CVS needs to aggressively address its staff shortage. The drive-through window is closed due to "staff shortage" and the inside lines are long. There are ways CVS can address this including paying wages that help insure staff retention, and hiring enough people to avoid overwork of current employees. The US is experiencing a massive workforce shortage and employers who recognize that this fact isn't going away soon will invest more in their employees and hire enough people. That will enable CVS to pull ahead of the rest.

Customer service in the pharmacy is poor. Short staffed or not, the associates running the pickup counters should not be perpetually rude. The retail portion is great, the associates are kind and helpful.

Horrible. Not all employees, but several are clueless,including a manager, costing me money and pain, lots of pain, time and stress, to my child and myself as a caregiver and patient. Worst ever experienced.

The pharmacy NEVER has my perceptions ready in time, even with automatic refill and text confirmation. Every time I have to go I'm always turned away for an hour for them to fill them. I would honestly give them a half a star if it were available.
