I love going to the Butler Target. The store itself is always clean and well organized. It's is always easy to find what I'm shopping for or even just browsing for. The store representives are abundant and it's very easy to locate an associate if any assistance is needed. Every interaction I have with an associate has always been wonderful. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I don't normally write bad reviews but, this experience made me feel terrible. I was already having a bad day so I decided to go to Target to cheer up, because sometimes it helps just looking around to distract myself from it. I also don't want to get anybody in trouble, so I'm not gonna describe anyone in particular. I just hope that this doesn't happen to someone else, or someone can learn from this. I bought a pair of headphones, and was in my car testing them out and lost track of time. I accidentally shut off my audio settings in my car and had to Google how to fix it. I was nearly finished, and an employee tapped on my window. I was so scared, I struggled to roll down my window. Instead of just informing me that they were closed and not to stay too long, flat out told me they weren't leaving until I do. I basically got kicked out of the lot. I kindly explained that I was trying to fix my settings, but they made me feel like a criminal and I meant no harm. I wasn't doing anything illegal. I'm too embarrassed to ever go to this location again. I understand policies, it could have definitely been handled with more empathy and understanding. Neither of us knows what the other is going through. Remember that.

Applied for a seasonal position a while back and I have nothing but good things to say. I can tell you personally how welcoming the staff is. Management does a good job training the staff so the store is always presentable. Along with good maintenance, the entire staff’s main priority is customer service. Great place to work or shop, you definitely get your steps in.

Was so happy with my target experience in Butler PA today! Saved a lot of money and had an incredible clerk who helped me figure out the target app and was so patient and very sweet! She is the best. Wish I remember her name! Hats of tona great friendly clerk..thank u Target for an incredible shopping experience.

After shopping for quite awhile and having a full cart, we went to check out only to be told they have no cashiers and we have to self check out!NOPE, I don't work there,I go to a brick and motor store and have to self check out? At least walmart had cashiers working. Lost a shopper target,and you had to restock our cart!

Terrible experience the guy shaved head and beard works in electronics is worthless for asking questions we asked for apple seris 8 watch I asked old lady work in back she didn’t do there good job I found it we did not purchase there I told them lazy worked and he told us wait for what ignorant lazy people not worth our time

I enjoy this Target. Often, items ring up not as marked, but staff members are always nice and able to help. The stock is good and they do get some of the fun releases such as Studio McGee and Hearth & Hand. They don’t get as many of the new releases as other Targets in larger markets, but I’m so glad we have a Target in the area!I love that they change up their display areas and it’s always a fun place to browse. The store is always very bright and clean as well, which I appreciate.

nice selection of things, however this target is much smaller than others. there is only a small selection of cold and freezer items, no fresh produce, and no starbucks

Starting to like target more and more every time I go. Seems like I am there more than often anymore because other stores don't always necessarily have what I am looking for so sometimes I check target and they usually end up having what I needed from other said stores. And the customers that come here are a little less appalling than when you go to those other stores too. At least I have noticed this lmao. But not s bad store to be at if you happen to need some things you can't find elsewhere.

I was charged for 2 items for a store pick up. Neither that I received, 1 I cancelled the other you didn't even have in the store! But you charged me for both items. As far as I can see this you stole from me. I have talked to 5 different people and no one can explain why. I got an email saying I will get the money back for 1 of item. But not the item that you didn't even have in stock! Beyond frustrated. Customers service is no help. Last person I talked suggested I could sue target?? Are you kidding me?? I need to sue you for you charging me for an item that you never even had in stock!! Unreal!!Update - Manager at local Target got a hold of me after I posted my review, he couldn't have been nicer. I am changing my 1star to a 4 Star, still don't like the way it happened. But very impressed with they way the Manager handled it. Thank you Target for making it right!!

First time in a U.S Target store and is was quite a nice experience. The clothing was quite cheap and nice. Personal care products were super expensive for some reason, but groceries were decently priced. Many unique brands, the staff were alright.

Went in for two items the app and website showed as in stock at this location. One of the two was out of stock. Waited in electronics for 20 minutes to buy something locked up, could not find an employee anywhere to unlock it so I could give this place money. Walked out. Don’t go here.

Target is a fantastic place for shopping 🛍!It's a very clean and organized store!Handicap ♿ parking and door access is available! Restrooms 🚻are large enough for a walker or wheelchair ♿!A great 👍 store 👌!

As the Momma in a family of four, I absolutely love Target! I always go here to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, household cleaners, etc. I go here, because they offer gift cards on the products that we use at home (Charmin, Bounty, Pampers, etc.) Usually it's if you buy so many, but you can mix & match a lot of the products and they have helpful signs that say what products you buy in order to receive your gift card. I also get the weekly add sent to my e-mail so when I am running low on something I can see if it is on sale or if I will receive a gift card for purchasing it.

The entire transaction from start to finish (in the store), probably took 2 minutes. I was picking up an item I ordered online 2 hours before. The clerk was polite and courteous.

Highly recommend Target online shopping and curbside pickup. They had the items I could not find elsewhere, at a normal, appropriate price, and curbside pickup was seamless. The entire transaction was easy and efficient.

If you buy a phone from this company, you better keep the box it came in because you can't return it without the box. $311 dollar phone 11 days old without box can't be returned. The box is worth more than the phone. Who knew? It's not on my return policy slip. I forbid myself from ever entering the store again!!!

i got donda and demon days target exclusive purple color so really good store for vinyl also had dawn fm with an alternate cover and man on the moon III with a sea blue exclusive color, also had call me if you get lost and good kid maad city but i already had those, target is great for vinyl and cd and not that bad

Helpful staff for the most part. Having certain items in stock is sometimes spotty. They don't have any fresh produce in the grocery, but sell bananas, you must buy 3 lbs!
