Was waiting for a electronic script. Was told 15 minutes they were working on it. 43 minutes ltr they informed me the doctor didn't have a quantity on the script. So reality is they never were working on it and my poor sick child is in car since 15 minutes seemed reasonable. Being in customer service I know lying doesn't pay off for a company! That's why CVS are closing. No one is that desperate. Go to Camp Hill Pharmacy at St Johns for wonderful customer service and knowledge and speed.

Pharmacy closes at 6 on Saturday. I got there at 5:55 to pick up a prescription and they already had the cardboard on the window. I sat there for a couple minutes and at 5:58 I heard someone locking the drive thru window after I had already been sitting there. I work in retail. I get it you just want to go home but you are open until 6.

Don't trust the Pharmacist Divia. She has an attitude, and when you call to see if the medicine you've been trying to get for the last 2 weeks is in stock or not- she will just simply not look and tell you it will be ready in an hour! Guess what, its STILL out of stock! Unless you're going to magically make more appear- try being honest with your clients. She also had an attitude and talked over me trying to explain the situation and ask questions and had a very condescending attitude.

Been going here for years and it's always been mediocre, but this last time was absolutely terrible. Went in to see the Pharmacy closed for lunch. Came back 4 hours later to see if my script, which was sent over before 11am, was done yet. There's nobody else in the store waiting for medicine and I'm told "It's not ready yet. Gonna be another 30 minutes". Again, this is them failing to fill 2 vital prescriptions that I needed to start ASAP, and it's taken them longer than 3 1/2 hours so far. I have text notifications turned on so I know when I can go back without wasting my time and gas, and it's been 3 days and supposedly the script hasn't been filled yet. The prescription is for an antibiotic for an active infection I have, which is an extremely time-sensitive matter and need to be started ASAP.

7/29/2023 Update to ReviewThis CVS has made a major turnaround in its staffing and overall accessibility. The drive through has been reopened and the new staff are professionals. They have gone above and beyond in the last few months for my healthcare needs and as of now I can recommend this location again.Old 2022 Review: This CVS has gone downhill quite rapidly. The drive through is de facto permanently closed due to staffing issues. They just put up a cardboard box on the window. Always a massive line inside. staff seem exhausted and the pharmacist disinterested in questions or assisting customers. I've been going here for years but will be taking my medicine needs elsewhere

I've had some issues with this store in the past concerning customer service at the pharmacy. It still continues so now I'll post. I've had two specific individuals who actually announce the total cost of prescriptions loudly for others to easily hear. It's a shaming situation. Today, I had a script that was to be ready by 2pm and when I called at 6 pm, they were still working on it. It's just poor customer service, plain and simple.

Avoid if at all possible. They overlooked multiple things and took hrs to fill orders so my daughter and I waited and waited.

The pharmacy drive through is never open due to understaffing, and the pharmacy line inside has been taking 30-45 minutes to get through every visit, and most of the time they cannot find my medicine. Most recently when I went to the pharmacy, an employee at the register was upset and getting yelled at in a VERY unprofessional way by her colleague. This whole pharmacy is a mess.

Service has indeed nosedived rapidly. Scripts for illness were called in 2 days ago, so after not hearing anything, I called in. Robo-rep said scripts were in processing. 2 weeks ago my kid was sick, they notified us that they didn't have meds in stock, so we had to hunt for a pharmacy that did. I was expecting the same situation about my meds. Once I got to a live person, they were short and not willing to take any questions. Someone needs to do a QC check, if there are shortages at least let the customers know.

I went to CVS to pick up a couple of things today and everything was fine, until I checked out and after I paid I left. When I got to my car I looked at my receipt and saw I didn’t get a $5 extra buck for something I bought. Do I went inside and as I entered there was the guy who checked me out, his back was towards me so I said excuse and I began to tell him my situation. He was rude and with a attitude in his voice said to me wait a minute, here he was on his phone texting someone. I wouldn’t mind if he didn’t have a attitude, but he shouldn’t be on his phone texting someone when you are working, and then have attitude that a customer is talking to you.

Do not recommend last two times my doctor called in prescription my husband went picked up was only given one of the two and when we call back down no one cared just said oh yes we have a second one just didn’t realize so we have to drive back down . One time maybe an accident but twice in a three month period and not even an apology .

Pick a different pharmacy. If you must have CVS don't pick this one. Extremely unkind and unhelpful old lady. Acted as though me getting my medicine was my problem, and made no attempt to hide how annoyed she was while doing so.

Had a appointment at the Lemoyne CVS. Confirmed by email and text. They told me “sorry, no record of your appointment, I’m not going to open another bottle. Come back tomorrow” Went to the CVS in Camp Hill without a appointment, yeah sure have a seat! Was a great experience! Nice job Camp Hill!!

Convenient location, but the pharmacist is rude and dismissive. Our family switched to another pharmacy because we were tired of dealing with her. She is unpleasant, unaccommodating, and unsympathetic to the medical conditions customers are dealing with. We would complain to regional management, but don't know how or where to go to.

Worst Cvs pharmacy I have ever run into. I have been at cvs pharmacies in about six or seven states. The service here is terrible. They do not want you as their customer. They do not contact you about issues with the prescription. But Cvs.com says -the pharmacy has been trying to contact you. No they haven’t.And when you do order a refill through them. Well, that’s just too bad for you. Maybe they’ll refill it. Maybe they’ll wait for you to come in to tell you to go to another Cvs. Happened twice in the same place.Never going back there again!!!!!

I really like this location. Everyone is kind and friendly. Very helpful staff from the front door to the pharmacy which is the rear of the store. I can usually find what I need and want. EdtraCare rewards are fantastic. I subscribe to their savings club which increases the value for my money.

I’ve visited this CVS for a couple years due to convenience and have rarely had a pleasant experience. Why are the pharmacists not friendly? Happy I moved and the CVS closer to me has very friendly and pleasant staff.
