This is gross and I’m gonna start documenting. This food sat out for 10 mins without a single employee even attempting to put a single item away. Food is literally laying on the floor and then we pay for it.Update-4/10/24 pictures added. Food still sitting out used laser thermometer and refrigerated food temped at 57 degrees. 🤢

I dislike Giant and actually prefer Weis or Aldi's. Twice already when I go to the customer service desk a rude lady by the name ANGELA always harasses me!! She's snotty and rude. People like her shouldn't be allowed in customer service. I work customer service (federal) and I have tons of patience and kindness. Why?? Because I enjoy helping people. Angela always screams at me and make me feel horrible. I only go to this location because I pay a bill (convient- distance wise).

This particular store is great! Great variety. I do have to say though the lady at the self checkout needs to be fired. I was scanning a few items when the stupid machine malfunctioned and wouldn’t let me scan any items until someone came over to help. The lady who came over was a grump and made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. Her name was Dottie.

Giant seems to have the worst employees when it comes to customer service. When I was here, the employee ignored me when I rang for assistance during checkout. When she finally came over, it was a language barrier. Then she kept raising her voice because she kept telling me she couldn't help me with ringing up my order. I am ready to switch to Karns or Weis as their employees are helpful and pleasant

I hate Giant. Not just this one, but all of them. It's a horrible business in general. They are overpriced the employees and managers never care. Its just horribly ran. Its good their slowly going out of business. Haha

I Just bought this today. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. The entire inside of this is moldy and I have 0 time to get this corrected. Thanks for leaving out old and moldy produce that looks in great shape to consumers.

I love this store but every time i come here i am stalked and harassed by the self checkout clerk, Dottie. I get off work at 11pm and she makes it her life's goal to follow me around the store and yell at me even when I'm saying I'm feeling anxious and uncomfortable. Please remove this woman, she's racist, aggressive, and incompetent. I may need to look up the next closest giant because I'm so tired of being stalked and harassed every time i simply try to buy groceries after work. If anywhere else was open until midnight around me I'd gladly do my shopping elsewhere because this woman is so miserable that she makes it hell to shop here. she even stops me on my way in to tell me however many minutes are left until closing. Tonight other people were trying to get assistance and instead of helping them she followed me to the lottery machine to yell at me and i got so anxious my transaction timed out and buying my tickets after my groceries took me even longer. I have servere anxiety and this woman really scares me, she's on a power trip.

The employees are friendly, the store is well-stocked, and they are rarely out of the things we need.The one star drawback as ridiculous as it may seem is the insanely slow traffic patterns on the outside parking lots. Good luck getting in and out with any level of efficiency, especially when holidays like Thanksgiving, the Superbowl, or 4th of July occur.That may be in part due to the fact that Camp Hill's infrastructure isn't designed for the level of traffic that goes through the main strip.Be that as it may, be choosey and deliberate about the times you go if you don't want to be halted by tons of customers cross walks choking either entrance or navigating a bunch of cars turning every which way.

Unfortunately for this being one of their flagship stores every time. I've gone there in the past year. They seem to be out of what I'm looking for so I find myself going to the giant at Union Deposit which seems to always be well stoked.

Made to order salads in the deli are ordered from a menu board and made fresh right there in front of you! I was pleasantly surprised with at how hardy they turned out. They look and taste wonderful. Priced lower than a regular salad bar

Yeah i like this Giant.Beer on tap. Its like a real hot food market with varieties of food to choose. Wine slushies dry aged beef robots. This giant is actually double the size of the one by my house. Oh i cant forget they even have cooking school.

Once again, I received EXCELLENT customer service from Vonnie this morning!!! It was great seeing her again.************I received EXCELLENT customer assistance from Vonnie, the cashier and the young lady(didn't get her name, ) who placed my items in my bag. I left feeling welcomed and appreciated.****************Unfortunately, in past instances I have NOT been experiencing the level of service that the above individuals demonstrated today. GIANT will benefit if Vonnie and her assistant(bagger) to perform customer service classes to ensure other employees follow their high-level of services.**** This is one of those instances of poor customer service experience from FAYE. It's unfortunate she NEVER smiled nor greeted me and expected me to bag my own groceries. However, if the cashier is exceptional with customer service and without a helper, I will bag my own groceries.

The Starbucks barista Kayla was so sweet I left my phone and wallet in the car. Running on low energy just got my 3 month old and forgot all the important stuff. I said to not make the drink anymore when I realized but she was so nice she paid for me. I told her she didn’t need to but she said it’s fine for us to just have a good day and enjoy. There aren’t enough people like her in the worldThe other American American lady making my drink was very nice as well. Though being tired I can’t recall her name.The store itself is very nice clean and everyone in the store is always very helpful. The stock is always good. Love going to this giant.

Decent store with a good selection of products. I have been shopping here for years now and I must say they I feel that the overall service and experience has regularly declined, especially once the company was purchased by an overseas company.... While they have remodeled, the cosmetics do not match the service. They are no longer the best place to save on your grocery bill, customer service is not as friendly and responsive as it has been in the past with many of the employees being clueless when you ask for help. I went from doing my weekly shopping here for 15 years to maybe stopping by once a month to buy something I only find here. I find better prices and better service at the local or regionally owned stores in the area. I guess they can offer better prices and service when they dont emphasize superficial cosmetics.

One of the best local stores around! Saladworks, Starbucks, Panda Express, Beer and wine bar, Boars Head Sandwich board, Hot Bar....etc. you can't go wrong!Still awesome.

Best Giant Supermarket in the area with a much more comprehensive range of groceries, etc. than comparable GIANT stores in the area. Bright, well lighted and clean, although a mite cold! Maybe turn the a/c down?

It was fine we was trying to get everything together to make sure that I was going to have a wonderful birthday coming up and it was absolutely great everything came together and we had a lovely birthday and everything turned out just perfect and I couldn't have done it without all the wonderful people deserve and do their jobs correctly my birthday turned out to be a lovely event because everyone enjoyed did their job and they treated me as a person and he had everything that I needed to be done thank you Giants for doing everything that you needed to do.

Everything i wanted was in stock even items I didn't know I needed. Fast friendly service at the register and customer service associates. Dennis is a butcher there. He gives me stellar service. I don't buy beef if he's not there. He goes out of his way to wait on me as soon as he sees me approaching the meat counter. When I have asked him to recommend beef I'm always satisfied with his choices. I also purchase the thick cut of slab bacon, both regular and peppered bacon, absolutely delicious. When I chose the piece of pork roast I asked him if he would tie it up, this roast is going to be fabulous when I cook it. I have not seen this kind of butcher and service outside of a free standing butcher shop. Where i originally hale from there's many free standing butcher shops but they are always so busy they don't take requests for things like tying roasts.I will continue to buy meat from this particular Giant as long as he works there. I'm very happy with the wide variety of food and goods carried by this store. The bakery goodies are awesome.

The Giant in Camp Hill is the best. Shelf’s are full and most products available. It is a clean and inviting space. The other two Giant locations in my area Winding Hill and Dillsburg are pale in comparison.
