Bought all cotton bed sheets made in India from the clearance section.4/17/23 update: Used my $10 off $40 coupon and, in a separate transaction, my $10 off $20 coupon. Purchased Sterilite locking lid totes on clearance.Still too many items Made in China!

Love what they've done with all the new products, competitive with Bed Bath & Beyond. Great winter jackets, incredible selection of health & beauty, and the only place to have Cherry Coke Energy drinks. Cashier was super helpful to me & other customers.

Great service from the cashiers, I went in just to see if I could find outside items for my deck. The staff was so friendly with assisting me but the manager (Matt ) was kind of a creep. When he Helped me he was very unappropriate. He said things that had nothing to do with the sale but more to do with my life. I can't believe a manager was hitting in me in a very nasty way. Also smelled like he just smoked a blunt on break. I will never go back to camp hill big lots again.DO BETTER WHEN HIRING A MANAGER HE SEEMS LIKE A DUDE THAT WOULD FOLLOW YOU TO YOUR CAR AND DON'T NO WHAT NO MEANS.🤬🤬🤬🤬

I noticed instead of buying multiple sponges cleaning supplies, toilet paper at the warehouse you can buy smaller amounts much less money. Bummer they don't send discounts to their clients they advertise and offer but I have yet to be able to use any additional 20% off as they offer.

I love this Big Lots. I've bought everything from furniture to candles in this store - and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly. There's much more to this store than you might think. Well worth a stop.

The store was well stocked with items on sale flyer. Buying things I can for Christmas cookies while I can find them. They are starting to put out Christmas items. Their dry souo mixes variety were limited. Try to keep in stock since it only takes water to make it. Great to keep for your camper too.

Excellent customer service from manager Matt in the furniture department. We went their to buy sofa this weekend and Matt really helped us finding the right one for us. He explained all the details about the product like manufacturing warranty, additional insurance, delivery options and gave us his honest opinion. I used to frequently stop here after work for odds-and-ends. Over the years, they have changed their inventory as well as the layout of things. Alternative options have opened so I happened in here for a sale item on its last day. I was able to stock up but the checkout was swamped and slow. It took forever especially as we are all funneled thru cattleshutes to the two available registers. Conpunding things are those who in front of you who don't bring enough "financing" in with them to actually pay for their full purchase. They finally opened a third register but even the checkout process is burdened by more nonsense. Is it too much to get in a simple 5 items-or-less line, pay, and then go?

Not one of my favorite Big Lots stores. Very crowded with stock, narrow aisles and limited signage. However, it's the only one in my local area.

Excellent customer service from Laura and Mary in the furniture department. We were told to go to camp hill saying that a sofa we wanted was in stock. Upon arrival there actually was none in stock but these ladies helped us locate one in stock at another location. They even called and placed it on hold so when we got there it wouldn't be gone! They also interacted with my 3 and 2 year old while we were shopping. Couldn't be happy with their help!

I find some great deals here... And quite a variety of items... Food (dry goods), bathroom and cleaning supplies, OTC meds, personal supplies (shampoo, toothpaste etc), toys, basic electronics and tools, kitchen and house supplies including decor, bedding and small appliances, furniture, seasonal specials. If you have a reward card you can get 15% coupons at times.

Store has a bunch of stuff, seemed like everything I looked at had a price on it so I dont understand why the cashier rang up a plate then said "you know this is 10 bucks right?"... kinda like why are you telling me that? Clearly i have 4 other items & he chose to tell me about a plates cost but not the other 4 items. Weird ppl up here.

Best thing about this place is that you never know what you might find. They have everything from power tools to hair dye, from kids toys to furniture & all points in between. A fairly good sized grocery section here, with many products that you won't find elsewhere. Mostly discontinued items, irregularities, limited edition overstock, products made for other markets, unknown brands, etc.. Always something interesting to be found here, just gotta take the time to look for it!

This store reminds me of Ollie's, just with slightly higher prices. They have a huge selection of everything... Which is a good thing. Employees never once attempted to ask if I needed help reaching a box on a high shelf; but then again, someone has to make sure the counters stay held down just in case gravity might not do that for them. What is it with the laziness in our society these days? Geez!

I like a water called "Ice". And it is much cheaper at your store, so I can buy 24 bottles at a time. I also like buying bath tub toys for my grandchildren. I especially like it when you send out coupons. I want to thank you for the 15% coupon that you sent me for my birthday.

I love Big Lots, and I usually go to the one on Union Deposit Road. But I had to be in Mechanicsburg for something else today, so I went to this one. It did not disappoint me in how I remembered it--like a tornado had blown through, cluttered, and cramped aisles. Oh, and I unknowingly picked a rickety shopping cart that may have been an original from when the store opened. Yes, I found everything on my list except one item, but the store ambience reminded me of Ollie's (which I avoid going to).

Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Went to buy the grill gazebo, they had tickets for the gazebo but when I got to the register they were sold out. I was told by an associate that i could either wait and come back Monday, but the price would go up by $35, or I could drive to the Harrisburg store which he told me had them in stock. Wasted my gas & time to drive to the Harrisburg store, where they were soldout. Called Camp Hill store to complain & manager was completely uninterested in doing anything other than pouring me on hold

Wow, I could not believe the change in this store! I hadn't shopped there in years. Thought of it as a junk store. Went in for a Halloween sale item and was like a kid in a candy store. The store selection, prices and quality of goods was fantastic. Can't say enough good things about Big Lots.
