EDIT: I had to call Pronto Plumbing again this week for a completely unrelated issue. Casey was great, and so was Daniel. He came out promptly to assess the situation. While it turned out to NOT be a plumbing-related issue, he connected me immediately with someone who could help.Would definitely recommend Pronto Plumbing. Tommy was efficient, professional, and friendly. We had a gas leak in our new home, which caused us to be without heat on a freezing cold day after UGI shut off the gas. Thankfully, Tommy arrived quickly to repair the couplings on our gas line and also patiently worked with his manager and our home warranty company to get our claim approved before starting any work. Tommy replaced the couplings on our basement gas line, and we now have peace of mind, knowing that our family is safe. Casey, who I spoke to on the phone, was also a pleasure to work with. When the need inevitably arises for plumbing work again, we know who we'll be calling.

Matt Price was our plumber and he was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. Our sump pump quick working and Pronto Plumbing got Matt there in a very timely manner. With three days of raining, the basement was filling up with water. He was a life safer and very we are very grateful for the quick replacement.

Had one hell of a drain clog in my kitchen that I tried for days to resolve on my own. I was guaranteed a time window. Kevin called to inform me he was on the way, arrived on time, was upfront and informative about every step of the process. He fixed my issue quickly and confidently. He really knew his stuff, and was a pleasure to deal with. Would 100% use Pronto again and would ask for Kevin by name. I had previously called another plumbing service provider with a silly, very recognizable name in the industry and was quoted more than double what Pronto ended up charging me. Jesse was great and provided even keeled calm service. I had total confidence in everything he was doing and saying. He explained it well and found the root of the problem and fixed it. I called pronto at 6:30 pm and he was here within 30 minutes. I had just come home from knee surgery and smelled gas. He was super helpful. His personality was great because I needed calmness. I will continue to use pronto and he was the best technician!!!

Ethan was amazing each time he came to my house. He replaced our grinder pump and my mom said she didn’t even know he was down there. Very polite and professional and I love how they text you with the service guys picture so you know who is coming to your house. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if needed. 10/10

My house was 55 degrees inside because my electric heat pump wasn't tuning on. I did some basic troubleshooting on my own, but couldn't figure it out. So, I called their main office at 8am, they made an appointment with me for 1:30pm, and they had finished up everything by 2:30. I just had a blown fuse in the air handler.Tom was the technician, and he was great!EDIT 4/11/24: The day following Tom's visit, the fuse blew again. I called them up and he revisited, and he also brought along an electrician. Together, they were able to determine that the reason the fuse was blowing was due to a low voltage short in the heat pump. They repaired the wire, replaced the fuse, and it has been working ever since! Best of all, this revisit was at no additional cost to me. I still highly recommend Pronto!!!

Jarrod Thomas did a great job fixing our plumbing problem. He was thoughtful and courteous. He kept our interests in mind with a one step at a time approach. Explained what may have caused our problem and how to avoid it in the future. If we ever have another plumbing problem again we'll ask for Jarrod specifically.

My appointment today with SECCO was typical of what I’ve come to expect. Tom was prompt and professional, as well as very personable. He recalled being part of the team that installed my mini-split system ten years ago. He took the time to check out all five units and the outside system as well, and gave a clean bill of health while indicating some future maintenance needs. It means a lot to have a level of comfort and confidence with the service staff who care for the equipment they’ve installed.

Used Pronto for a complete interior sewer pipe replacement. Dan, who came to do the consultation (for free) was wonderful. He walked me through the process and allowed me to view the screen as he camera'd the line. He was very nice and communicated throughout the entire process. For the project, Melvin was the main guy here for both days. I can't say enough about him! He was phenomenal, very funny and sweet. He did a great job at making me feel comfortable while they spent two days in my house while I was home alone. They cleaned up after themselves, laid down and hung up sheets to prevent dust from flying everywhere, and even took off their boots when walking through the house to prevent tracks. I was highly impressed, especially for the price. 10/10 would use them again and recommend them, especially with Melvin!

Had Pronto out to check on water pressure issues within the house, the technician Tommy found our pressure tank was bad. He replaced and set everything up nicely. Amazing customer service as well as a quick repair. Will be calling for more upgrades to the well pump system in the future.

What can I say about Pronto Plumbing, Heating Air & Drains. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. Dan Harner entered My Home, My drains were in fear.My drains were pressure cleaned from the clean out to the main sewer line. I watched on cameras in real time. Dan Harner is very professional.My drain was cleaned for the price that another company wanted Me to pay for sending someone out to relay back what was needed to clear My drains. I guess He was going to use the force. I saw it as a way to line there pockets.I previously had sewer line insurance. The Plumber They was sent to My home had little experience. My home is on a hill. The front of My home on top, back on the down hill portion. The plumber refused to believe My water ran to the back. I argued with Him and the insurance company. I told them, He didn’t know what He was doing. He stayed at My home half the day and couldn’t clear a tissue clog. Regardless, that I had shown Him My clean out in the back yard, He still had someone come out to mark the lines. He definitely was embarrassed for not listening. I had paid for sewer line insurance for years and they refused to send someone else out.Dan Harner from Pronto saved My drain. Destroyed the villain in my pipes and got the girl at the end of the movie.

