I am a regular customer of this store. I have never had any trouble with returns or customer satisfaction. I have had to return 2 pairs of shoes in a matter of a week and both times I have been met with resistance on defected shoes, even with insurance on the shoes.With understanding and corporation these issues where resolved quickly.

The staff at Shoe Sensation were beyond helpful! They told me about their personal experience with the shoes I was interested in and that really helped me make my decision to purchase. So nice to have someone to talk to while you're shopping rather than picking things out online not knowing what to expect.

I wanted to support a small company and did so, despite being profiled. I get that it is a very remote and rural area but watching and following me was extreme. I understand the young girls do not know any better, but the older woman knew better. One of the young girls was told to watch me. When the girl did not see me, the older woman asked where the girl was. As a full grown woman in her early 50's, I paused when it was said. I still patronized the business but what goes around comes around. When they are profiled or discriminated against, hopefully they can be has humble and not bothered as I was. I also contacted corporate.

Within 3 minutes of entering the store, we were approached 6 times by store employees. As a business owner I agree it is important to greet and help your customers, because without them your business won't last. However, give the customer a moment, 6 times in 3 minutes makes your customer feel less like a customer and more like someone who is unwelcome and has done something wrong.Overall a decent selection of shoes

Short on inventory. Very pleasant and friendly clerk. Didn't have my size so checked around and found the shoes I wanted. I paid & she had the shoes shipped to me.

My 3 daughters and I stopped by right before close. Tiffany warmly greeted us and offered assistance. I told her we were looking for school shoes and she directed us to the size chart. While my 2 daughters were trying on shoes, she took my 5 year through the isles to help her find her favorite shoes. We left we two pairs each and we’re in and out in less than a half and hour.

I came here looking for a mother of the bride pair of shoes with no hope. I was wrong! I happened to find one beautiful pair of shoes right for me, but they were out of my size. So the girls at the front desk made it possible to find my size and to have it delivered in less than a week. And now I am a happy mother of the bride!I recommend it!
