Matt from management went above and beyond to get my john deere delivered on time to me so happy he took care of major issues prior to the delay from original delivery. Very pleased with his service, definitely a great ending to what began horrible with a employee from his store full of nastiness and made everything a mess with original delivery. Glad Matt stepped up he made it great service after everything that went wrong. Thank you to the 2 workers who brought it directly from the store😊

Mary was unpleasant to deal with and was rood and would not give us our military discount must really not like the military but she was horrible highly recommend to not go to her station. Wouldn't bend over to scan our heavy door. Would rate 0 stars but couldn't horrrrrrrible service. Highly recommend any other hardware store like lowes where they respect our veterans.

Had a decent experience today. We found everything we needed by ourselves. No one greeted or asked if we needed anything. The cashier was a tiny mouse who barely said one word. I had to greet HER. I gave 4 stars because of the selection of products. We bought lumber and gardening items. The plants outside were quite wilted and looked like they needed a good watering in 80° weather.

The store itself is not too bad, but sometimes can often be disheveled and unorganized. Can be difficult to find and get the attention of a staff member when having difficulty finding items in store, or they do not give you proper direction and you end up wasting time, walking in circles! Their parking lot is confusing, with not many signs for direction, especially when trying to find your way out! The back parking lot entrance, by the PRO parking entrance is absolutely terrible! It's filled with pot holes and will take a tire off or break a strut and/or tie rod if you are not careful! Definitely needs fixed, repaved, or at least patched up!

People are great, but they don't have a lot of stuff they used to have.Kinda hard to find things, but the associates will help you.I still get a lot of things from here, and a lot of it delivered or outside pick up.

If I could give less a 1 star I would. The store Manager John is your typical guy that likes to talk down to women! He was absolutely rude!! I excpected my washer on 11/11/2023. At 2pm I called the 800 number, and was advised that they knew for 2 hours that it was not coming. I have been waiting for them since 9am. I then call the store, which I got Matt the assistant manager, he told us that he would email over floor models we could buy. An hour goes by, and we call back get Brian on the phone. They expected me to take off a 2 day of work for a delivery. Brian assured us that we can have an after 6pm delivery. Well it's 11/14/2023 12:03pm and the washer is sitting outside of my home. I do not want to speak to the store manager because of how nasty of a person he is. I have asked to speak to his district manager, that can't happen. Nobody was nor willing to offer any kind of solution! The absolute worse customer experience I've had in my 41years of life. I work with the public and I have never spoken to a customer the way this man has. He is unprofessional, no customer experience, not friendly, rude, and lack of attention to the concern. I wouldn't even hire him at $12 an hour with his attitude! Brian should be in his position, not John. Brian was the only one willing to help!

Nothing but good things to say about home Depot from prices to selection to employee courtesy. I prefer it over Lowe's.

Home Depot delivery of our daughter's refrigerator was excellent. The team was professional, courteous, and careful. They carried the old frig down a set of narrow stairs without touching the walls. The new frig was bigger. They carefully measured, removed the apartment door, and carried the new one up without any issues, installed it, and cleaned up. The team, 2 men, also cleaned up all the cardboard and miscellaneous trash, explained the return policy, and left. The whole experience was great and we would recommend them 110%.

Had nothing but great experiences here. I'd like to shout out Kurt--he was so helpful to me and my husband when we had a toilet issue in our bathroom! He was so gracious to help us over two different visits separated by weeks in between, AND he remembered us and our problem! Could not recommend his help more, it felt like we were getting a little advice from our dad or uncle! Thanks to him and many others at this store, we have walked away by fixing our own bathroom without needing to hire any help!

Most appealing is the mostly knowledgeable staff regarding the correct product for your job. On my last few visits, l was misdirected to the location of what l was looking for. One cashier was unable to correctly ring up an order using a coupon, and when sent to customer service, a manager rang it up, but the price inexplicably increased, with no honor of the earlier cost. Not a good experience. Other stores will honor the price first stated if they make an error. Not this one. Good selection of items. Good parking, one cashier in customer service deserves special mention. That is Cam. He's very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Way to go Cam!

Don’t buy a grill here. Not this Home Depot at least. They don’t know how to put them together. The one I bought was falling apart as I brought it home.

The 2x12x16's were blocked by carts which annoyed me and is honestly bad placement for them on management's part. Think alittle! Consumers don't want to deal with that while their shopping. Lowes wins hands down when your buying longer lumber and you want better parking spots for your truck and trailer. I might be a tad spoiled by lowes but I don't really care.

