I drive for Western Express and had a delivery here on 4/22/24. The lady working at shipping and receiving was super nice and got me checked in and unloaded early! Super professional and friendly. Give her a raise, because those are the kinds of people we need dealing w/ us truckers lol

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I place a pick up order, all of my items are not bagged/secured. Today I ordered a piece of 1/4 inch think OSB and got a piece of 23/32 inch thick OSB given to me. I didn’t realize until I walked outside, came back inside and was ignored by the workers at the return station. I finally get someone’s attention and say that I just ordered this j picked it up 2 minutes ago but it’s not the correct piece of wood. I got charged for the correct piece so I just need it swapped. Before I could even say anything else she gives me a refund and walks away. As she’s walking back she’s asking for the next customer. I said wait I need my replacement. She gets very upset and tells me that I just asked for a refund and there’s nothing else she can do. So much for online ordering, everything is always wrong and you have to go into the store to fix it yourself. Not to mention I got a sarcastic “happy new year” after she could see that I was obviously upset. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. If you like your job, do it without making customers lives hell. This store is a disgrace

Needed plexiglass cut with millimeter precision. Staff could not have been more patient, helpful, or friendly. Allowing measure and remeasure before performing the requested cuts. This particular store rises above its sister locations in the region. Great experience.

I went to get a piece of plexiglass cut.An they said you need to buy the whole piece. As they was cutting it I was told that I said don't want it I have no use forWhat I don't need.HOME DEPOT WILL CUT WHAT YOU NEED AN FIGURE OUT THE PRICE.So I left .

Purchase a stove the sub contractor they provided 2 times could not install the store.After being without a stove for 4 days I found someone to install it. I have been a loyal customer of Lowes for over 15 years.I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM LOWES.

In the past three months, I have purchased new flooring and a dishwasher from the Lowes in Scott Township. Each time I was told the materials were either in stock or it would be installed within a certain period of time. The flooring was installed two weeks after it was promised (i.e., sign at store that says order before this date and have it installed by Thanksgiving) and the dishwasher was said to be in stock but got pulled for the installer a week later. At no point did a customer service associate from Lowes communicate with me about the delays, nor did they follow-up after we escalated the frustrations to the Lowes installation services. I will no longer use this store for any larger purchases, regardless of the sale.

Leanne at the customer service desk was very rude and unpleasant a deal with, I was sold a broken tub surround. I want to text change it Leanne made everything very difficult and I generally very unpleasant person to be around. Leanne should be in the back of the store, stocking stuff and not dealing with customers. I will never shop at Lowe's again because of her horrible experience. made it very difficult for me. When I asked for her name, she yelled at me trying to intimidate me.

Never again. Flooring install has been a disaster. Over charged for additional products that were not needed and the installers did a terrible job. Find a local company.UPDATE. Called multiple times and visited store to try and get this worked out. No help at all.

Completely understaffed and dam near a library under these circumstances because its not ever busy. Staff doesnt know plumbing or electric which i get and all but atleast know the difference between 30 and 40.

I went one morning to get paint and kept ringing the bell it took a half hour for him to show up and another 20 min to mix they're own color so basically it took me an hour to get 2 cans of paint

Waited nearly 3 weeks for someone to come and install a dishwasher. They finally sent All Pro Plumbers to my house. The were supposed to come between 9am-12pm. They finally showed up at 1pm. When they got here they had us turn off the electricity and clear out the cabinet under the sink, next to the dishwasher. Then the yahoo proceeds to tell me that he can’t get the old dishwasher out unless I cut my flooring myself or have someone else come in and do this. The flooring was put in way before the last dishwasher. He says this is a common problem. I am sure it is a common problem for lazy installers. Now they took the new dishwasher with them and I think I will look for a new dishwasher somewhere else. They also tracked dirt all through my house without cleaning it up before they left. Terrible experience with Lowe’s and All Pro Plumbing!

This Lowe's is conveniently located and they carry just about everything you would need for your daily construction. My only issues are that the staff are not as professional and knowledgeable as Home Depot's, it kind of hard to find specific items, and they don't have as many mainstream brands. All of that being said, I still go here a lot and the prices are good.

I shop at Lowe's for bamboo house plants. They have a large selection of plants and I like bamboo because it is extremely easy to care for. Lowe's is dog friendly!

I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in my life like I have from Lowes.First I had ordered a dryer in store to be delivered to my address the man who took the order wrote that we had a range plug and that they wouldn’t simply hook the dryer up and made it very clear for the drivers of the delivery service to not do so.The men showed up and removed our other dryer for the $30 (which wasn’t a problem) BUT before inspecting the dryer proceeded to tell us AFTER they removed it that the dryer was pretty dented on both sides. Problem was that they removed our old dryer before so obviously we would have to take this pos new dryer.We visited another store after the incident just to be basically talked down to by an employee while looking for a specific tool we needed for another project. We then waited in the customer service line to talk to someone in person about the dryer situation and waited legitimately 24 min while the woman continued to take calls. Two men walked up behind us and waited a couple minutes while another store employee said she’d take who was next… guess what happened? Yep the man behind us cut in line and the employee said nothing…I had called to either get a refund or a discount on the dryer and it took 3 days of back and fourth phone conversations for anyone competent enough to understand that this was unacceptable just togive us a $145 discount.Btw we are still waiting for that discount. Don’t buy sh*t from Lowes. Ever.

