The ladies at happy tails are so understanding and good towards him.We can’t believe how well he’s adjusted going there, and how much patience they have towards him.Incredible staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a great experience every time. I am so happy & pleased & grateful for Happy Tails! My corgi has been reluctant to let me bathe her and clip her nails so I tried a groomer. They were okay with her, even knowing she has had issues. Brought my own muzzle and came back to a happy, fluffy, amazing smelling dog (seriously, it’s been almost a month and she STILL smells good). They have separated areas for dogs that may not get along with others as well. Definitely will be back!

Happy Tails did such an excellent job grooming my shihtzhu Bandit. First time there a week ago. Bandit smells good his skin so soft and he is Happy 🐕 and makes me a Happy Client. 😃

Had my service dog in and when I picked him up I noticed big nick on his neck..never mentioned it to me.When I called they would not accept responsibility. Also had to remind them of my service dog discount.Terrible place in my opinion.Never even apologized..just banned me..wouldn't do there anyways..terrible experience..don't go!!

It was the first time bringing my pup. He is very timid. The staff were wonderful. They listened to me and my concerns and were very professional and compassionate. I think I was more nervous than my pup. They did a great job! We found our forever groomers! ♥️ Eli says Thank you!!

I was shocked when I called last week looking for a place to take my doodle for a full service haircut. I called over 7 places that didn't even answer the phone, just a recording saying they were not accepting new clients. Then I called Happy Tails, and they not only answered the phone but had an appointment for the very next week.When I picked my buddy up after his appointment, I was very impressed that it was the best haircut he had gotten by far from anywhere else I had taken him. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The pricing was very reasonable as well.I have already scheduled appointments for my other 2 doodles. I think I have found my permanent grooming shop.Job well done, thank you

We have been very happy with Happy Tails; we’ve been taking our large Golden here for 2 years and he always come home incredibly well-groomed and always with a new bandana. They will listen to your requests about what shampoos to use or not to use, and can make recommendations.Even if I have a 1 o’clock appointment, with my work schedule, I can’t always get him there at that time but they allow me to drop him off when they open which is very helpful.I cannot comment on the cost because I have not used other dog groomers in the area ; we used to be our dog ourselves at pet value since they have a dog washing station but since they’ve closed, we’ve been using Happy Tails and will continue to do so.

WORSED EXPERIENCE EVER. They did not finish my cat’s hair cut because my cat “was too difficult”. Now my cat is walking around with hair on one side and I need to finish the cut myself.They are simply not professionals and do not know how to do cat hair cuts. The girl who did my cat’s cut said that “she tried”. So if you want to pay full price for people TRYING TO groom your pet, then go to Happy Tails.I PAID FOR THE SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE JUST SO I COULD GET MY CAT BACK BECAUSE I SUSPECTED ANIMAL ABUSE AT THIS PLACE. My cat is a very calm and loving cat, and she does not bite. She also does not like hair cuts which I notified the employees about. So I dont know what they did to her for her to be as they claim “aggressive”. Other places complete the hair cur just fine. These people just do not know how to so their job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE.

I bring my cat in to get his nails done. In and out in usually 5-10 minutes. Staff is always super friendly, always give little guy some love even in for a quick trip. Just bring cash with you so you can tip, they don’t take tips if you pay with card.

Happy Tails is amazing. We have two big dogs (Staffordshire & Terrier Mix) and they get the best grooming here and the staff really knows how to handle them. We always feel comfortable leaving our dogs and the prices are very reasonable!

I took my 4 month old female Bernedoodle here for her first grooming and they did exactly as I requested. I’ve had so many people compliment her since her grooming that I felt I needed to write a review on what a great job they did. I felt like they genuinely care for their animals as if they were their own. Highly recommend them!

Reasonable prices and friendly staff, but when they trim my dog's nails, they always cut one too short (she has white nails, so the quick should be easy to see). Today was the worst ever and the last time I will put my dog through that.

I have been taking my dogs to Happy Tails for over 15 years. Anita has been the groomer. She is great .She is patient and an excellent groomer. She was so understanding when she took care of my little one that didn’t want to be groomed. I have found everyone there to be friendly and courteous and helpful. No stars at all. Took my Golden retriever here and instead of a normal cut they sheared ALL of her double coats off so she looks like a white horse with dark tail and face. No fur at all between her and the cold. I have never felt so angry and helpless in my life. DO NOT go there. They have no idea what to do.

I don't normally do ratings but for them I will. If I could post this with no stars I would! The manage has the WORST customer service I've ever experienced from a company. We dropped our dog off at 11am and went to pick him up at noon and was told it will be 3-4 hours until he's done. No one ever told us a time frame and as a new customer we didn't know to expect that time frame. I called the manage to talk with her about how we weren't told and now my husband has to leave work and her response was, what do you want me to do about it and she told me I can come and get him wet if I wanted. She never apologized or anything. As a first time customer that gave a terrible impression. Now just 3 days later my dog won't sit down, he keeps biting himself and won't eat all because he was shaved to the skin on his butt... now we'll need to take him to the vets to get him steroids to stop itching. I called her again to tell her about how he is and her response again was, it's not our fault... she did tell me to take him to the vets and the give her the vet bill because I told her I wanted compensation. Who knows if she'll hold up her end of the bargain but I know the end result will be him going to the vet. She continued with her terrible attitude and I told her she had terrible customer service and then she told me I had a bad attitude and hung up on me. Other than taking my vet bill to her I will NEVER step foot inside there again. I'm completely disappointed! They had good reviews and with a name like Happy Tails I thought it had to be good, how completely wrong I was! Be careful if you take your dog here! Maybe I just happened to have a bad experience but her attitude and complete disregard for the health and wellbeing of my dog (who is like my baby) has made me decide I'd rather cut my dogs own hair before putting him through this torture again!

