Noisy! Worst coffee i ever received but wasn't charged for it. Do not order coffee!I had a prime rib and it was very good, tender and grilled to perfection. The baked sweet potato also delicious. Beer is way overpriced! A small beer is $4 and a large over $8. Ridiculous.My grand-daughter's 4th birthday and she was sung to by a group of energetic employees.All and all, a good experience but don't order beer or coffee.Kid-friendliness: Very good for kids

The service is wonderful here.We both had steak and several aides. I had filet and my husband had the biggest they offered. My steak was med rare.. delicious and husbands was rare and still moo'ing (laughs but only way to explain) he said his was awesome!She was a great. The waitress was great. very happy.. explained the food if we had questions. Now the food.. I had an awesome steak. We all had steak and it was cooked so well!! Now the side items. All I have to say is "Come on.. can they be any smaller .. your not feeding a newborn here!" They were small. The atmosphere was nice. It was the bathrooms I had issues with. All the women's toilets were not clean.. like you go in the stall and get ready to sit and of course u look inside the bowl well let me tell you.. just use your imagination some were worse than others.. I look at everything when I give reviews! The trash was over filled. I even got it out and tried to stuff it down with my foot because I didn't want mine on the floor. It was full that didn't even work. Anyway I asked my husband if he would go to the gentleman's side for restroom check. He said it looked like a tornado hit it. Also we were eating when it wasn't busy at all!! The place maybe had 15 people tops. So what are the waitress's and waiter's doing waiting around twindling their thumbs for next shift to come in and clean there mess up??

I never give reviews but thos occasion warrants it. Went here on Wednesday evening 3/21/2024. Instead of ordering a traditional steak, I was more for a more comfort sort of food. I ordered country fried steak. The first round was paper thin and burnt to a crisp. The second was cooked much better and laced with salt and pepper. Completely inedible. The waitress and manager completely apologized and the meal was removed from the bill along with a $15 voucher for next time. Sorry to say that there won't be a next time here. It was pathetic and unbelievable that this was ever served.

Enjoyed a night with kids and family. Of course everybody's food was great but mine which was only because they broke it up into check to see if it was medium and it was just all over the place with the cheese on it and not exactly on the burger bun. However our server was very good I always rate a server on whether you drink ever gets empty or not. After working in the food industry myself it's a good basis on knowing if someone's actually paying attention to you.

We finally got good service! The food at Texas Roadhouse restaurants is ALWAYS good, but the service is usually lacking.This time we waited a while to order our meal so that we would have time to eat our appetizer. My salad came at the appropriate time, AFTER the appetizer. The server kept our table cleared and our drinks filled.

Horrible food!!!!! Texas Roadhouse you sadly went down hill. By far the worst steak I have ever had. Longhorn is so much better!! You better step it up. The place was dirty and no manager came over to talk to us. Waste of money. Never return..sad excuse for a steak house!! Service was great, not the server fault..she was wonderdul!!

We always have good food at Texas Roadhouse. I was a little disappointed that I ordered my steak medium well instead of just medium. There was no pink in it at all and it was a bit tougher, but that was my fault.The service was good, although there was a mix up with our bill. The server said she would fix it, but when she returned, the bill was more incorrect than the first bill.

We ordered our childrens meals a few minutes before placing our own order because we weren't sure what we wanted and they waitress never put in our food order. We ended up asking for our food to go because I didn't want to try and keep 2 kids entertained while I tried to eat as well. We didn't ask for a discount but should have, given the fact that once I was able to eat my meal I find our food was incorrect and the steaks were super overcooked. I understand everyone has a bad day but overall this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

It was terrible.the only thing that was hot was the rolls. Waiter left the food sit and it was cold. Manager came over and asked how the food was we told her she mumbled something and walked away. The waiter had to go after her she cut our bill in half. Big deal pretty expensive 2 bite meal. Oh we did have a blooming onion that was adequate. Won't go there for a while if ever.

I’ve eaten there many times, and most of the times I get full rack of ribs. Only one time 2 years ago we had an issue and the manager knew what had happened and took care of it. Went there 2 days ago and got my full rack of ribs and 1/2 the ribs were burnt and had a bad taste and the manager came past right after the food was brought to the table and asked how everything was and obviously we wouldn’t know and told her to come back and never seen her again.

Dinner was wonderful. We were greeted by a very kind and friendly lady I believe her name was Kelsey. Our waitress tori was great as well. There was no wait time and we were seated immediately. In addition the rolls we smackin as they always are. The Caesar salad was a 10 / 10 and our entrees were even better. Dinner was so good we left with the plates clean.

