Always fun stuff to find here! My family loves the unique snacks and spices, gift wrap, kitchen wares, baby clothes and stationery. I also love browsing the seasonal and holiday decor too. The cashiers are always smiling, kind and helpful. I only shop here once a month though or I would spend a fortune!

At checkout, I had not one, but two, associates ask me about a credit/rewards card. Had to explain twice that my credit is shot & I’m not interested. I was asked 3 more times by both. They were incredibly pushy and had no respect for boundaries. I felt attacked.

So annoyed. I was just minding my business shopping when an associate came up to me asking about their TJMAXX credit card. I politely declined and continued my shopping. A few minutes later another associate came up to me asking about the same thing. I declined again as I do not want another credit card. I finished my shopping and went to check out where I was harassed AGAIN. I told the cashier NO several times and they continued talking about it. I normally like shopping their but this is ridiculous. I do not want to be harassed multiple times every time I go into the store.

I was checking out w/one item & the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for their credit card. But she didn’t say that, she just said rewards to save 10%. I said no thanks but then she asked me 3x more to which I continuously said no but she kept adding convincing offers & said it’d only take 10secs. I finally caved in & she scanned my license. Then the card machine asked for my #. But then it asked for my annual net income. I said I have NO idea cuz I work random shifts. She said to give a guess but I asked her “is it too late to go back & just let me pay w/cash like I was going to do?” She said fine but was annoyed with me after that. DONT sign up for anything. That’s personal info I’m not handing out. Shouldn’t have even let her scan my license. After she asked 3x, I should of said “I SAID NO. DID I STUTTER??” Lol. But seriously!! Leave me alone. If I say no once, let it be! Stop being pushy with customers!!

Staff there was super friendly and helped me find what I needed. Even went above and beyond and checked store stock for an item I was looking for. Was greeted at the door and everyone was overall super friendly. Store was also super clean and well stocked.

Never had a problem with the store until now. The TjMaxx Rewards Program is being pressured onto every customer. They target elderdly, disabled, and vulnerable people so they can profit. They not only pressure the customers, but the workers too. Do NOT go to TjMaxx if you don't have to. Absoloute a$$.

I love shopping at this T.J. Maxx for our family of 4. It has clothes for my Husband, Myself, and our Two Toddlers. Tons of cute purses, handbags, accessories, shoes, beauty products, etc. It has the cutest decorations for every room in our home (including a large assortment of picture frames). Our children love browsing through the toy and story book selection. It's the perfect place to shop and stay on budget! Also a great place to buy birthday presents, wedding gifts, etc. Would recommend this shopping store to anyone of any age and gender :).

TJ Maxx has a great selection of whatever you are looking for! Their stuff seems to be a bit higher-end than what you would find at Walmart. It does cost a little more, though. I am always satisfied with the treasures I find there, be it a handbag, an artificial houseplant, a comforter set, or a wall hanging. If you find something you are looking for, I recommend buying it the first time because it will likely be gone if you try to go back and get it.

The amount of people in TJ on Thursday , the first day of reopening was out of control.I realize the store was monitoring the number of people in the store, wiping the counters and all wearing masks. However, there were 20 to 30 people waiting in line to check out without 6 ft distance . The wait was very long the crowd was surely against standards of social distancing.Something must be done to correct this situationI

During holidays busy but rude people pushed there carts in isle pushed my girlfriend and me out of isle so they can do more shopping they should say excuse me if someone does it again I won’t be nice learn respect I could be mean next time and my gf little slow so get over it and be nice before I be disrespectful

First of all, or was publicly announced everywhere that they weren’t reopening until MID JUNE. So why the lie? Secretly opening much sooner. Which means when I can get there, there will be even less than there always is for men. Really pisses me off actually.Ross did the same thing. Said they opened at 10am last Sunday. I went early to get a chance of getting in and they were open since 8am.I can only assume since TJmaxx says they are open tomorrow (Sunday) at 10am that they actually open at some different time only certain people know about. And I used to love TJMaxx. But do what you are advertising. It’s really that simple.

Very disappointing new location. Small small small. So sad that I will have to go to Gibsonia or Cranberry Twp. Feels like Butler gets slighted. I really dislike the new location. I rarely missed an opportunity to go to the other store (to my husband's chagrin) but went to Kolh's last night and had no desire to go to TJ's :(

Love how much bigger the store is but I have gone to this location a few diff times twice 10 mins before closing and once 5 mins before closing because I just needed to return something and 3 diff times they closed early just because they didn't have any customers left, I absolutely hate when any store does this because if you have it advertised that you close at a specific time then that's the time you close and not 5-10 mins sooner that's ridiculous.

Need to have a serious conversation with the buyer for the menswear for this location. Very hard pressed to find something other than a slew of Calvin Klein and Michael Kohrs or the endless supply of patterned short sleeve button ups. I understand that merchandise is selected to appeal to the Demographic, which apparently is tacky 35-50 year old men. I perhaps sound rude, but many other locations are carrying great styles and multiple brands that cross over the line of the cookie cutter mens "JC Penny" style. would love to see more streetwear, skate surf, and lesser know fashion brands, such that appeal to younger adult men. Word of positive advice, just do some studying.

THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW THIS...Stay away from the mall.I was accused of harassment there and kicked out of the mall .I did absolutely nothing .I am a born again Christian.....no one sat down with me to hear or explain anything.I still do not know what I did.I go out of my way and help out in the community to assist others in need .I sincerely would not insult anyone.The mall security was yelling at me and in my face .I thought the guy was going to hit me..I was so embarrassed in public and treated like a criminal....... I am a respected man in the community and a certified teacher in pa..I do much volunteer work in the community,food banks,church dinners for the poor, cleaning monuments in parks ,and pressure washing parks in the community on my days off.I am still shocked by this incident.STAY AWAY... from the mall .....they may come up to you and do the same.

Very disappointed in the new location near Michael's. It's a much smaller space and feels so cramped. The check-out area is quite tight and left me feeling claustrophobic. This relocation seems to have been a very bad decision.

Great place for Christmas shopping great deals but you have to have time to look