Pronto Plumbing Camp Hill PA came through for me during an emergency when no one else would!Last Sunday my septic tank alarm went off so I started calling around for emergency service. I found a company who came out to drain the cesspool but he was not able to get the grinder pump operating. He gave me a number to a company experienced in this area. I called this company 3 times and never once did they return my call even though I said it was an emergency on their answering machine. I finally found another company who came out the next day and rewired the connections and they “thought” the grinder pump was operating (but it wasn’t) so they placed the cap back on and left $450 later. So now my emptied cesspool began filling up again and in two days the tank alarm went off indicating a problem with the grinder pump. Finally I called Pronto Plumbing who I never used before and they sent out “Kevin“ on the same day. This young man knew his stuff and knew what was going on. He quickly determined where the other company went wrong and came up with an appropriate game plan. At this point I’m very upset in general over the situation but he hung in there with me until I fully understood the cost and next steps to the project. Kevin has the patience of a saint! Next day Pronto sends “Josh” and “Cody” to actually complete the job. These two very personable young men worked very hard to remove the old pump and replace it with a new one. After the job was done Cody knocks on my door to explain how it all works and I really appreciated that. All of this was coordinated through “Dustin” their General Manager. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all plus he stayed in touch with me until they located a part and drove the part to my home from York. This guy is a professional and he made me feel he truly cared a lot about resolving this urgent situation.I HIGHLY recommend Pronto Plumbing Camp Hill because they provided me with immediate professional and expert service when no one else would or could. 5 star performance!!!

We had an issue with our sewer line. Unfortunately we needed to have the line replaced. I don't remember his name but the first team leader was very professional and sympathetic to the cost that we were to incur.We had a small issue after the repair and contacted Printo. We received a rapid reply and they resolved the issue. Would highly recommend this company.

I had one of your technicians, Dan, at my property today for a main line clog. I have dealt with a lot of contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. and I can honestly say that I have never experienced anything like I did today. Dan was absolutely amazing. Everything about the service that Dan and your company provided was beyond exceptional. I made a call, the tech arrived, and the work was completed within two hours of the initial call, and the price was better than the competition. I cannot thank you guys enough. I have never been so happy to spend a few hundred dollars! I will only be calling you for my plumbing needs.

2/5/2023 - My first interaction with Pronto Plumbing. I called Monday morning to schedule an appt for an estimate and spoke with Krista who was friendly, sympathetic, and extremely professional. It is not often that I have a customer service interaction that sticks out, but Krista surely did. She is a great first impression for Pronto Plumbing.Update 2/6 - We had Ethan A. at our home to provide an estimate for new sewer lines, and he was just as great as Krista - highly knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward.Update 2/7 - I had called Pronto to see if they had video or photos of our sewer lines to pass off to our insurance company. Krista did not miss a beat as said, of course they do, and sent them over. I had the photos and videos arrive in my email inbox within seconds of hanging up the phone. I am continually impressed with Pronto.Update 3/9 - I spoke with Cory several times through February and early March. He checked in with me to see if we needed anything while we waited for our insurance claim to post. He was always kind and gave the impression that he cared. He was patient with us, and I felt no pressure as we waited for our insurance claim.Update 3/13 - Cody, Lester, Drew, and Melvin arrived as schedule to our home (on a rainy 40 degree morning the day after day light savings clock changed forward, no less) ready to work. They did a massive sewer pipe bursting project for us that took from 8am-4pm. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with and performed the job as expected. The pronto team handled all of the necessary paperwork with the township, and the township came out and inspected with no issues. I would highly recommend Pronto and the entire team to anyone.Everyone along the way was upbeat, kind, and made our issue, their issue. Ricky Kohan arrived promptly . He answered my many questions and was patient in explaining things thoroughly so I had a clear understanding. He was actually the second representative(multiple estimates) to arrive for an estimate only. But, by putting forth more effort than the first person, he was able to ease my mind and checking account and simply resolved the issue with an outside drain , a savings, when compared to the other estimate, of $12, 500!!!So refreshing to find someone with an honest work ethic!!

I did not use the service but giving a review on customer service. I had a plumber no show after waiting 2 hours. Called Pronto and an answering service answered on a Sunday and I gave them my info. A very lovely lady called me back in an hour or 2 and scheduled something for a Monday. Unfortunately my problem got worse and I had to get an emergency plumber out on Sunday but seeing as how this company and the company I ended up using were the only ones who answered, I thought they deserved a good review.

Had to close our office for the day due to toilet not flushing. Ricky Kohan arrived and found the entire septic line was clogged and there was no power to the pump.
