My mom was recently harassed by a woman that works here. She went ballistic because my mom had her dog in the car(AC is always on and he has travel bowls for both food and water). My mom's dog is never the only dog that is left in cars in the parking lot. She kept yelling and drawing unwanted attention to us and her. She tried grabbing my mom's car keys from her hand. This isn't the first time this had happened. Wish they had better employees this is was just unnecessary and rude.

I was just in there and a 15 year old acted like he did not want to wait on me. I spoke to Bonnie the Mgr. She said oh he is only 15 years old. I don't care how old he is . 1 he should appreciate his job. He His name was Kyle. Said I don't Care let them fire me. If I wanted to speak to the Mgr about his conduct. That's a problem if he Kyle has no respect for his job or people . Than he needs someone to show he can't act that way in public. He thought it was all a joke. My opinion he needs someone to correct him not make excuses for him.

Another staple of Carmichaels and one i don't see going anywhere. Although I thought that of Med Mine too. Excuse me, now Curtis. There is no where else close that is competitive with pricing. Giant Eagle is a lot more expensive. So Shop N Save it is.

I don't typically go here unless I have to get something quickly. Shop n Save has VERY high prices. Produce is never fresh, and their meat products aren't great either. They have a decent selection, but as I said, it's just expensive. They usually only have 1-2 checkout lanes open, and most of the time it's one girl who takes her good old time scanning and bagging groceries. She stops to talk, and moves slower than a sloth, creating quite a large line because she feels the need to tell every customer 10 stories.

Prices are very reasonable and meat prices can't be beat. Thier bakery has the best pepperoni rolls and mini Stromboli and turnovers. Love going here, better prices and items than Giant Eagle and Walmart.

Good sales, very helpful cashiers. I also notice that they work together and help each other. One cashier, between customers, stepped over before I left, just to say hello and chat briefly. Love personable treatment!

Really did like this place but today burnt my azz.....nasty nasty nasty or it could just be me ...( not!!!) Ordered lunch meat lady was nice but the phone rang and she went and answered it ....one hand on phone the other on the dirty sink hith gloves on and did not change them when she finished cutting the meat so I kindly said thank you and left ...but not before I put the meat down. Come on people do better

Staff's nice, most of the managment are too, although they do treat their workers like garbage and expect top perfomance, with wages a single person household would have trouble making it on. And everything in the store is pretty pricey compared to anywhere else, if you ask me. Soo, basically just like any other local grocery store.

Its expensive for what u get any other place cheaper! Tie customer service is alright really just depends who you get and if they are having a good day! The one blonde lady everyone knows who always has has line open... She is very rude and does not bag stuff right at all even if u put it on the register in order that u want in bags I won't end up!!

Employees don't wear masks, most shoppers as well. Meat prices are the best in the area. Place is pretty trashy and a lot of the employees appear to hate their jobs while others are great. I don't think I have ever visited without walking by an employee or two enjoying a smoke on the bench out front. Seems like an odd policy for smoke breaks. Occasionally they do have very good sales, however the regular prices seem a bit high. (Other than the meat) great prices on fresh butcher products!

This store is very clean and the meat is very fresh. Good bargains can be found. The store brand Subs we're fresh and tastly. I'm eating pork chops at the moment. And they are great.

prices were very high. the women in the deli did not wash their hands before putting on their gloves to help me. and the one younger woman actually blew her nose and was touching her face, mouth and mask, then put her gloves on. so obviously I didn't buy anything I wanted from the deli...

This shop and save is ok clean. Not filthy / not sparkling. Most of the employees are not very friendly at all. I have been brought into the store for a sale special to be told they ran out. Seeing I was there first thing I sort of have trouble believing this. The special was an awesome sale so I think they mislead you just to get you in the store but don’t really have the item. They did give a rain check for ONE of the items, even thought the sale didn’t restrict quantities.

This place is seriously a mess. I don't know how people on here are giving it good reviews. You can't even get past the parking lot without realizing how run down it is. There prices are high and the employees are rude. The selection of meat is awful and i wouldn't buy meat there is someone paid me. The cleanliness of a store is a clear indicator that food and produce is not handled properly.

My wife and I shop at shop's save quite often for everyday needs and there's lots of good deals but my favorite time to go there is when they have their 3 day sales. I personally like the coffee deals they have. Iots of good meats at fair prices. They have more cashiers working than Walmart lol.and that's a good thing to me no standing in line very long. Good place to shop in my option.

Great deals, usually friendly employees. No complaints from us about the place. Just try not to go on the days their orders come in. Employees are running all around, attempting to get everything done while still helping customers. Those employees deserve a raise..

This is pretty much one of the very few stores that is less then half hr plus drive from me so I am limited on where I can get certain items such as produce and fresh meats. This place has very limited selection of produce so it sucks and same for the meat selection. Almost always when I go to checkout there is only one MAYBE two registers open and lines all the way to the aisles and very irritated customers. One cashier will talk and talk to everyone and totally forget to ring u up or is extremely slow and holds everything up. When she works all the repeat customers know this and will stand in another line no matter how many customers there are ahead of them. I even seen her line completely empty while other line backed up due to the fact she rather talk to u then check u out. I don't mind talking to the cashier at all but this cashier forgets she is ringing u out and she takes forever.

Small town pharmacy. Always helpful and polite. They fill prescriptions in a timely fashion and make sure you know all the info before you leave. They have a craft and decorative section that always smells wonderful.

Very nice people who work there! The place is clean, it has a deli with three choices of soup and you can even get sandwich made to order if you ask. Great place to shop.

I only really go there when they have sales on fresh fruit or baking needs. Store is clean and they have pretty good produce. However there prices are high compared to other stores.

Try and save as fun be careful produce check it over really well before you buy it check the expiration dates on the dairy products store seems okay seems lost stock he has a good little things head still smells like an old-fashioned supermarket

I love it every time I go there I see my dad who hasn’t got the milk yet But in all honesty it’s good place to shop and a clean nice place and has great produce