Years ago I heard good things about this place so took my dog there, a cockapoo. My first visit went well and as expected from a groomer, the second visit did not.I made a morning 9:30 appointment to groom my dog. A wash, cut and trim. My dog wasn't ready to pick up until almost 2 in the afternoon!!! Their excuse was that they were so busy. Why so busy with other dogs if I was set with an early appointment?We dropped our dog off and did some errands for 2 hours and went back to the groomers.We sat in our car for another half an hour expecting a call. Meanwhile, watched dogs going inside the place for grooming every 10 minutes. So I figured I will go inside and ask when my dog is expected to be ready.Was told 1:30 in the afternoon because they are so busy! Didn't matter that I had an appointment or not. Are they taking walk-ins over my appointment?We went home and waited for a call. At 1:45 in the afternoon my husband called to see what was going on and if our dog was giving them any trouble. They said no and our dog will be ready in 5 minutes.We picked up our dog and all they could say is that they were sorry it took so long because they were busy.I don't recommend this place for anyone. Both visits I left a cash tip but was treated like trash anyways.5-12-2021 In response to your comment to my review on your business. Don't talk to me like I haven't any brain cells. My review was shortened just to give people and you enough of an idea what is wrong with your business. If you don't want to change things you don't have to. But don't call me out on my details because I was there and observed what was going on . As to these wonderful people that gave you 5 stars, they admitted you fit their pets in anytime they need to be seen. That entails leaving pets with appointments sitting in a cage waiting for hours and hours to begin to be worked on. I'm not mistaken on the time because I have phone records I used to be precise.You have nerve trying to make me out to be some kind of a liar. I want to bring to people's attention that I posted my review on this site and it was removed 3 days later with a few other peoples negative reviews. I know there are software companies that can do this for business owners. I came back and put my review up again and will keep checking back to make sure my review stays on here. There is nothing like a business out here cheating the public and undermining others.Note to public: In the grooming industry if you don't tip or tip well, the groomer will leave your dog sit until last. Appointment or not. This is because the groomers don't get paid well and they depend on tips. If the customer gets mad, the groomers don't care because they don't need you to come back if your not a tipper. I tip in cash and I feel they didn't record it and treated me like a person that doesn't tip. They didn't record my tip from the first time I was there because it was cash and not put on a card and entered into the computer.My information is accurate and not mistaken by any means.

Been taking my golden chase here for the past year or so. They are more than accommodating and he always looks perfect and is happy when he is leaving. I witnessed a jerk come in yelling this morning as I dropped off chase about how long it took to groom a dog. I would leave both of my pups here as long as they needed. I trust them 100% and am always happy with them. All three ladies in the store handled it great, which is why I love this place even more!

I have been coming to this place off & on since 2011 and the owner always took great care of my Yorkies even when one of them was very difficult to deal with. I really love this place no matter when I call she fits me in . amazing Woman and business. Henny & Hollister Love's her . Unfortunately Henny is gone but Hollister would love the extra attention.Thank you for your great service Happy Tails. I took my sister dogs there for the 1st and was scared but not really because I know how they take good care of my dogs but my sister is very hard to please however she was beyond happy.... they was very busy yesterday & made it look so easy Great job ladies .Hollister will be back and when ever I have his dad with me Henry would be there too. I can go on and on how amazing this place .5 stars all the time.

I love Happy tails They always take great care of my animals I have a Pitbull and Yorkshire terrier and they like being groomed especially the Yorkie I use to go to PetSmart but had bad experience like 3 times in a row been going to Happy tails for like 4 or 5 yrs now!!

First time..Last time ..They take appointments, you get there on time for your appointment and are told it will be a 3 hour wait! My 17 told cat has never taken more than 1 hr to groom usually less, Decided not to wait mostly because the business was unclean. IMO 🤷🏼‍♀️

Although they did a great job with my dog the first time, this time they said he had too many mats and shaved him right to the skin. He was no different the first time. He looks terrible. He is not crazy about grooming and I think they were too busy and just didn't want to bother with him this time. I am sure I won't bother to take him there again. Unless your dog needs very little attention, I wouldn't recommend taking a dog there. They just don't want to do the work.

Very disappointed with third visit!! My Bichon went in for his 12:00 appointment. I was told to expect 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called to check on him after 4 1/2 hours and was told he was “on the table now” and it would be about another 30 minutes. I received a text at 5:00 that he was ready to be picked up. The cut was ok but after I got home I realized that he was not given a blow dry and his fur was not soft and it was tangled and not conditioned. He was not as white, soft and fluffy as he normally is after a grooming session! This experience was a waste of time and money!! We will not be returning to this establishment!!!
