Food is good but their blizzards are always soupy. I have to put it in the freezer for an hour just to get it not so runny. I dont want melted ice cream as soon as I order it. Never have an issue at other DQs, just this one.

Was told I’d receive a refund for a canceled order that they did not even make, and a phone call confirming that the refund has processed. It’s been almost a week and every time I call, the manager is never there and it’s assistant managers answering and stating that they are unable to do the refund themselves and only the manager can do so (which is understandable). They reassure me that there are notes left for this gentleman but still have heard nothing.Edit after reply: I have submitted a form several times online but still have received no contact.

I'm updating my review.. we haven't gone to dairy queen in a while due to wait time and mess ups in the past and this time I had to take my ice cream back in twice.. I was going to just let it go when they told me the frozen cheese cake is broken up during mixing which ok.. however frozen chunks of cheesecake don't just completely crumble and vanish.. I called on the way home and spoke to the manager who offered to personally make my order and I have to say this is the best cheesecake blizzard I have had since I worked at DQ myself. Thank you.. the manager's service was 5 stars! I understand toppings cost a good bit and there are measurements to what the amount they can use, but never should anyone not be able to find at least a piece of the main ingredient of their order. Thanks again to the manager

Oh my! Where to begin? I put an order in online, arrived at the store to wait 15 minutes but that's okay because I understand they were busy. What wasn't okay was the older lady spilled a blizzard onto the counter scooped it up and slopped it back into the cup! Then proceeded to wipe the cup, lid and counter with the rag used to wipe down the kitchen all day! Then served it! We got two dirt blizzards and both were unblended and had no gummy worms very disappointing! No we did not eat the contaminated blizzard 🤢. Please, don't tell me how sorry and how unacceptable this is. Do something about it! The older lady should honestly lose her job and I think she's a manager! That could make someone sick! Fix it, please!

The last three times I visited this DQ they have not got my order correct. I ask for no cheese on my burgers (because all their specialty burgers are cheeseburgers) and everytime I get home there is cheese. No cheese,means no cheese..it's rather simple. Update: so I finally got to eat my burger the next day due to family emergency. And to my surprise there was no cheese..also it had no bacon on a double bacon burger. I called them and instead of replacing the burger I was told to come in and she would give me two slices of bacon. I can't believe it..Dietary restrictions: Don't eat dairy but they put cheese on my burgers when I ordered it without cheese

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a milkshake and it was literally milk. It was like they didn't even add ice cream. Get a large hot fudge sundae, they hardly added hot fudge. I asked for more and they said the "machine started popping, so they had to make more", so instead of properly doing it and having me wait for a minute, they hand me that and expect it to be okay. NO. Tommy had ruined this dairy queen. Get it together. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE WORKERS. Do not waste your time. It's like this every time I go. It's just the closest dairy queen. But I'd rather drive 15 min considering the ice cream I get here is already melted when it's handed to me.

First I love their food and ice cream but every time I come here I sit in the drive thru for 20+ mins even if its just for ice cream. So its gotten to the point where my family and I pretty much quit coming here and I know alot of friends who quit coming here also due to how long the line and wait is especially for just ice cream. This dairy queen is suffering and I know its losing significant business due to this problem.

Wow! New building, new management, and an all around fantastic experience.I wasn't sure what to expect when there were about 10 cars in line in the drive thru and the building was full with a line. BUT they had a crew of about 10 friendly and efficient workers who took care of the customers quickly. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Unbeliveable! Great stuff.

So it's a Dairy Queen, for those who don't know what that is you're missing out on Ice Cream done right. Now I'm sure that there is better Ice Cream out there but if you want to play it safe and consistent then go here for genuinely consistently good Ice Cream. As for hot food tho this is not your typical fast food joint. There will most likely be a minimum of a 5 to 10 minute wait for anything ordered from the hot foods menu so if you're the 30 minutes for lunch lets grab something type I wouldn't go here if u gotta hurry up n eat n get back to work but if you're just going out to take the kids to get a bite or treating the kids baseball team to ice cream for winning the big game its a great establishment considering it is a chain restaurant. -In my personal opinion

Waited 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and a sundae. Nobody in drive-thru. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Watches 2 workers just walking around. 1 small blizzard 1 medium blizzard and a Sundae for 15 dollars.

