Stopped in today for the first time to get coffee and had to get donuts after seeing them. The server was very friendly and explained about their donuts and options. I got a dozen, and the coconut and the cinnamon donuts that I tried were phenomenal. The coffee was delicious too. No creamer necessary because it was so hot, fresh and tasty. Better than Starbucks in my opinion. I highly recommend stopping by!

If the donuts weren't so good we would give zero stars. Customer service was terrible! The employee was upset that we showed up when our pick up time was on our order. They claimed they submitted it would be later, but my receipt said to pick up at the time we showed up. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal we quietly took a seat. The employee proceeded to act nasty towards us and give dirty looks. When we finally got our order...the employee still served us with an attitude. Needless to say we were happy to leave, but once we got to the car we realized the employee forgot our drinks. When we went back in the employee was complaining about us loudly to customers. We usually love this establishment...but we will most likely not visit the Waterdam shop again. This was just uncomfortable for us and unnecessary.

This local chain expanded to this area a few months ago and i had a chance to stop in. The location used to be a donut shop, so it was nice to see how much cleaner and brighter it is now. All the goofy elements are in place as well as 40 or more varieties.If you are not familiar with these guys, they make small yeast donuts and then slather on various toppings. Being fall, all the specials were pumpkin themed!Sweetness predominates and the donuts themselves disappear beneath the gobs of toppings. I also got a latte which was exceedingly weak. Between that, and the high prices, the ratings tanked.

The donuts are good, and the service is very good. Everyone working there is very friendly. We like it because we can have a treat and they aren't too much to ruin your diet. I will pick up a dozen and take them to work sometimes.

A few months back, I met Ron the founder who gave his unique story about how his little donut shop all got started. So I just had to try these special little guys for myself which they personalize so many tasty variations right before your eyes. Loved 😍 the peanut butter and chocolate the best so far! 😋

A very dry donut and no variety of different donuts just the one kind (toppings don’t make for a different donut). No amount or variety toppings can fix the fact that the donut itself is bad, and on top of it very high prices! There are way better donut places.

Had the pleasure of experiencing the magic of these little donuts recently. The amount of love and passion baked fresh into any flavor donuts your heart desires is nothing short of euphoric. The attention to detail from the incredibly friendly staff is awe inspiring. Highly recommend this wonderful establishment to any person or pup(yes, they have treats for pets too!)in search of bakery bliss.

Wow. LITTLE donuts is the key word! These donuts are good, not great. They are, by far, the most expensive donuts I have ever eaten. The place was empty and I don't see myself paying over $15/dozen yet again.

Will never again patronize this place. After working here and giving so many hours, waking up at 4AM to drive in nearly an hour one way to open constantly and being in the first round of employees I’ve been blocked by one of the owners from all social media (for unknown reasons). Tried to reach out and found out because they weren’t smart enough to block both accounts of mine. Thought that Amy was a better person as we had family ties that went back (same college connection, my husband worked for her father in his college years, went to the same church, etc.). But clearly these owners are only after money and nothing else, not even their Christian values they claim to have. Sad as I was so happy to be a part of this Pittsburgh based little family of franchises and was proud to work here. Now will forever tell people to buy their expensive donuts elsewhere. Amy, I’m praying for you.

Definitely not fresh and pre frozen before deep frying.They were also as hard as a rock,and cut everyone's mouths all up.Overall,I would not recommend going there.

Just cant say enough about the gourmet donuts in my opinion. Love getting a couple hot plain ones right off the fryer. Richard Brulee is a definite winner along with Snick Jagger! Cant go wrong with anything!

I was rather disappointed in these donuts, as to how crunchy they were and the amount I had to pay for them. Since they are little donuts the price should not be as much! The icing had turned really hard and lost its flavor after a few hours of buying them and they were yuck tasting. I am certain that I will not return to this establishment and i will not recommend it to anyone else.

My family loves this PLLD! We make sure and stop anytime we’re in McMurray. The owners and staff are wonderful, it’s always clean and it’s a super fun atmosphere!
