Ordered a saddle and other product. When I inquired about shipping after placing the order, customer service gave me the run around. Stating it could be a few days but that werent sure how long it would take since it had to be brought over from another warehouse. Which should not take days. Price was not any different from Dover or SmartPak and stated on the website that it should ship out in within 2 to 3 days after order was placed. Wont use this group again. Customer services is argumentative and basically... wait and see cant to you anything!

I ordered quite a few things from this horse Tack store in Pa, They had a lot of light things for my horse and to use on his overall care, that I can't find or don't see anywhere else. I also bought a used set of reins from there consignment shop, and they were in great shape and exactly as described, shipped fast and I guess the most thing that was important to me, because I never ordered anything from them before, and I first see them on Amazon as a 3rd party seller, and have had problems in the past ordering from 3 rd party sellers so I was a little skeptical at first, the answers all questions fast, and now I just ordered directly from there store in Pa, honest and all my products were as described, thanks

Excellent shop with a great product selection and terrific customer service. I've ordered many things from Carousel and have always had a positive experience. Orders are acknowledged very timely, items are in stock, and shipments have been received promptly. Be sure to get on the mailing list for discount offers and sales/promos. Highly recommend.

Customer Service almost non existent... Ordered a dog jacket Jan 22, shipped Jan 24, delivered Jan 30.. Sent it back same day for an exchange (delivered to them Feb 1st). Waited a week and a half before i called and asked for an update. was told i would get confirmation and shipping. Got confirmation days later (no shipping info). finally called and left a message (feb 17) and finally got a tracking confirmation (label created).17 days to ship a dog jacket? C'mon... never ordering from them again.

I placed an order for an item online. An entire week later I received an e-mail stating that they had refunded my money because the item I ordered was no longer in stock. This business needs to work on their inventory control, website, and timely communication.

The Carousel Horse is an absolutely lovely tack shop with a variety of products for both horse and rider. It's hard to find that ONE tack shop where you can buy practically everything you need. From show clothes and schooling clothes, to horse supplements, and tack. They have it all! Not only that, but if they don't have it in stock, and they can get it, they will order it in for you! Very reasonably priced, nice quality everything, and great customer service! This is coming from someone who was used to having the best of the best tack shops in Middleburg, Virginia within a 10 minute drive. Finally western Pa has somewhere I can shop! Highly recommend!!

Is this an actual business? Ordered an item from Amazon on Dec 30 and they seem unable to complete shipping to Pgh metro area in less than 2 weeks. I INQUIRED and they stated that the USPS lost the item. After browsing their Amazon reviews, this seems common for this business. Not feeling good about my purchase from this establishment. If this isn't resolved I will take further steps and ask Amazon to open an investigation into their practices. Hopeful this won't be the case. Send me the item I paid for, N O W

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I needed a gullet for my saddle and was passing through today on Sunday (they are closed Sundays), they were nice enough to let me pay over the phone and let me pick it up on Sunday. They didn't even hesitate when I explained I was passing through the area from VA to MI and I needed the piece so I could ride while visiting family. I will never shop at another tack store again!

I ordered a belt and it was lost in the mail. They should have used UPS/FedEx. When I reported loss, they did nothing to make it right. They could have offered a discount on a replacement belt. Will not order from this company again because of it.