Unbelievable customer service. I called this am to get an idea on the size of the box that our shower doors were shipped in. We wanted to make sure that it would fit in our Jeep before we drove there to pick it up. Customer service sent my call to receiving. A very pleasant employee (Doreen) answered the call and immediately was happy to check for me. She located the order and measured the box within a minute or two. She also thanked me for our business with Home Depot. I have worked in sales and customer service for over 40 yrs, you have a great employee here Home Depot... She will keep you customers coming back!!!

I have been a business owner for over 20 years. The family business hit a major construction situation and with an emergency project. The obstacles were hit in every step to completing it. The manager Jill and her customer service clerk was exceptional with helping me deal with the shortcomings of the problems. The store has a great assest in her patience and willing to listen. I appreciate the help and we got the project done finally! Thank you.

If I could leave a 0 start review I would. Home Depot had their 3rd party company deliver and install my washer and dryer the day before I moved into my new home. To start, they stated they couldn’t finish the install because they did not bring the items we paid extra for. When we arrived to the new house the next day, my entire home smelled of gas and we immediately had to open windows and stand outside. The installation employees left the gas valve on and could have blown my new home and my entire family up. When I called Home Depot, they didn’t really have much to say other than they would call the company they hired to do the install. In reality, Home Depot and the installation company are lucky I am alive and my house is still standing. I will never purchase any appliance from this store ever again.

After reading all the reviews on here I want to get out there that this store has all new managers. The store clerks are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and easy to shop! The new managers are all over the store and helping customers. I know that there has been some bad reviews on here but you have to take them with a grain of salt. Some of the situations that people leave on here are not home depots fault. The staff is very good and helpful. Not every retailer is perfect so give them a break. I would recommend this store to anyone! And remember they are all new managers and are changing things for the better@!

My neighbor order all her kitchen appliances and they brought it sat on road across from her house they would not bring down over her steps we live on a hill side said they can’t bring it down as she paid to have delivered to doorstep it’s a reliably . All the money spent . Plus I think washer and dryer .older people . Unreal I-was going to order all my appliances from them but know way. They aren’t getting my money. Was going to buy shed and other things but not now.

Every time I go there I always see a ton of employees talking but to get one of them to help is like pulling teeth. Even the gentleman in the wheel chair tried to get another employee to help me and she just gave attitude and said ask someone else. He didnt know what to say. Then my most recent transaction (I'm here alot for my job) they were sold out of an item and then wanted me to buy the display at full price when it was most obviously USED! also watch your receipts , the one woman cashier likes to tell you more than it rings up if you pay cash!Old review belowDidnt have anything I was looking for and not one person offered help

I had a return, but no receipt. The item was purchased at this exact Home Depot but I am pretty sure I used a store credit. I was asked for the exact payment method & when it wasn't on a credit card that I current use, I was told a return would be against the new return policy. Even though it should be in the system, when scanned, they will not accept returns that were purchased with cash, a gift card, store credit, a credit card that you are no longer using, or that your contractor has paid for unless you have a receipt. This must mean they no longer give store credit as well. I will be shopping at Lowe's from now on unless I absolutely have to purchase something here.

Good and bad in one store.The BAD:My ankle is in poor shape. Sounds like an irrelevant statement in a review, right? Not so. Rather than drag myself all over the store, I stopped to ask a cashier whether they sold a certain item. She wasn't busy or involved with another customer. She glanced at me and curtly answered, "No, we don't have those." My astonishment must have been obvious when I responded, "You don't sell any of those?" Looking annoyed at me for questioning her further, she remarked, "If we do, it would be on aisle ten," she pointed. I shambled down to aisle 10 and, lo' and behold, there they were. Granted, there weren't many styles from which to choose, I admit. That isn't the point. The issue is, the cashier was either uninformed, poorly trained or disinterested in performing her job well. When I went back to let her know what I found, she shrugged.The GOOD is very good.I also shopped in gardening and storage. In BOTH departments the young men were courteous and helpful. Even to the point of guiding me to the products I wanted. They were knowledgeable and friendly. (I probably bought more than I had intended.) I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Well done, gentlemen.The conclusion:I'd say this young lady is an anomaly, thank goodness; and one in which further contact is unnecessary. We made our purchases at the "self-checkout" register.

Before I had very high opinions of this Home Depot. Until 20 minutes later at the service desk and they still could not find someone to allow a rental. The cashiers at the Pro Service were helpful. It just felt like the people at the customer service did not care about our time, i.e. laughing, walking away and being a brat. Unfortunately will be taking future business next door.