This Lowes is getting worst every day can’t find half of the products. Delivery is never on time and when it arrives it’s damaged. You ask them to fix it they ignore you and blame each other. Pro service sucks they should replace all of them and find some new employees who wants to work. I been trying to resolve the last drywall issue with them since January 2023 its April now.

Today, I was unable to get a simple return done.Two customers who were ahead of me had some sort of super complicated return/exchange/whatever, and they were taking a very long time.The third employee was at another register just chatting away on the phone helping a customer find a product when he clearly should have put them on hold, helped me out with my return, and then continued the call. The phone was wireless so he should have called another available associate over and stepped away from the register.None of the employees made any attempt to try and call any available associates to try and clear the queue of customers waiting.After 20 minutes, I walked out since this was clearly going to take at least an hour and I didn't have time.

Went to Lowe’sFor Plantations-shutters inside.They sent someone out to measure I told the man I’m getting shutters also asked if they were able to work wit my windows he said yes .I then went to Lowe’s to purchase them they had my measurements.I choose them. Then the man called me after they were delivered to say they wouldn’t work I contacted Lowe’s no one has got back to me I. A week.Also contacted the corporate office gave a full report of what happened. I’ve heard nothing from them as of yet. I also know Contractor’s and other people that have double deliveries from Lowe’s and tons of mistakes. I’m sure Lowe’s loss is gonna be abundant this year because they’ve made many many mistakes. I will not be ever dealing with Lowe’s again.

A better time than before! Four stars indicate the variety and quality of the product. Service (3 stars) improved on this trip. I went to exchange a gifted toilet seat--round for elongated.Good service and communication at the desk. I walked into the plumbing department where two staffers were talking. I don't believe I would have gotten an acknowledgment until I asked for the location of the seats. The younger staffer provided the exact location, and the older staffer encouraged me to look at an item that was greatly reduced in price.After my selection, I went in pursuit of 'S' hooks. I passed them as another staff member turned the corner. I immediately asked for the location, and he escorted me to it; sharing assistance and communication.I walked my items to the checkout and passed the young staffer who was attending the self-checkouts. He did not utter a sound but continued to lean on the display behind him. His role should have been to greet me and ask if I'd like to use the self-checkouts. That was his position/job. No one was at the self-checkouts... no one! He had nothing to do. But he continued staring in space with no regard for the customer. "Hello, Sir, let me assist you here with your purchase" was a correct behavior.I went to the manned checkout where I was greeted and engaged in conversation with an older assistant who shared that she was retired but loved working. We discussed the changes in the PGH community and much more.Overall, it was a good experience except the lack of performance from the staff member at the self-checkouts.

The website said the tool I wanted was there. I got there and the customer service man in the tool department said they were all gone, maybe discontinued. Give me a break. Discontinued? And he says none of the other local Lowes has the tool. It is NOT discontinued! Then he tells me he sold 2 the other day, but just before that he said he's been away for a week. Lowes has really fallen down in quality and service. Very disappointing!

I had my bathroom floor replaced through Lowe's using Ultimate Home Services. It was a disaster. I was charged an extra $900 after they had already started the job. I had already paid for it over a month prior and was not expecting extra cost. The workers were extremely unprofessional and tracked dirt and mud through my house. They didn't have the common courtesy to use drop clothes or shoe protectors. My bathroom is 5' x 6' and it took them 2 days to finish the job. One of the workers sat on bathroom floor and watched videos on his phone for over 30 minutes. I had to redo all the caulking around my shower after they left. They used my personal vacuum to clean up their mess instead of bringing their own equipment to clean up. I could go on and on because there were many others things that went wrong. I notified Ultimate Home Services when they reached out via text to see if I was satisfied and provided them all the details and pictures of what was wrong. I was told they would follow up. After 1 month of hearing nothing I emailed both Lowe's customer service and Ultimate Home Services. Someone called me from Lowe's and left a voice mail so we could discuss. I called back and left a couple voicemail over the course of a few weeks and never heard back. They clearly have no interest in resolving this issue. I would never use their services again. There is no professionalism and complete lack of respect for myself as a customer and my home when the workers came in. I am absolutely appalled by this experience. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your flooring needs.

Waited at paint area after pressing button to page. A clerk came by saying someone would be coming. After 10 minutes, GF pressed page button again. Original clerk arrived and apologized, and mixed our order. She was nice and helpful.

Always find what I need. Stores are similar in layouts. Love the Pro parking. Thank you! Needed some outdoor Trim for a garage. They had what I needed.
