I have bought plenty of Tobacco mix,tubes,Pre-rolls and Delta 8 Products from this store for many years and never once have they let me had a bad service day. Even today,I bought some carts that didn't fit my device,they very happily and easily replaced them with ones that fit into my device on the spot. Very kind people and is consistently doing a great job.

I can say I've honestly never had a bad experience here. I primarily shop here for vape pod supplies but the staff has been very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions on products. They'll occasionally have BOGO half off vape products too which I've never seen anywhere else.

This is without a doubt the best smoke shop I have ever shopped at. The staff really make the difference. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The incense sticks are great too. I've shopped there a few times but I am now making them my new shop. Be smart and shop here. They also have a deal where you buy there tobacco( which is excellent) and you get two boxes of tubes. Great deal!!!

Excellent customer service! I stopped by to get something in a pinch but couldn't come in because I had my four month old daughter with me. The employees came to the door, asked what I wanted, went back inside and rang it up, came and got my card, and brought back my purchase, card, and receipt. Would definitely recommend. They also have a great selection of anything smoke or vape related.

I paid with two twenties for cost of $28.75 and the manager named nick a very short individual with long hair handed me 25 cents and folded 1 dollar inside the receipt so it was not visible I put it in my pocket and didn't look until walking away and they lied about it and refused to show me security footage finding contact information to a actual owner has proved difficult

It's never too busy in here which makes it nice if I have questions or any concerns. These guys have a lot of knowledge and help in anyway they can! This is a nice atmosphere and very friendly too!

I love, love, love this store and the staff. Super helpful and friendly. I go here to get vape juice and supplies for the bf, and many times I've walked in with a vague description of what he wants, and someone working there is always able to help me find exactly what I need. Excellent selection, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this store to anyone into vaping, rolling their own cigs, or looking for glassware. Their cigarette pack prices are not better than the gas station, sadly.

We love all the employees, they are so friendly and helpful answering anything you need and making some great conversation! We make our own cigarettes because, let's face it- cigarette prices are ridiculous!! We were buying a lesser quality tobacco at a higher price somewhere else, when a friend suggested we try this place.The staff are very friendly and helpful, we get a better quality tobacco, and you can NOT beat the price!!

Hit or miss. I’ve had people that were helpful and people that were super ignorant. Prices for anything Vape related are double what you pay at ANY website and their juice selection, while large, is just as overpriced. If you really have to in a pinch have to have whatever they have available vape wise, shop here. If not, there’s other places. As for their cigarette prices and roll your own, as an ex-smoker, the prices for tobacco aren’t bad.

Today's trip was just for cigs, but they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and wide array of products. The CBD section is growing with new products added often, even CBD for pets. Vaping gear; glass, metal, and silicone pipes; hookah supplies as well. Everything you could need from a tobacco store. Get place.
