Rude customer service. I used to love this place but was treated very rudely by the young man working today. He refused to give me a refund for a car wash after the wash wasn’t working. The worst part is he never apologized and he stared me down.

Took my dog there for the dogwash. A bit expensive for 10 mins in my opinion and I wish there was an option to just add a couple dollars on for extra minutes of drying after you initially paid for the 10 mins. Also wish the disinfect option was free. I'm happy to spray the tub after I'm done, but my dog is double coated, I could barely get everything done in 10 minutes.

Very clean but when u spray your dog no soap what so ever in regular wash or flea and tick wash. Very disappointed in washing dog with water and paying $10!! Will not return and would advise y’all to do the same.

I had given it 5 stars and still love using this spot, but I had to go to 4 stars based on the poor outcome of the touchless side. There was still a lot of dirt (although in interesting patterns) on the lower half and rear of our hatchback, and it was the same price as the rubber brush side. We took her car back to the brush side. It looks so much better what does have tiny scrapes in the paint. So, my car will keep coming back time and again for the rubber brush treatment on my car, but the wife's will have to go somewhere else. You can't compare this to a higher-end car wash with towel dry service, but for $12 and about 10 minutes, I at least love how my car looks each time!

$6 for a warm water pup wash! We’ve used it three times and our pup actually wagged his tail (briefly) while getting scrubbed today!It is clean, well-priced and convenient.We bring our own towels, but they include shampoo, conditioner, skunk wash and a dryer (towels for an additional cost).

Way too small and a sharp turn to go through the wash. Just smashed my door cause a-holes wouldn’t let me backup cause my truck was too big. I had to go through and people looked at me like they were of super slow thought....Now I have a brand new truck with 5K miles on with a gash in the side.

I love supporting the smaller names rather than the chain stores. Always good service here. One side is self service and the side closer to the store entrance is full service. Decent gas prices.

Make sure if you want 10¢ off your gallon of gas you get gas before your car wash. We got the car wash first, went in and asked for the 10¢ off and was told they could not give it as it needs done at the time you pump gas. Frustrating.would be nice if there were signs when paying for the car wash that state you need to buy gas before car wash for discount.Doggie wash was nice. Definitely better then washing in the tub at home. Clean and easy to use.

Place was nice, had a large line for the car wash. They did not have a shampoo system but have multiple vacuum spots. You got $0.10 off a gallon of gas when you bought a car wash and the car washes were very reasonably priced from 7 to $15

Meh, waste of time and money. Pretty sure the last rainstorm had the same effect if it wasn’t more gentle on the paintjob. My Car did not get clean.

Car was covered in the weekly dose of pollen and bug guts so just needed a quick wash. It was nice to see a car wash still offering washes under $15 average (cheapest was $9). The machine can be picky/annoying with bills but this was the rare occasion I had cash so no biggie. The soft touch got rid of most of the bugs, and the dryer is on the washer does two passes while the car is stationary. Only a few hard water spots after the ride home.

Never had any problems. Love the car wash. But my car is small enough to fit with no problems. Make sure you drive in slow so the undercarriage is cleaned. Hint: if you go to fast it will not get cleaned. FYI if they pump your gas it is extra. Only place I wash my car and get gas.

Today my husband and I took our 1 year old silver lab to another dog wash. We got there and the machine wasn’t working. So I knew of this one as I have used it many years ago. Needless to say. We walked up and inside was owner and his wife. I should say new owners. EXTREMELY nice people, and their children too! They put in a new dog wash and let me tell you… we will NEVER go any where else! It is a cash or token machine so make sure you have cash (starts at $10). It’s amazing and our pup loved it just as much as we did!

Great dog wash! Clean and roomy. Hose has shampoo/conditioner/flea tick shampoo already built in (you pick) water was warm and when it came to drying, the blower was strong.Takes cash or tokens. No change is given.Bring your own towels if you like to towel off before using the blower.The only thing that I would change is being able to lock the door from the inside. It is open 24 hours, but I wouldn't feel comfortable in that area alone.

Clean, tastefully decorated, self serve dog wash station provides double redundant barriers to keep Bowser from bolting into the busy parking lot. Warm water, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dry all take place In a latched washing chamber that put my Rottweiler at about waist height. At the time of this posting the spa treatment costs $10.00 for 10 min. with the option to add time. Great value!!

For starters the staff is second to none here. The carwash is Amazing. Not to mention the discount on gas when you purchase a car wash. Definitely a weekly stop. Keep up the great work.

I gave only four stars because I washed two vehicles that day I ordered the Supreme which was $15. The first thing I didn't like was when I pulled in the cleaning of the undercarriage I pulled in and it turned off halfway through the cleaning of the undercarriage. My vehicles we're a little dirty but nowhere near filthy. When the cycle was complete food around to the vacuum got out and inspected my car and it was just okay clean. It was not dry all the way, the wheels still had some dirt on them and I found spots on the trunk on the bottom of the doors and various places, and this was the same for both vehicles so I give him one thing consistency. But all in all my overall experience it was okay but Supreme means Supreme clean

We live down the street and often find ourselves using the auto car wash. The last time that we went, the carwash didn't really work like it was supposed to. (My fault entirely) But, the attendant working noticed immediately and didn't miss a beat restarting it for us!Great customer service!

My wife took her car at the self service and, she was very please. I took my in the regular car wash and I was very satisfied. Is 24 hours very convenient. Visit it and enjoy!

car wash prices are high for an all automatic wash. $9, for a basic, $12 upgrade and a whopping $15 for a deluxe ! wow ! and if you pay at the pump you dont know the price till you have already paid ! gas prices are usually higher than others too.

Basically just good for gas or automatic car wash. Some snacks and drinks but very little and I don't think they carry tobacco products either. The dog wash is basically just a big bin and a hose. The bin also had hair on the bottom. It has a pet product dispenser but the water stays cold. I ended up not washing my dog here.

Wasn't overly happy about the "soft touch" car wash breaking my mirror housing. Was less than happy about the response from the attendant. Found my broken pieces sitting in the bay, but yet "no way could that have happened, we service 1000 cars a day....you weren't centered, your mirrors weren't in...". Sadly, both of the above are incorrect. I got a "we'll review the tape"...can't wait for that to happen, won't hold my breath being as he didn't ask for my number to contact me and didn't give a hoot.

This is the best car wash in Carlisle. Family owned business that really cares about its customers. The attendent who was working helped out with everything from the tire air machine to explaining how the car wash works.Now scheduling a routine checkup with their mechanics at Noble Auto Care. Excite to see how they operate.

Dog wash is very quick and easy. Only takes cash. Shampoo and conditioner, drying etc. included! $6.00 for ten minutes. I was able to wash (but not fully dry) both of my long haired and short haired medium sized dogs for ten bucks.
