Since we moved here I have had excellent experiences with this family owned store. Every single time ( I shop several times a week ) the employees are the best!!! The store is always stocked and offers great deals and quality. They truly must treat their employees well as I enjoy seeing their dedication. My favorite store ever ❣️

I’ve been shopping at this place since I was born. I grew up in Heidleburg and we always came here to do our grocery shopping. We’ve seen the place remodeled quite a few times but now it’s just a smooth as silk when it comes to checking out. In the food in the deli is absolutely amazing. Helps keep mom out of the kitchen a lot now that they’re retired and they love it.

The ladies at the floral/balloon department are amazing and so helpful !! They did a large last minute ballon order for me in less than 30 minutes! The store is always clean, well stocked and has more than enough employees.

Overall Store collection is great. But I am writing today specially for Bakery section. I ordered a Birthday Cake for my Daughter for Princess Bell theme and it came out so nice in term of look and flavour.Thank you so much for providing quality service.

Worst place to shop!!! The employees here are rude and worthless. When I brought my items up to the register the old women that rang me out was rude I said hi how are you she gave no reply and she was talking to another employee the whole time and acted like I inconvenienced her to scan a couple items. Oh well I figure she’s just there until her social security starts rolling in. Shop n save? more like shop n slave after looking at those prices. Don’t waste your time here Walmart is just across the plaza. These are reasons shop n save will never be anything more than just a local store.the rest of the country would laugh at this place into bankruptcy. Sorry for the harsh review though Id love to see this location close down permanently along with other shop n saves.

I prefer the Shop and Save in Bethel Park, but the one in Raceway Plaza has a better stocked inventory. Bethel Park is frequently out of some of the products I'd buy on a regular basis. The eight piece Fried Chicken is also $2 cheaper, and in my opinion tastes a bit better.

DO NOT shop in the deli or hot foods. This place is so dirty I quit after a week bc I couldn't in good conscience come back in. I was going to let everything go and live, let live but manager Ron wanted to be petty today and ban me from the store for having 21 items in the 20 item checkout. Health dept is next on list.

I’ve been shopping at this location for years. The business hours make it so convenient for me to get my shopping done with my busy schedule. They have a great deli and bakery section that is usually very well stocked. The cakes are great and so adorable if you’re looking for something in a hurry. They often have sales, specials, and BOGO deals. Not a great vegan selection but the options have been improving over the last few months. Cashiers and managers are always friendly and very helpful. Self-checkouts are available if you choose to use them but beware the weight scale errors can slow you down so I find it easier to just go to a person to cash me out. Handicapped Accessible. Parking on site. Close to other shops and businesses. Open late and on most holidays.

I got some snow crabs from the seafood department and they do an ok job. Once tho, a new girl steamed my crabs and forgot to season them.. I was disappointed more than I was angry. First, the snow crabs are not cheap so it’s important not to messed those up. Secondly, it’s disappointing that a newbie would be trusted to steam seafood and she had no clue what she was doing. Other than that one time, I’ve had good experiences and I only go here for the crabs, occasionally.

I am very impressed with the ShopnSave in Carnegie. Every register was open plus a bagger. They had all of the sell items in the flyer. I have one near me in imperial but I go to Krogers in Steubenville. The one near me has poor management. Prices are so high.

This review is for the bakery. My whole guest list raved about the cupcakes! They were absolutely amazing! Everyone asked where I purchased them and how delicious they were! I don't who made them but, thank you very much you deserve a raise! For anyone looking for cupcakes I recommend theirs of course I also recommend whipped cream icing its not extremely sweet or over powering. You can have them sprayed whatever color and honestly they turned out beautiful and flavorful. Again, great job bakery you have a forever customer.

Always clean and well staffed. The Hot Deli is great; the Pinenut Pasta and Cod are extremely delicious. The cashiers are friendly, but the floor staff, deli, and management service/walk past you without respecting your money/SPEAKING. THIS COULD BE A 5 IF THEY SPOKE.There's an older, very friendly lady in the Beer and Wine section. Her name may be Barbara.

Clean, well-stocked grocery store. Items are always well-organized (fronted & spaced) and it's clear that the team here takes pride in their store. The quality of the meat is impressive, the produce is always fresh, and the bakery is downright dangerous to my waistline.Never thought I'd be inclined to write a review about a grocery store but my partner and I were taken aback by the quality, especially compared to other Shop N Save locations.

My go to store. Always have plenty of staff working, well stocked and nice selection. The management runs a super clean store, with later hours than Giant eagle. Shop n save us a little further but worth it to be able to shop past 9 pm, have pleasant staff and not have to be forced to use self serve registers. Much respect for employers who respect employees, and you can see/feel it here.

Came today to do a bit of grocery shopping, while at check out I was embarrassed and treated like a thief trying to steal WIC eligible items because the cashier and bagger couldn’t figure out the system. I come here because it’s close and has variety compared to other stores in the area. After today, I won’t return. I’ve never felt so embarrassed before at a store.
