Let me start with 1. I liked it better when they older people working too. Now it's a new 16 year old that can't even understand what you want. 2. Now a milkshake is not suppose to have ice cubes like just came out of someone ice tray. It's shame that it's this bad I actually used to like sheetz. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER.

Had breakfast here today, food was gross. Normally I get lunch here and the food is pretty good, although their lunchtime manager is very rude. He's not a customer friendly guy, seems to not understand people like me are helping pay his paycheck. Also here lately they've only had one cashier, causing quite a line. The employees seem to do a good job of keeping the facility clean, very nice.

The clerks are always helpful at Rt 21 Carmichaels Sheetz. Today I took many minutes of Alli’s time while she tried to help me with an online Lottery payout question. The app was not helpful. I had to call 800 no. Turns out, the stores can't help with online payouts. The bank you have connected to online playing receives your winnings but only after it reaches $10 or more.

I give this Sheetz five stars because the one in Uniontown is slow and sloppy at making food. If I'm in Uniontown and want Sheetz I will drive through my hometown and go about six miles out of my way to go to Carmichaels Sheetz. Thanks for being Awesome and just love the kids at the drive-thru especially Ashley, she always goes out of her way to make sure we have what we need.

Let me tell you about this place .. We go there on daily.. We sit in the drive threw for almost 30 to 40 minutes in line. We make our orders from home and it's says be ready in 15 minutes so we wait like 10 to leave the house get down there in like 15 minutes and still have to wait 30 minutes. Then drive back home and our food is either not there or not made the way we place the order or missing food items. So we call mind you we called 10x before the manager Susan answered an informed us she can't help she can refund our money or re cook the order if we bring it back. Why wasn't it done right the first time. Mind you we waited in line for so long so time wasn't the issue. Don't go here unless you have alot of time too wait. An then take your order back for it to be redone since they didn't do it right the first time. Just lost my business I will drive to sheetz in Waynesburg from now on. This place is a joke!!! Very rude manager.

I sat at the drive thru 20 minutes to pick up an on line order. By the time I got it the food was cold. I had to go home and reheat everything. A few days later I ordered a Bacon sub, the bread was so hard that you couldn't bite through it, I tried breaking it off, too hard. I had to throw it away. The next day I ordered a double burger the bun was smashed to about the thickness of a slice of their cheese. This morning I ordered 4 orders of mini hashbrowns. I got 1 order with 4 minis in it. This in just the last 2 weeks. I don't know what happened but it was fine before.

It was Sheetz so you know the food was good. Everything always in stock and lots of healthy options for snacks like fruit cups, juices, and the Made to order stuff too. Love Sheetz and very seldom go anywhere else for a good Shmuffin or French toast sticks for breakfast, burger or buffalo chicken hoagie for lunch, and whatever I'm craving in the afternoon to hold me over til I get home late for dinner. Can't go wrong at any Sheetz. Been running the 88 octane with 15% ethanol lately and it seems to be running good. I drive my truck everyday so don't worry about taking in water but if you're not daily driving I'd stick to the lowest ethanol mix you can. Flush it with half tank 18gallons of 89 every 3rd or 4th tank of 88.

Over all I give all sheetz a 5 star 🌟. See i go to sheetz almost every morning after my doctor appointment. And always have a good experience but this particular sheetz I've only been here 3 times and all 3 times have been amazingly unpredictable as far as customer service goes. I may get a lil help from the state of WV with foodstamps but its a low amount that they give me and my family of 5 and its only because of my husband and I lost our jobs and needed a lil help but that shouldn't matter but at this sheetz it seems to be a topic of conversation over their little head sets. The man who rang me out was rude in smiling when I let him know that I'd be paying with ebt, saying things about it over his head set and then when I asked why it was so funny to him he just looked at me with no response so I left some xmas candy for him and his coworkers.

I never had a bad experience there I go there regularly and the workers always been polite them yes I've had to wait for food or milk shake A little longer then I would've liked but it was understandable being they had so many customers to tend to I love the place and think all the employees work their butts off can't always make everyone happy

Store was packed. Line had about 13 people in it. The wait for ordered food/drink was insane, so I canceled my order. They were out of every single item I came to the store to get (Canoli cups, taffy, laggy taffy bites, etc.). Won't return unless I have no other choice.

Called to ask the price of fuel they would not tell me, thought that was lame and why is nobody ever at the register early in the morning cant count the times i had to stand there and wait to pay and nobody else was even in the place

Apparently prices on the signs don't matter. Large label under Bai beverages said "Bai 2/$4", cashier rang it up and said $5.28. I told her the sign said 2/$4...she said it's not showing up that way. I paid the $5.28, went to the cooler and retrieved the long sign strip showing "Bai 2/$4" and returned it to the cashier. She just looked at me and thanked me. Bewildering.

This is a really nice sheetz. It's big and spacious. It wasnt too crowded when I went in and the staff was friendly. Seemed pretty clean as well. I'd stop again if I was in the area.

37 minutes to get fried food ask to speak to manager she won't even talk to you just said there's your order no sorry for the wait nothing on top of this a friend of mine walks in 15 minutes after me orders his whole family food and it 10 minutes he's got all his food and probably twenty people that came it after got there's also but no apology no sorry for the he wait but as a big business they don't care
