Dropped off a fedex package for return. Manager said it would be picked up on that following Monday and that I’d get a return text with information and I never received anything. The company of the return claims the label has not even been put to use. I’m VERY dissatisfied with their fedex drop off. DO NOT USE THEIR FEDEX DROP OFF. I’m out of $190.

Won't get my business any longer. Stopped on Saturday, October 22nd, at 7:07 pm. Only to be told they closed at 7! Wth is this about? Supposed to be open till 10pm. Third time this year, that I have personally experienced, that this store has been closed early or just not open at all!

First time visit. Was needing a few items and four this store just a couple miles from interstate 81. Easy access and ample parking. Clean and neat store, a good selection of items in stock. They had what we was looking for. Nice friendly staff that made you feel at home. Would return.

Had my kitten with me and they let me bring him into store. Employees are awesome. 1 employee was to leave but she stayed 45 minutes late just to help with the line of customers. Thank you for caring

People let me tell you something....I'm not sure, but the pre-recquisit for working at $ general must be...( AWESOME PEOPLE SKILLS) cause im telling you, in Plainfield, or newville, your NOT going to meet much better employees!!! And to be honest....its half the reason I go there! Great job guys and gals....you DESERVE IT!

Shout out to the manager! I forgot to pick up an order on November 9th (now December 5th) and he had it held for me this whole time! He even replaced the two small food items that had expired in the meantime. Way to go in the customer service department!!

Poorly stocked shelves and a couple of the cashiers are kind of rude. The shelves are often a mess because there aren't enough staff to do the little things.

They Always have Almost Every thing I need and Usually Cheaper than Giant and Often Times Walmart too. Normally open until 10 pm. Now only until 9pm
