Never again. Now I know why I never go here. I needed a prescription filled. Called, automated system said it was ready. So I headed down there, waited in line for almost 25 minutes. Not sure why there were about 5 people working there but people were just ignoring customers. Get up to the counter, they didn't enter my insurance information right. Sent me to another counter, waited while no one came to help, finally they did. They were pleasant enough, then they sent me back to the other line. Waited again. Approached the counter, said they didn't put the new sticker on the bag yet. Sent me back to wait again. Another 10 minutes later I approach the counter, they put my meds back on the filing shelf. Finally I paid for my meds, but a simple medication pick up turned into about 45 minutes for something so simple. Also the counter where you spoke to the clerks had dirty balled up tissues on it. Gross. Yeah, never again. Avoid at all costs.

I have not had 1 single decent experience here. My usual pharmacy is in Castle Shannon, I decided to give cvs another chance because I needed my medication quickly. I would have been better off just driving to my pharmacy! After 25 min of them being unable to find my rx my Dr called for me and found out they had it, they were filling it but no one bothered to tell me. I also overheard them discussing my medication and laughing about my need for it. 😑

Guy there thinks he's a ups shipping magnate. Wouldn't ship package because the copies of the slips weren't in a pouch, but were taped like they always are for the same type of shipment.

My insurance website says we are covered to get prescriptions here. CVS is claiming they won't fill the prescription. They'll never get our business again.

Bruh the line is long and we were waiting behind cars I am actually about to ask my doctor about switching to home delivery because they are taking way too long I would not get your prescription here I been yelled at for showing up before closing time

It’s hard to describe how much I hate this pharmacy. They are impossible to speak to. I have a hyphenated last name and it is a run around every month when I get my prescription. They always have someone new and everyone seems miserable. Like a lot of other people I get texts that my rx is ready just to show up and find out it’s not been processed. When I say we’ll I’m here I will wait I have actually been laughed at and told it’s gonna be a while. They have also recently closed the drive thru which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I have transferred all my rx to another store entirely because I can’t deal with this anymore.

Friendly and helpful staff, always find what I need, always parking available. Scripts sent from the doctor are normally ready the same day quickly.

Cashiers would rather chit chat amongst themselves instead of ring people out. Ask for help and get directed to self checkout. Don't get me started on the pharmacy. Everything others say in their reviews is true. Morale is certainly low around there.

I drove up to the pharmacy during the day and presented my prescription. The pharmacist ask me when I wanted my prescription. I said that I would wait for it if that was possible. There was no one behind me in line. The pharmacist said we probably don’t have it anyway. Let me take your phone number and I will call you when it was available. It would have been great if she would have checked to see if they had the medicine before guessing but she did not. Frustrated with the service, but I left the location to wait for my phone call. I waited for a phone call all night and all of the next day. No call. I called the store and fought my way through the phone system trying to speak with a live person. Upon reaching a live person, the pharmacists tells me the script was filled last night and they close in 15 minutes (pharmacy not the store). I explain the situation and ask if they can leave at the front desk. Of course the answer is no. This location routinely treats you as if you are problem vs a customer. I have ask for a call back from a manager. My guess is that call will not be made either. Please go elsewhere if you have a choice. The service here is not good.

AVOID CARNEGIE PHARMACY IF POSSIBLE. They have the worst service. I have been told that my daughter's doctor didn't send her prescription while I am sure they did. And the worst they told my husband the day before that they are waiting an answer from my daughter's pediatrician to get her prescription ready.

Pharmacy is a clear issue here. Try elsewhere to get script filled, it’s not worth the time and effort to work around them. You’ll wait on hold for a half hour to speak with anyone and hours are listed 8a-8p, but they take a lunch and close 1:00-2:30pm. I called the day of pick up and there was no mention of lunch hours and completely closing down at that time.

Takes 45 minutes to answer a phone and another 30 minutes to talk to a pharmacist. Dumpster of a store and terrible patient care. Fire the Pharmacy District Manager or maybe become professional and get some help to the working staff there please.

Too bad I can’t give zero stars, the absolute worst service in pharmacy, and they lie to your face about refills. The texting is actual proof that your medicine is ready, then you go down to get it, and surprise… they tell you there never was a prescription!! I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a vitamin, and still no medicine and only lies. Please do not waste your time!

This CVS is TERRIBLE!!! I had prescription from hospital that had 5 listed things that I needed 3 prescriptions and 2 over the counter medicines. The hospital said to just give the listing and any pharmacy would fill all. This CVS was so confused I ended up not getting what I needed. Customer service had such an attitude and didn' t lnow what they were doing. I usually go to CVS downtown who are excelllent but just had operation so had to go to CVS closest to home. VERY frustrating!! NOT helpful at all!! Next time I will go out of my way to another CVS.

Prescriptions are routinely not ready even though text alerts say they are. I have also been told multiple times that my doctor hasn't sent a prescription in, when I most certainly know they have. I can be guaranteed to sit in line for half an hour waiting to get to the window, then be told it will be another 15 to 20 minutes once in I'm at the window; even though when you call before you go you're told everything is ready. I'll be changing pharmacies as soon as possible.

Do not go to this store. Pharmacy violated my daughter's hipaa rights while screaming at her regarding not having her prescription. Terrible.

They refuse to do price match, how are they going to survive against other big box. Lost customer for ever. It's on my way, so was easy but not paying 20% more for same product, same brand at Walmart.

Avoid if possible. I wish I wasn't forced to go here. CVS is bad, this one particularly. I'm going to look at my other options. It may be worth paying a little more or driving a little further to go somewhere else.
