Ian contacted us before his and Cody's arrival to make sure we were ready for their service call. Upon arrival, they went right to work, cleaning our stove and chimney. They replaced broken fire bricks and our stack elbow (which was on its last leg). They were very courteous, efficient, and kept our home CLEAN where they worked. Thank you Ian and Alex from AES for the install of our new fireplace insert!! Ian and Alex were both knowledgeable, careful, thoughtful, and truly so pleasant to have in my home for the day. I happily give them 5 stars even with the disappointment that our insert came with a bad part from the factory, which meant we couldn’t use it until it was fixed. It was a bummer to not be able to use the insert right away, but I do appreciate how much care was placed on our safety and how quickly a technician was sent out with the replacement (about a week). He was also wonderful, exceptionally kind, and thorough in his work. Thanks to all at AES Hearth and Patio of Camp Hill! We love our much more efficient and beautiful fireplace!

Ian and Alex were very professional, they removed the old stove and after the installation they explained everything about the stove and how to care for it weekly and monthly. We needed a hearth pad that we didn’t know we needed. They called the store and got us one delivered. The stove looks amazing! They did a great job, I would recommend AES to anyone needing a stove.

Ian and Mark did a fantastic job of cleaning our pellet stove this week. They were very careful to keep the carpet and surrounding area clean, despite the drizzle outside.They also pointed out a potential hazard of a chair that needed to be moved further away from the pellet stove.We appreciated their friendly and professional characters. Ian and Mark did a great job. They were on time and performed a great cleaning for us. They made sure that the whole area was clean and everything worked upon completion. They answered any questions that we had and were very efficient. We were told the cleaning would take about an hour and they were completed within an hour. AES Hearth and Patio technicians performed an annual cleaning and mechanical check out of my pellet stoves--a free-standing unit and a fireplace insert-- today, 3 April 2024. Their service was expert as it has been since my first installation in 2007. Technician Matthew Frost performed an extra service for the fireplace when he found improperly placed household fiberglass insulation in a cavity of the fireplace and replaced it with a metal panel and the correct grade of insulation. I have come to know that I will receive the most conscientious service from all of theAES technicians.

We have a gas fireplace that was installed several years ago by AES. It was overdue for a cleaning so we easily made an appointment and received Ian as our technician today. He was prompt, friendly, neat, and professional. He not only made our fireplace look like new but took time to refresh us on how to program the remote and use the emergency start in case of a power outage. He advised us of several items that may need to be addressed in the future.We hope to see Ian again as our technician!

Ian H. cleaned and maintained our propane fireplace insert. It was not working. It was his last appointment of the day. He was smiling and engaging as though it were his first. He took the time afterward to show me pictures of what he found and he explained what he did. He said it brings him joy to restore the use of a fireplace insert for a customer and I believe him.
