer service was phenomenal. Tom spent a lot of time talking to my daughter and I about caring for a Bearded Dragon. They had everything we needed. The bearded dragon we purchased (now named “Murray”) is very healthy and doing great. My daughter had some questions after our our purchase and called and Tom was happy to help and answer her questions. Highly recommend this place.

I got my ball python here and he is doing very well. They have so many different morphs of ball pythons! This place is of great quality and the staff are very knowledgeable on all of the reptiles. When I got my ball python they helped me gather everything I was going to need for him and gave me great recommendations and pros and cons of different products. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants a reptile. Very trustworthy indeed.

I’ve always wanted two baby tortoises and this shop is so perfect but it is almost across the state from my house. Wish it would be next to my house or nearby. The tortoise looks amazing by the way.

Drove 40 minutes to come to this store and it was worth EVERY second!!! We spent probably over a hour here looking at all the reptiles and learning about ball pythons which we eventually purchased. Everyone was so friendly, answered ALL of our questions and didn’t make us feel like we were any trouble at all. Upon checking out they reminded us to grab a business card and told us to call for ANYTHING. Definitely will be going back!!!

Very good selection of reptiles to adopt if that's what you're coming here for. Rare morphs for sale, be prepared to spend a lot. A wide range of enclosures and accessories for sale too, mostly by Zoo-Med. Always go with the best. Person who rang me up gave me advice in feeding my snake, recommended I start upscaling what she eats per week. Super helpful!

Great little mom and pa shop. They have most if not all your reptile needs. From live mice to live wax worms. They also have live reptiles for purchase. They also have everything you need for your pool. Great little place. Staff is nice. Will return. I have been here several times. Will return.

Recently purchased a beautiful ball python and all the accessories to go with him. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They were willing to spend the time with you showing their huge selection of pythons and answering all questions. Prices were very reasonable. The snake is in very good condition and friendly. He was very well taken care of when he was there. Clean and a great selection of reptiles. We will definitely be returning for all of our future needs.

The animals here are well taken care off. They always have everything I need for my 2 Ball Pythons and My bearded Dragon. Their selection of Pythons and other reptiles is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and very patient with their customers. I would recommend Everything Reptile to anyone in need of supplies or reptiles.

We have bought two ball pythons from here recently. I must say that they take very good care of their reptiles. The enclosures are always clean.The one thing I really liked is that they regularly handle the snakes they keep. It made transitioning them home so much more easy.We buy feeders here as well and they are always in good condition and well. They also have baby tortoises, bearded dragons, spiders, and various other lizards. Oh and of course they usually have about 20 different morphs of ball pythons if not more. Great place and great staff. My go to for Everything Reptile.

Absolutely amazing place, the guy who works there is so knowledgeable and helpful. He can help you with everything from first time reptile setups to advanced vivariums. I was extremely impressed with the service here. My best friend is always satisfied as well. He also provided a great home for my buddies frogs. Thank you! My emerald swift couldnt be happier.

I appreciate that most animals are in good set ups and has good variety. Bugs are too pricy but not as bad as chain stores. Snakes have a bowl and substrate.. need more enrichment. That's neglect. My big issue is this store is breaking the law. They are selling turtles that are WAY too young and small. There are laws against this..and they are also very fragile at such ages. Please correct this. If you have a passion for these animals reflect that in ALL species you sell and care for.Also the staff ive met so far are really grumpy. Didnt feel comfortable interacting with them.

This is the cleanest locally owned pet store I've ever walked into. Knowledgeable staff and the animals are very well taken care of. They have the appropriate substrates for the different reptiles and a mister or fogger for every habitat. I will be shopping here from now on even thought I live in Delaware 45 mins away.

We wanted a bearded dragon and went in to look at our options and came back a few hours later to pick him up and they had him ready to go. 10/10 if you need mice, or any feeder insect and you live in Delaware or Pa go here. Everything’s clean and tidy and they have a very knowledgeable staff so if you ever run into any problems with your reptiles they’ll know how to help. They also have a wide variety of fake decorations, hides, and branches that you can’t find at petco or any store like that. I highly recommend this shop.

Its obvious they are passionate about reptiles, amphibians & other slithering, creeping & crawling critters. The staff is knowlegable & animals seem active, healthy; thier cages & tanks clean & stocked with fresh food & water. A wide array of provisions, equipment, housing, & accessories are for sale at surprisingly affordable prices. Even less than big box stores & much better value! We always have wonderful conversations the people working there

Bought a uromastyx from them that was sick, unfortunately after everything he ended up passing away after less than a month. When I called the store they originally offered only store credit. When I told them I wasn’t going to buy anything else from them they did offer me a full refund. I did have to take off work to drive there to get it (I live an hour away). They are very knowledgeable about their animals, I would recommend bringing any animal directly to the vet though once bought. Only animal I’ve ever purchased that this happened to.

I pre ordered rats for my snakes. They apparently came in but I was never notified. My preordered items were then sold. I was not offered a refund. I was actually told I need to pay again if I wanted more.I call and was asked to allow a call back, so I did. The call back I received was from a very disgruntled woman named Jennifer. I asked why I was not being refunded for the goods not received. Her, screaming at me, "Well you didn't pick them up in time so I sold them." Me, "Well I was never notified they were in." Her still screaming, "They were due last week. You didn't come in. Me, I'm sorry we were on the understanding we could pick them up anytime and we didn't know they were in." Her still continuing to scream at me, "They come in every two weeks." Me, "Okay I just want to understand how you took my money and then sold my prepurchased items, don't offer me a refund and want me to pay again." Her, screaming loud enough that a complete stranger asked me over hearing her if that was the manager, "Fine I'll give you a refund this why we don't this way, because of people like you. I am also never selling toy you again!"And then she hung up on me.....Shopped there for snake food, pool supplies and other reptile needs for the past 5 years. NEVER got treated like this before. It used to be small and family owned. Not sure what changed but Jennifer has made it VERY clear to me that I never want to shop there again. I will make sure that my friends and family don't shop there any more either.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help me and give advice when needed. They also sell feeders which is great because there are not a lot of feeder places around

This is an excellent locally owned reptile and reptile supply store. All the animals are very well taken care of and in excellent shape. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about reptile care. If you are considering getting a reptile as a pet or simply just want to know more about reptiles I would highly recommend checking these guys out.
