Dee is very professional, upfront, and fair. Her store is filled with treasures! Our stair treads are high quality carpet and padding, and installation was quick and easy. I will always use renovation for my home improvement needs!

I was hesitant buying from a retailer I’ve never heard of. Living in CA I called em because they had an item I really needed that Home Depot went out of stock on and I needed to finish a job.Dee over delivered on her service. Got back to me quickly with the price + shipping costs. Got my items exactly as expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.Added a picture of the tile I bought.

Absolutely recommend 100%! Dee from Renovation Nation was a pleasure to work with. I had a hard time trying to match the existing flooring in my home and she was able to solve the issue for me. Her products are well made and fit every budget. Her installers were wonderful as well. They went above and beyond my expectations - from the prep work to the trim work and clean up each day - I can’t say enough good things about them. I got quotes from a big box store and a national flooring company, the service they were going to provide does not compare to the service that Renovation Nation delivered. SHOP LOCAL! This store is the best! We have been going through a huge renovation (unplanned) and thanks to Dee, we were able to get our shower tile, backsplash tile, and floors at great prices. Her flooring crew came in and replaced all our subfloors and floors and did an amazing job. She also hooked us up with Andy Construction and Mid-Atlantic Cabinetry who have been replacing our kitchen and bathroom. Renovation Nation is a one stop shop! I recommend everyone check this place out.

Working with Renovation Nation was fantastic! I contacted them before I had closed on a house I was buying to try and coordinate an install prior to moving in, which also happened to coincide with the holidays. Not a problem for Renovation Nation. They took my tight and unique timeline in stride and made everything happen just like they said they would. We recently updated our hall bathroom using products we bought at Renovation Nation in Canonsburg. The owner Dee was a tremendous help with her knowledge of the tiles and diy installation. We bought a vanity with sink , floor and wall tiles that fit our budget perfectly. Dee responds to phone calls and online questions very quickly and is very helpful carrying things to your car. By far, you can’t beat the prices and the customer service is a 10!

Amazing Renovation Nation- They are a small flooring store in Canonsburg-we were referred by a family member so thought we would give it a try. The absolute best experience I've had for years. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and quality work. Didn't expect that. Owner answered all questions and matched us to the product that best fit our needs. Installers were prompt, polite, quick. Went over and above expectations. Old baseboard was removed and new was painted to match the walls at no extra cost. They do all types of flooring and that's all they do so they know their stuff. Given the shoddy customer service that seems to be prevalent today, these guys were amazing as was the owner Dee. Moved everything, put felt pads on every piece of my furniture to make it easier for us to move. Finished over 800 sq ft of removing old carpet and installing new floors in less than 2 days and it's perfect. Dee called to make sure we were pleased and said that they are there for whatever we need anytime. The advantage to working with a local business-pricing was less than the big box store who had a lot of addons. Moving the stove and refrigerator and installing new trim all included in price. Left my house spotless. Can't speak highly enough of the entire process-try them

Searched numerous known flooring stores and settled on Renovation Nation after going there in person. RN has an extensive line of flooring materials in stock and further limitless choices available for special order. I went special order and pricing was extremely competitive and cost saving. The materials arrived in a timely manner even during these hard times. Especially satisfying was the installation crew associated with RN. The installation estimate was quick and painless and in the end the cost was fair and the lowest I found. That did not reflect in the final installation of the material. The work was exceptionally professional and without stress or problems. The final outcome being 850 square feet of luxury vinyl perfectly installed with immaculate baseboards to finish the three day job completed in much less time. Additionally, carpet to a large room and stairs area was flawlessly installed to complete the entire finished basement project. And to begin the project, owner Dee and any and all of her associates provided professional, knowledgeable, and friendly guidance to start and finish my flooring plans. I highly recommend Renovation Nation for any of your flooring needs, not to mention all the other home improvements offered of which there are too many to include here in this review.

Renovation Nation were terrific to work with from start to finish. I saw their great reviews on Google and Facebook and went to visit the store. Dee was so easy to work with, allowed me to take samples home, and then came back and put in my order. From start to finish only took one month from paying for the flooring and the installation being completed. Darwin, her lead installer, and his team were fantastic. Such hard workers and efficient. They did 1,200 SF of solid hickory flooring, including demo and all wall base in just three days. And I love that after they were done Darwin let me know if I notice anything wrong after they leave just let him know and they'll come back to fix. I'm already looking to do our next job, upstairs carpet, with Renovation Nation. Friends already have complemented the beauty of our new Solid Hickory Wood Floors, they are beautiful.

Renovation Nation is a delightful store. It's not overwhelmingly huge like a Home Depot or Lowe's, but its inventory is! Dee had everything we needed to remodel our first floor from literally flooring to light fixtures, and every item was at crazy cheap prices, even with inflation. Dee, the owner, walked us through the steps of the remodel and was available in person, over the phone, and even buy email in the time we worked together. Our remodel was done at exactly budget (which has never happened in the history of the universe) using vendors she has wonderful working relationships with. I absolutely recommend Renovation Nation for all of your remodeling needs. Dee and her amazing store can do anything so far as I can tell! We will be using her for our upcoming bathroom remodels and asking her who she recommends for windows.

We recently had extensive water damage from a frozen pipe that burst on Christmas morning. Our insurance company made it our job to get estimates, we needed all new flooring. Carpet and hard floors. We had estimates from 6 flooring companies. Renovation Nation was the last company we contacted. After meeting with the owner Dee we knew who would be beautifying our floors. Dee has so many options for carpet and hard flooring. Renovation Nation was our choice. I was weary of leaving a detailed review seeing as the owner tends to argue with customers who give negative feedback, but I decided I’d like to share my experience with others.In store experience was fine, price was decent, timing was reasonable. The big kicker was the installers who did an absolute mess of a job. When I asked them to fix it they admitted that it was done poorly but said I’d have to pay for all new materials to have it done correctly the second time. We spent a few days fixing several things that were simply left a complete mess. Also, similar to other customers, we were left with an excessive amount of materials after the job was done - almost nearly double what was actually required.My advice is if you’re looking for quick-cheap-easy, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for high quality work with attention to detail, look elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing... from start to finish. We had been wanting to put a new floor in our living room for quite some time. Of course we would look at the big box stores...hmmmm.Sure you can get cheap flooring but what’s the trade-off? I’m always suspicious about installation. Since we really had no desire to do the work ourselves and no experience whatsoever, we needed help and advice. It also was especially important for us to do business with a small, independent and local company. Enter Renovation Nation! Dee was amazing to work with. We recently got our carpet installed. Dee was great to work with! She worked with her Shaw carpet representative to get us samples delivered to our home and answered all of our questions and requests for our flooring needs. She followed up to make sure we received the carpet samples and had great patience throughout the process. Although we could have gone with a local company closer to us, we decided to go with Renovation Nation (40 minutes away) because of the customer service. It was worth the trip! The carpet installers were friendly and nice. They cleaned up the area after they were completed. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We had an incredible experience with Renovation Nation. We were able to look at carpet samples at the warehouse and then with in the week someone came out to measure and give us a quote for installation. We placed our order the next day and then were contacted as soon as the carpet came in and set up an install date. Darwin installed the carpet and did a phenomenal job. He had to deal with some tight corners and awkward stairs, and everything looks phenomenal. He cleaned up after the install and we can not even begin to describe how happy we are with the job. We have a baby on the way in May and we are so happy to have the nursery all ready to go.