I preordered an ice cream cake for my mom’s birthday 3-4 hours ahead of time. When I arrived to get the cake, the staff searched for ~10 minutes and then informed me “someone misplaced the order”. I was offered a couple other options on cakes, but received no discount, little apology, and wasted time from the ~60 year old manager.

Drive through is a little funky to get into. Inside has nice seating and a good ice cream cake selection. Not real big inside but ok for medium size crowds. Food and ice cream were very good.

Rude Inconsiderate Staff! Waited 20 minutes for a chocolate dipped cone, Small Blizzard and a cup of Twist! I told the young lady it was a to-go order. She brought me the blizzard with no lid. I asked her to please put a lid on it, she scraped the ice cream off of the top to put a lid on it. It's sat on the counter as she went back to make the dipped cone while my blizzard was sitting on the counter melting everywhere. As my friend was sitting there eating his cone I continue to wait for my cup of twist ice cream! I reminded them I was waiting for a cup of twist, she came out with a cup of twist with a spoon in and set it down on the counter. I had to literally go back towards the kitchen area and once again remind her it was a to-go order. she sarcastically pulled the spoon out of the ice cream went back into the kitchen and came back with a lid. Once again I had to remind her if I may please have a bag it was a to-go order. At this point I was not a happy customer.

My go to locally!!! Great service, very quick with orders. The staff are great and the food is amazing!!! The building is newly remodeled and very clean. They now offer dining in and a drive through!!! This place is great!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

A lovely crowd of local high schoolers came in during our visit. The Dairy Queen employees got our order right and continued to have smiles on their faces. It made for a nice atmosphere for everyone enjoying their lunch!

Can’t say how many time went there for ice cream for kids and been in line for atleast 20-30 mins. That or I order a sandwich and end up with the wrong one almost every time. By the time I go back and they fix it I’ve lost an hour of my time. Like come on!

Went through the drive thru and they had the peanut buster parfait substituted with caramel quite quickly; however, took soo long for them to make the frozen hot chocolate, quite odd.

UPDATE: I am updating my review as this DQ is now under new ownership. They've done a fantastic job cleaning and remodeling! The staff is so pleasant! A complete turnaround!This DQ is disgustingly dirty. The staff is extremely rude and unpleasant. Not once have I ever had a pleasant cashier here.The manager only hires young girls and will not even interview males. How they legally get away with this is beyond me as it violates EEOC laws.The manager is obnoxious and acts as though she's doing you a favor. I understand retail work can be unpleasant and that everyone has a bad day sometimes, but every time I visit this place I have a different cashier and they are always rude. No hello, no thank you, nothing. Just plain rude.My suggestion to DQ .... hire workers who are pleasant. If they can't be pleasant, fire them and hire people who are able. There are tons of people, including males, looking for work in this area. People who would provide service to others with a smile and a positive attitude.

The staff was gracious and welcoming. They were attentive and very respectful. The food came out warm, freah, and delicious. And with 2 picky eaters thats saying something. Absolutely love the makeover and I give 2 thumbs up:)!

First off this was remodeled and was set up in the worst possible direction. The drive thru line goes right by the main and only entrance door and people almost always get hit. The service is unbearably slow. If you go here expect a minimum 45 mins to an hour of your life to be gone.

I eat here all the time. Not a wide variety of places to eat in Carmichaels but Dairy Queen is easily one of the best. Everything made fresh when you order, recently added drive thru, and quick and friendly staff make this a great place for meals or just snacks and ice cream.

The drive thru takes forever the food is amazing call order ahead and then go in and grab it so much quicker sat in drive thru for 45 mins for 7 cars in the drive thru and three inside.

I hate the workers here they took my 4 blizzards and put them in the freezer and started giving people after us there food we sat there for at least 20 minutes (because they are genuinely slow) before saying something btw we asked for one of them to be put in the freezer and to eat the other three there and the worst part is they didn’t even say sorry or anything. ALSO THEY DIDNT FLIP THE BLIZZARD?!! So inconsiderate they were also going in slow motion which didn’t help. Thanks to whoever read this I appreciate it:)
