Stopped in for a coffee and snack on my way to work, got to the register and saw the cashier outside on a smoke break. I don't have a problem with this, it was when she saw me standing at the register through the window and turned her back on me and continued her smoke break. I decided I did not need my coffee and snack that badly.

Store employees closed store before posted hours. The store employees would not let customers in at 9pm when posted hours are 10pm.

Worst DG on the planet!!! Lazy staff and management is worse. Won’t answer phone, items expired, trashy appearance and never ask for assistance, you are scowled at as if these degridates actually work hard!!!

This place is getting better. They were really short staffed for awhile so all products were really low. The staff is always so friendly which is nice because I'm sure it's stressful because short staffed.

The floor was a little crowded with wooden pallets and boxes, etc., but this was my first time there and i was still pleasantly surprised. They had much more than I had imagined; food, home decor, cleaning, beauty, office supplies, and much more. Good deals and prices, too. And the cashier was very nice. I'll definitely be going back.

Most of the time there are no products on the shelves the workers are on too many breaks outside smoking except for a few young men that are wonderful. The one gentleman should be the manager he ia always stocking shelves and taking care of customers

The store is never opened. I stop every night before work to get drinks and snacks for work and they're never open. Constantly closing early. Lately, been stopping elsewhere for smokes because you never know if they're open or not. Gonna start doing my food and essentials shopping elsewhere, like the Family Dollar, instead. Worst part is, they don't even care. You ask the workers about it and they just blow you off, like you're bothering them

They've gotten better, faster and seems like stock is never in the floor as much anymore. I always wear a face mask but not often do other shoppers anymore.

Worst dollar general ever!! They have the rudest manager no wonder no one ever stays working there. Don’t waste your time here the products that actually make it to the shelves are outdated and more expensive than they are labeled. There are plenty of better options than this store don’t waste your time!! I know I won’t ever again!!

Pretty gross in there if I’m being honest. Mud all over the floors, dust in every corner and at bottom of the shelves, shelves aren’t stocked and there is unpacked merchandise in the aisles.

Worst dollar general ever. Place is a dirty dump. Employees are rude. Every time you need checked out, they seemed bothered. Last time I was there, an employee was screaming and swearing about quitting. There is literally black mold all through the cooler area near the milk and frozen food.

Wow is that place dirty. Everything is just tossed around and the floors are filthy. I realize it's a Dollar General but come on. Expired food and what looks like rat droppings in the shelves. Will never step foot in there again. If you decide to brave it please make sure your shots are up to date

Very large store and wide open aisles.There are very few times when the aisles have been stocked up with storage containers. The best thing about this store is it's prices. It even has a grocery aisle with several .99 cent items. It also has a very large frozen food cooler with several low prices. Not to mention my favorite sugar treats are very cheap.

Work in the area and go there at least 3x/week but lately, I get annoyed going there. There's always a ton of boxes/shipments blocking a full aisle and several aisles at a time during lunch hour which is really annoying since its the busiest time of the day. Would suggest the owner restock everything in the evening when the store is less busy and do one aisle at a time vs blocking every aisle. All those aisles blocked at one time is also a fire hazard. Too tight in there as it is already. Like the new items though.

Store is always a mess and shelves are never stocked. The aisles are usually blocked by stock carts and boxes full of merchandise that hasn't been put away while large sections of the shelves are almost empty. I have given this location numerous chances, but it's always terrible.

Store is open, but nobody working there. People walking around shopping, line at the register, no employees. There is a self checkout, but that's it. People walking out. Not sure if anyone is actually paying.

This store was a disgrace!!!!! Boxes and carts in every walkway, blocking more than half the walkway, dangerous!!!! Multiple shelves were empty completely. Only saw 2 employees, one at cash register, and one stalking, why was it hard to manuver through the store. Not impressed, and NOT going back to this store. Left without buying anything!

The employees there, all 2 of them, are always grumpy AF! God forbid someone requests cash back and they have to "take from their drawer and have to go get more from the safe." Dont go in here unless you want to leave in a very bad mood. And the place is a mess.

Polite & professional employees as always. However, despite the store marketing towards the budget shopper, many of the prices were HIGH, higher than the prices at the normal supermarket (Giant Eagle) I usually shop at. That is why it wasn't rated higher.

This store is ALWAYS a mess. Merchandise blocking the aisles and everything a MESS.. No one ever seems to clean up or organize. Definitely needs new management. This is one of the worst Dollar Generals I have ever been in!

Stopped at this dollar general today. I don't have great expectations when going to dollar general, however this one was mediocre. Little disorganized, shelves were sloppy, lighting needs fixed. Cashier was not very responsive, felt like I was bothering her when trying to check out. She was not responsive.

Don't have any glue, slow lines, no food dye, unless u want red.... It stains a lot. Tried using it and stained my baking sheets. Very cheap prices though, can't beat cheap stuff.

Yesterday I tried stopping by after work, around 5pm, to pick up some things for a Halloween costume. There was an employee at the door saying they were closed. It’s supposed to stay open until 10pm. Just now I tried calling twice, to see how long they’re open today. No answer!

The shelves are always either bare or things are just thrown where ever. There is zero organization and there are entire isles you can’t go down because boxes are everywhere. There’s never anyone stocking shelves, only cashiers working and the manager standing up front greeting customers when they should be getting the store in order. Zero stars.

I think they are reorganizing the store because every isle had tons of unopened boxes and the shelves were kind of bare, I think they're remodeling also. this Dollar general seems to have more cards than the other one in Houston that was all sold out and don't look like the replenishing anyting anytime

Staff was not very friendly, store was super crowded and not very clean. It will do in a pinch, if you can't get to Walmart or just need to pick something up quickly, but don't expect to find it fast, if at all, and don't expect the staff to be nice about you asking them questions.
