Just had to take a minute to leave a review because the staff were absolutely amazing so friendly they took the time to make my daughters experience special, talked to her, interacted, one of them even drew my daughters favorite cartoon character Mickey Mouse on her birthday sticker definitely recommend this location!

This place was AMAZING! I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us but from the second we walked in and said it was our daughters birthday she went above and beyond to make it special. I will definitely come back for our next birthday

The staff at this store are amazing!. I did not get any names. The girl stuffing the bears is the sweetest. She gets kudos for taking time with each child.I will definitely go back. My grandaugters had a blast.

My daughter loved the build a bear experience. They have tons of cute options and very friendly employees who help make the experience extra special. My only complaint is the price tag. I spent $64 on the bear with 1 outfit.

The girls there are super sweet and helpful to all the kids!! My grandson wanted to go for his 8th birthday. If your a club member the bday bear is their age!! He got his bear the heart, smell good spray & scorpion outfit all for $28!!

My mother and I take my 3 year old daughter here atlease once every 3 months or so. She has a collection of stuffies now. The staff is excellent with the children that come in.

Drove an hour to be turned away due to a private party that'd take an hour and a half. Nothing online said they'd be closed or I would have waited to go instead of being stuck in the mall with an impatient crying 6 year old.

Been to this Build-A-Bear a few times and it's always a good experience. It's a little pricey, but there aren't any surprises, and there is always something on sale.The staff is always helpful and friendly. If anything ever happens to your "bear" (needs more stuffing, needs restitched, voice battery dies...) they can provide the necessary fix.

Yesterday 10/04/23 at 6:00PM we took our daughter here for the first time for her 2nd birthday and the two girls that were working there made her day beyond special ! It feels amazing when someone is on the clock and instead of working like you’re in a routine you turn every duty towards fun ways! I want to thank them both for every smile they put on her face yesterday! And on our way home she did not let her frog go, thank you guys again 🤣🎈❤️

Kids love this place. It's a magical experience and they get a lovely keepsake from it. The scented head things are amazing. My daughter has had hers for over a year and it still smells like strawberries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The product seems pretty reasonably priced for what it is and it's cool you can buy all sorts of outfits and accessories there.

It is all about pushing over priced accessories for your over priced teddy skin. The kids are asked leaving the parents to be the bad guy when you won’t buy them everything offered to them.

We took our two grandsons today for their birthdays. It was the first time they were there. Six and Three. Ashley there was so wonderful and patient with them. Especially our three year old grandson. He kept running and changing his mind. She got him to pick the things he wanted. Made our experience with our grandsons special. We even have a great picture of it.Ashley you are Awesome!!!

We went on a Saturday and it was very busy. The staff was entertaining to watch, my son could hardly wait for his turn. The line was always about6 people deep and we were all handled with excitement and fun. A little more space probably would help since it was a bit crowded.

We brought our son here on his 4th birthday. It was his first time at a Build A Bear and despite it being a really busy Saturday night, we were greeted immediately by multiple workers who were all very sweet and helpful. The lady who was working the stuffing station was especially wonderful and really made it a great experience for our son, who chose a Paw Patrol Chase and an Animal Crossing friend to stuff. He is in love with his two new toys!

In the past we have imagined, and birthed many new friends from this location. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about giving your child the most memorable experience they can have creating a new bestie. They are always willing to come up with a unique back story that will often leave you laughing and allows you the opportunity to expand on while encouraging continued creativity, while nurturing communication which can sometimes be difficult with shy children. When kids ask silly questions, the staff is quite brilliant in coming up with brilliant stores on the fly. My kids have imaginations larger than they are, so for them it's a skill to entertain them. The staff here has never disappointed us in the many many years we have been coming here. They truly enjoy playing at work and it is evidenced in the way they treat you and your child/children when you're in the store. Every experience is unique and personal. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The cost is worth the experience you get here because of the staff.As a side note the store hours are different from the mall's hours so make sure you check their hours of operation prior to visiting.

Been going to build a bear for years and never once heard about the pay your age birthday bear. I had already resigned myself to paying between $14-45 for whatever bear my 2yo wanted, but if I hadn't, I'm so glad there's an option to do a little something special for a child's birthday without spending a fortune. We did get the cute birthday bear for $2 and got to choose from special birthday printed fabric hearts for all of the animals my kids picked out. It's always a great experience for the kids, and I look forward to continuing to visit on birthdays - especially now that I know about the birthday bear.

Gosh, the staff here was amazing. So kind and helpful with the entire process as I haven't had once since I was a kid. Ended up getting 3 for my siblings and the process was seamless! One of the voices wasn't working and a bit of a seam came undone, and when I swung back in they helped my with no questions asked. I was astounded and so glad I stopped by. Side note: deflated build a bears are hilariously terrifying

Staff here are wonderful and the setup keeps things moving in an orderly fashion, but my goodness this place is unbelievably expensive, bordering just being overpriced. For three kids to create a stuffed animal and by a single set of clothing for each it was nearly $150. This would be fine for something to really celebrate about or if you were trying to impress somebody but this is not something to just go out and do as a family because you didn't have anything else planned unless you plan on dropping a few hundred dollars on stuffed animals

So I went into the store today with my mom to buy a teddy for my niece. There were only two other customers in the store and 4-5 workers. Despite so many workers in the floor I had to wait a long time to get checked out and stuff. While checking out I politely complained saying I spent almost half an hour even though the workers were all just standing and talking. Ashley, who was ringing us out apologized and said she realized we were dealt with wrong so my purchase was paid for by her! This has never happened to me before and I just could not thank her enough. Of course I tried a lot to actually pay for the purchase but she insisted for it to be on the house. Amazing amazing amazing person Ashley!