The food at this location is 5 stars…. I have to take off 1 star for 3 things. The bathroom was filthy which makes me wonder about the kitchen. Secondly when busy and the 3 times I have been it’s very congested and hard to even get to your table and I’m only 155 pounds. Third and most importantly the wait is fine but most have to stand outside or just completely block the entrance. This location is connected to a near abandoned mall and seems to be the biggest attraction. The owner needs to lease more space and add a larger wait area as well as space out the tables so people don’t run over each other.

Normally , we enjoy the food and drinks , last nite was by far the worst we’ve had there , the appetizers were burnt and the boneless chicken was hard as a rock , the drink the wife had was so strong she couldn’t drink it . We got our food and didn’t get the sauses we ordered. We only seen our waitress 3 times the entire time. We always have food to take home because it’s so good we don’t eat it all but not last nite we left it

The food is amazing! Various steaks done exactly how you would want them. Prompt service and the Assistant Manager even stopped by our table. The salads are great and the baked potatoes are perfect! The wait wasn't long, but they want a cell phone number so they can text when your table is ready. I had to go out to the car to get my phone so they could text me. There should be an alternative process. Also, the girl who took us to our table didn't say one word to us, make eye contact, and just acted annoyed that we were there.

I do always enjoy my steak at Texas Roadhouse. They have a reasonable selection of margaritas and some basic cocktails, a variety of popular beers. Basic dessert menu and sides are okay.If you are on a low sodium diet it might not be the place to go; the seasoning on everything is always pretty heavy on the salt.It is always busy so using their wait list option on the website is helpful. Service is always good and they give a 20% discount to military and veterans.

There was three in our party, AL of our meals were good quality.The order was incorrectly placed on the type of steak (the cut) my buddy ordered which I believe we should have been offered a discount for, the error wasn't ours, it was the person who took the order.So there's that. But we enjoyed our steaks, and pork chop regardless of the oversight.Will be back to TRH.

TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN BUTLER, PA - I ordered a medium well ribeye and baked sweet potato with a side salad and extra rolls. The steak was medium rare and basically bleeding. The rolls were ice cold though I was notified when my meal was ready and I immediately went inside to pick it up thinking everything would be hot and fresh. The salad - well let’s just say this - the lettuce was brown and a piece of the cheese had a spot of mold so that went in the trash as well. Aaaaaaaand NO SILVERWARE. There was zero parking spaces for pickup/curbside as well.

Really the food is very good. The atmosphere is OK, but the way that everything is rushed makes an experience at this restaurant uncomfortable. I enjoy sitting and maybe ordering drinks, taking time to look at the menu and have conversations before being attacked and asked in a matter of moments if I'm ready to order. No I'm not yet. Slow down and think about how good restaurants operate. Don't rush me, don't push to get us through the dinner to empty a table for other diners. It's a bit claustrophobic as well. People love this place, and I see why. Just make the experience a bit more personal. I'm always weary reading other reviews and owner responses. When the responses are identical from the last review, that shows me apathy towards a customer base. Words are just that. Prove with action

I was here around 3pm on a Friday. It was getting crowded. Wait time told was 5-10 minutes. They took my phone number said we would get a text. Literally 25 minutes later after sitting and watching other people go in and get seated I go up and she says oh we had to push you back? Didn't you get a text? No...got seated right away after that. The service took forever. When I did get my side salad it had wrong dressing, sent it back twice. The third time I just ate it because I was hungry! When I first ordered my meal I ordered a to go meal at the same time. When I got my bill no to go meal was even on it and then had to wait after I was done for the to go meal I ordered when I got there! Also found out where the salad with wrong dressing was supposed to go, the table behind me because they had to actually get up and find someone to get the salad they never got! The food was delicious, the service was horrible.

Monday night order- Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Lettuce too brown & a tad soggy.Got extra blue cheese after I attempted to order ranch.Husband got chicken fried steak with a side of mash potatoes- got 2 containers of just gravy& one of mushrooms?No potatoes.Called 3 times to sort out my order.Hung up on me everytime.Probably not gonna bother goin back.

While we usually like Texas Roadhouse, we are not fans of this particular one. The inside feels old and lacks for space. Too many tables are crammed in places where there should not be any seating. Towards the back there a few tables placed near busy waitress stations and a crowded waking area. The service and management falls short also. We barely seen out waitress at all when we visited. The food was pretty decent though. Although my country fried steak looked great when it was brought out, it ended up being mostly just breading after I cut into it. I would pass on this location and visit another one if possible
