Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, mold in the toilet, and stool stuck on the toilet seat etc. visible dirt on the floors, a white powder substance all over the floor, no toilet paper, trash was all over the floor. I didn’t even feel comfortable touching the sink to wash my hands. Hoping this issue is resolved. Staff was nice but that’s unacceptable.

Was here yesterday and an employee stocking shelves asked me if there was something she could help me find. I was shocked to see actual customer service skills as this is something you rarely see at other DG stores as they usually seem to have a poor workplace morale.

I love Dollar General. I shop here all the time. For everything from Mt Dew to bread and buns. Great place to shop for your everyday needs. Great prices and selection. Also great sales like the Saturday $5 off on $25.

It was okay because I asked an employee were the big bags of pretzels were and instead of taking me to them she just told me. A professional employee would of taken me to them. That is what I learned in the retail business.

Resently renovated and now has freezer and cooler sections. No clothes at this store but everything else you need. Great service.

The people who work at this DG are the nicest of any other DG I have been to. Very helpful when looking for a particular item and so kind at the register. Good job employees at DG Carrolltown Pa!

Staff friendly..could be cleaner. Always stock racks making it hard to maneuver through store. Workers shouldnt have to stock and run the registers at the same time...they have to do everything!

The new layout is difficult to adjust to and the aisles are always cluttered with packing boxes, but this seems to be the norm for Dollar General Stores.
