I brought a very large, very stubborn, 23 pound chonk of a cat in for a bath and shave. They did a wonderful job. I wasn't sure how difficult he would be, but I know he put up a fight. The staff was so nice and the results were excellent! Highly recommended. Next time we'll probably go to the vet and have him sedated, he's a lot. 😀

My dog Roxy is TERRIFIED of everything. She hates going in the car and leaving the house, however today after Beth groomed her I took her home and she got back in the car! My mom called her out and then I said Roxy do you want another haircut do you wanna see miss Beth, and she ran and got back in the car again! Trust that your animals are in kind gentle hands with Beth. If she won over Roxy, she’s truly a dog whisperer! I will forever be a faithful client. She does exactly what I ask and is awesome. Her assistant is a sweetheart as well. They truly love animals and care, and it shows.

I took both my pups in and they were well taken care of. My little one was pretty matted and she still has some hair! My minpin is crazy when she gets her nails clipped but she was obviously handled by a pro!

Very efficient, great prices and the pups always look cute! We have 2 small breed Havanese. One is not well behaved at the groomer despite going since he was a pup. They do a fantastic job despite his bad attitude.

The owner was very nice and keeps the shop very clean. This was the first time I used them and I will be taking my dogs back every 6 weeks they look great they smelled great and the price was reasonable thank you pooch parlor for doing such a great job with my two dogs!!

I had to call around due to my regular vet not doing nails due to COVID, and Beth's took us same day! My Pug usually screams during nail trims, and not one peep out of her today, and her nails look amazing! I also liked that we, the pet mommies & daddies, can SEE the procedures while they're being done! The prices are amazing for the services offered, and the quality of care is so wonderful - it's like they're taking care of their OWN pets! LOVE this place, would ABSOLUTELY recommend! I'm definitely going back, in fact, I already made my baby girl another appointment for the works! :)(Accidentally posted from my daughter's account, but she'll be taking her baby there, as well!)

Beautiful, clean, and a comfortable setting for our dogs. Our three dogs had their very first nail clipping today. They were terrified, but Crystal and her team were perfect! They welcomed our dogs in as if it were their home. What a great experience! We will definitely be going back! Thank you for such a great experience for us and our dogs!

I took my dog to get a quick nail trim here and though I wasn’t super pleased with how annoyed they seemed to be that my dog was nervous and reluctant to go to the back room, I looked past it and figured they might be having a long day. However, I am confident that I will never be going back here and do not recommend anyone else get their dogs nails trimmed at this location. After my dog was done with his trimming they brought him out, I paid, and I left with my dog without a single word from anyone there. After getting my dog home I suddenly realized he was leaving a blood trail throughout my house. The person who trimmed my dogs nails cut 3 of them too short, and he was uncontrollably bleeding all over the place. I understand accidents happen, but they did not tell me that this happened AT ALL. They didn’t warn me, or apologize for it. And I can also understand accidentally cutting one a bit too short, but 3?? It seemed to me that they were too concerned with getting him done as quickly as possibly to care whether they did a good job or not. If you want a good experience and a nail trim that doesn’t end with you scrubbing blood out of your carpet, do not go here

Don't go here! The first time I went here it wasn't bad my dog wasn't too upset. The second time oh my god, I brought my dog in because she seemed to like the people the first time the second time the owner took my dog back and just put her in a crate. She wasn't happy about that. I know that's very normal but the part that really made me angry was when I picked up my dog they broke my $40 leash it ripped they tied it back together then didn't say ANYTHING about it. I brought it up before I paid and the owner of the business didn't even offer to reimburse me even though they broke it. They didn't take any fault at all. They also didn't even take the time to put my dogs harness back on correctly. It was all tangled on her. I would definitely NEVER recommend going here! That's not how you do good customer service at all! If you love your dog don't go here. Now I wish I would have taken a pic of the ripped leash. Also when I came to pick her up she was barking uncontrollably meaning she was upset and not handled well. She also still smelled afterward and if it was a good bath she wouldn't. Don't go here!

I just picked up one of our German Shepherds from The Pooch Parlor. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. We had her bathed, which included having her ears cleaned and nails trimmed. We also had them deshed her. Their prices are VERY competitive with other groomers in the area. We have been around and haven't been able to find a groomer that we could consider "our groomer". We will be returning with Vada along with our other German Shepherd. When I walked in they greeted me AND Vada, that is important to me. I want the people who are handling my dogs (who are my family), to love animals as much as I do. Kudos!I will also add that I was very impressed with how clean everything inside was, I felt like I was walking into a dentist office.I strongly recommend giving this place a chance if you haven't. I do however, urge you to call soon. My next available appointment is 2 weeks away. I'm not the only one who thinks they deserve a 5 star review!

Love it! No appointment for pawdicures lol, just walk in and they do a fantastic job trimming my dogs nails. . I haven't tried any grooming but I'm sure they do a good job with that as well

Have been going to Beth for well over a decade. She treated our elder Chihuahua with kindness and great care. He has since passed away but now she is grooming our two latest additions and occasionally (when I puppy sit) our two grandpups. Never had any issues with her abilities to groom a dog. As for the other poster's comments about taking her a MATTED dog and coming out with one shaved down. Well who LETS a YORKIE get bad enough to MATT in the first place? If the dog had to be shaved down then it had to be pretty bad and the owner shouldn't be permitted to have pets ... with hair like silk to top it off. Nice try on the 'hate' post though.

This was my puppies first time getting his nails clipped and I made sure that the staff knew. After everything was done the groomer came out and told me to make sure if I brought him back next time to to make sure that he urinated before I brought him in because he peed on her floor and her shoe. if you work with animals you know they are going to urinate when they are scared. I will not take my dog back there ever again.

I got 4 dogs that go monthly a cocker, blue heeler,black lab and a pit bull all come out sparkling and happy! The Price's can't be beat and the grooming is constantly on point. the big dogs get a bath,nails and deshed and my cocker gets a bath, haircut and usually a new jacket or cute coller. We are lucky to have a nice independent and locally owned option to take care of our babies.

If your dog is severely matted, she will get the job done. The dog she shaved is my brothers dog & she did a perfect job. Veterinarians & Petco-Petsmarts refused to do the dog. No cuts or nicks & the dog was so happy, after she took off all his matted hair. Could not give enough stars-A+++++.

Had my Coton De Tulear groomed, my poor dog looks awful. One side does not match the other side. He got cut short where he didn't need to be cut, for the groomers convenience. He was whimpering the last half hour on the table and not a kind reassuring word from the girl with the clippers.
