When I visited the store, frantic due to flea issues, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Their suggestions were exactly right (echoed later by my veterinarian). The staff there are always friendly. I buy their brand of cat food. It’s excellent and my cat loves it. I appreciate this store and highly recommend it.The only negative is that they don’t do price matching for larger stores (Walmart) which forces me to purchase from the larger store because the cat litter prices are significantly lower at he box box stores. I’d prefer to purchase all of my pet supplies here, but cannot.

Good store. Well stocked. Staff is very nice and friendly. Great alternative to the big pet stores. They have a pet wash station where you can wash your own pet for $10 and they provide everything you need which is great. (towels, dryer, shampoo, apron) I really like this store.

Aspen is the best and we love her! This is the store to visit when you have pet questions! The staff has been wonderful and helped guide us through a lot of difficult issues surrounding our fur family. Our Madigan is thriving and on the best custom diet for her needs! Pet Valu has our customer loyalty for life!

I loved this store! Very friendly staff and an awesome dog wash station for a flat rate of $10. They have a great selection of pet needs for such a small store. I only wish we had these stores back home.

A great little pet shop with cats up for adoption. My dog loves the treats you may purchase by the counter. They look like little cakes and doughnuts. The bathing center is amazing and very convenient. 10 dollars includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and a towel.

Store is clean, they have a wide variety of needs for your pet, also they have a very nice clean station where you can wash your pets, they provide everything you need to wash the pets, towels, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, anything you could possibly think of, they have right there for you, and it is a good price. Last time I went in, I believe it was 10 dollars.

Very clean dog wash. Friendly staff and nice store. Shampoo provided is 99% water, it’s a shame they water down the shampoo. Anti shedding shampoo had no effect due to being watered down.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The young lady we had acted annoyed....like asking a question was an inconvience. Sadly after multiple visits we have only had one good experience. My recommendation is if you see an employee with a nose ring, don't bother asking herDefinitely won't be back.

Not asking. Im complaining. I worked for these guys for a little while before I left for a 12 an hr job over 9 an hr. They were salty when I left. So when I needed a medical insurance paper filled out they gave me the run around for over two weeks. Any normal person would call the store asking for the dms number. Apparentlly that was harrassing her employees, yet all I needed was the lady who called me to finally answer. Shes the dm. Mind you, she couldnt return my phone calls for weeks or even answer an email, but she can call me to tell me I harrassed her employees which I did not. So screw this company. Do not work for these guys ever! Theyre rude, unprofessional and immature.

Aspen and staff are very helpful and polite. Love the self-serve dog bath. The anti-shedding shampoo really seems to work.
