I was looking for a repair shop to fix our Kitchen Aid Pro mixer but there are no shops near us that do this work. This shop said it could do the work but it is 2 and a half hours away from us. The owner was more than helpful when he explained how I could do the work myself. I was able to do the fix myself even when I had to take it apart hoping I would not ruin it more. For customers living near this shop please use them!! This shop truly understands customer service. Thank you!

As a land surveyor, we rely heavily on our machetes and masonry chisels and hammers. I was passing through town and my tools needed some serious TLC. I stopped by and asked if they could sharpen my tools and in only a few minutes, my machetes and chisels were sharper than when we first bought them. I highly recommend a visit if your hand tools need some loving.

They were awesome! My vacuum is a commercial grade carpet cleaner. They jumped right into it and was able to find the fix for the motor on the brushes. Going forward they will be the only ones to touch my machine!

Wow! A couple years ago these guys reached out on Veterans Day and provided any veteran who walked in with a free vacuum cleaner! That was my first interaction. Since then, I had my main vacuum break and they were very honest about what could or could not be done with it. The free vacuum also needed repairs. While I had it in, I looked at and asked about the Riccar vacuums they had on display. They took the time to answer all my questions! Fast forward about a week and I decided to go ahead and purchase one. Lo and behold in under a week, Riccar had raised their prices. They honored the price I had viewed the week before. They had the vacuum assembled and ready to go for me immediately! After pickup they messaged me on Social Media to ensure I was happy and to make sure I knew I could reach out anytime with any questions! Amazing to work with and it's nice to know I am helping out someone in the local community vs a big retailer!!! Definitely check them out!!! Oh and the vacuum is amazing! I only vacuumed my area rug (8×10). Nothing else.  I pre vacuumed it that morning with the Bissell before I made the decision to buy the Riccar! After vacuuming it, I felt the bag and it was 1/4 of the way full. That's disgusting!!! The Amber cleaning lights are amazing to let me know it's actually clean and  to move onto the next spot.

I took a broken carpet shampooer in for repair. It was an older model, and they weren’t able to find replacement parts. Because they were unable to repair it, they didn’t even charge me a “bench fee”. I will definitely go back whenever I need something repaired!!
