Ordered Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone, parm, banana peppers and oil & vinegar. I got a sub with no oil, no lettuce, no vinegar and GLOBS of mayo that was rotten. My bread is soggy and smells rancid and it looks like an animal with rabies made it and chewed on it. We also ordered french toast sticks for my grandson which we did not receive. My daughter ordered an italian wrap which had no oil, no vinegar and no lettuce which she did order. Also had ordered a salad with 2 caesar dressings. Never received the dressings. Manager rude as heck and didn't want to fix the orders. Not the first time this has happened. Previously my daughter ordered a double cheeseburger from them and it looked and smelled putrid and they didn't put any toppings on it. So she took it back to have it fixed and they smashed her burger up and the bread was wet and the entire thing was leaking some fluid. She didn't eat it because she was afraid they did something malicious to it. All I can say is NEVER EVER order here. These people are rude, filthy and can't even make a simple sandwich.

I had terrible service. I went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 hot dogs and a hot dog combo with sweet tea. The sweet tea was spoiled!! You know how long that had to be sitting. Then it took over 15 minutes to get the food waiting at the window. The food was cold. The guy at the window kept blaming it on the kitchen staff. Saying you know how it is... I added a picture of my fries. The was all that was in the bag and they were old.

Worst sheet in PA. Would be faster to go to the store and buy everything to make a chili dog at 11:30pm then to go to this store. Waited at the drive in 30 min without anyone even coming to take my money. This isn’t a one time experience, it’s consistent. Ended up just driving away

3 times now this past month that they messed up my food. I call today 2 times and get no answer. I can't keep driving back and forth over the mistakes. the food needs double checked before the customer gets it. I'm always missing half of my hoagies. Example. meatball hoagie but I don't get my cheese or mozz sticks. Or my sauces and sides.

1 star is too good for this store anymore. I used to come in once or twice a week to get food. 20 minute drive one way for a sandwich. Over the last few years, it's nigh inedible here anymore. The cheese sticks are undercooked, the fries are always soggy. My sandwiches are always messed up. One time, I ordered 2 hoagies, one with mayo, one without. They put mayo on the wrong sandwich. Same order, they didn't put any cheese on the sandwich I ordered EXTRA cheese on.The last time I went in, early this week, I was given excuses why they couldn't refund my two energy drinks when they wanted to substitute a different flavor, because the flavor I wanted was out. The Employees name was O'me. I don't care that they were out of stock of my Monster... but don't give me excuses why you DONT want to refund my money.I won't be back. Not for gas, not for Coffee, not for MTO.

Food order is wrong or missing items almost every single time. SHEETZ support gives me Free MTO’s as an apology which is nice, except even the free MTO’s are always messed up or missing items (especially sauces, which SHEETZ charges extra for otherwise I wouldn’t care). Luckily there’s 4 others in the area which I have had 0 issues with.

Honestly very nice place, the employees are trying but they always seem so short staffed. Had a funny laugh with one of them when he asked if we are related due to our shared last name. Think his name was Mike.

Terrible!!!! They make the people that are there waiting on food wait to long all they was worried about was the to go food I waited 20 minutes for a meatball hoagie and macaroni & cheese and that was cold!!!

Normally I am very satisfied with my experience at Sheetz. I used to love the chicken sandwich combo. The fries are always the best , hot and tasty. However the last month or 2 it seems that you must have changed the chicken for the sandwich because now it is rubbery and gross . I used to get them once or twice a week but no more chicken sandwiches for me....

2 girls working the kitchen. They did amazing ! Probably the best food I've had at sheetz in years. Way better than all the other sheetz no matter what time of day. Usually the food sucks! They did great.

Absolutely terrible got an egg bacon cheese burrito there was hardly any egg in it and it was so small. took it back up to the counter to ask about it they state that's how it comes now. Which we just got one at another sheetz and it was 3x the size. Absolutely ridiculous.

UPDATE, On 10 Jan '24 I stopped around 10:30 PM. I previously said I'd not patronize this Sheetz for food again after previous debacles. Since it was months ago, I thought maybe ...MAYBE they'd fixed their issues.Nope! I got a ham hoagie this time. Half had TWO slices of ham, provolone, lettuce & tomato. The other half had ONE SINGLE slice of ham, cheese, a piece of tomato and was STUFFED with lettuce... I mean to say it was a LETTUCE hoagie!Thankfully the new Sheetz in Mars and the Camp Horne Road area do FAR BETTER. Center Avenue? Nope!3 May '23: Still THE WORST Sheetz! Employees change after awhile, but even if they have, since last September, the food prep is still abysmal. Just ordered six tacos ... ordered lettuce, onion and jalepenos. What'd we get? NOTHING on them except a small amount of a meat-like substance (?) and cheese!UPDATE, 3 Sep '22: Changed from 3 Stars to 1 Star!So, after having some Sheetz sandwiches in the N. Hills that were excellent, today we gave the Center Ave Sheetz another try. Two sandwiches both on "toasted" sourdough bread - a Carved Turkey and a Club Sandwich. WHAT A MISTAKE! Neither one was toasted, but simply warmed up with one tiny toasted area. The club was to have red onions - two TINY SLIVERS! They must be rationing the meat as there was such a minsicule amount it was almost unbelievable.It's not like they were busy! I was the only one ordering food inside at 4:01 PM (Order #894).I do NOT agree with those people who start screaming at fast food workers; but ... MAYBE I can appreaciate their anger a bit more. Sheetz really needs to SUPERVISE some of their employees who obviously don't even try to provide a decent product! Well, even my dog wasn't impressed with the meat when I gave it to her.3 YRS AGO: At one time their subs/hoagies we're among the best but the last steak one was very bland...and yesterday's Italian likewise. Soggy fries.

We ordered our food online a half hour before we even got to the store and still stood there waiting another 15-20 minutes waiting on our order while the employees were standing there flirting with little high school girl at the food counter. This particular sheetz is a joke. The lady in beside us said she was waiting 20 minutes for 2 plain 🌭

Food is done very poorly. Everyone is fairly nice and it is a clean store but the food is awful. This is a quesarito that I had picked up and taken home. This is something that has happened multiple times where everything falls out and the actual tortilla just rips apart. All the other food is also bland and put together poorly

Absolutely terrible! Waited over 45 minutes for our food along with 10 other customers (2 hot dogs, cup of fries and a loaded fry). Eventually they closed the MTO stations by putting handmade notes on the screens. Never got an apology from the manager, she just complained to her employees the entire time. Do better sheetz. This is ridiculous!

Wow did they change their bacon burritos! I loved these things! Now instead of bacon they have this taste of rancid pork fat or something nasty! It's all of the Sheetz stores I guess? This store is always well kept and the staff is great here. My favorite Sheetz in town.

There is nothing redeeming about this location. Sheetz has become a staple in my work-travel, and it's a real shame that the one I could walk to from home just can't ever get it together - even after new staff has been hired.

Every time I eat at this Sheetz they mess up my order in multiple ways. Ex. Put regular mustard instead of honey mustard. Give me wraps instead of sliders. Forget my milkshake , forget cheese on the burgers or sliders. They are on a streak of ruining my orders for at least 5 times now.

Man I love sheetz and this one is my regular, but I gotta say tonight (not a busy night) was kinda the last straw for me. I waited for 25 minutes for some loaded tots with pulled pork and they came out so undercooked they were basically only thawed and covered in oil without pork or half the other toppings I ordered.. everyone was super nice and apologetic for the wait at least. This type of thing keeps happening to me here though. Like it’s advertised that I’m supposed to be able to stack insane toppings on a burger at sheetz but this is the last place I’d trust to assemble a sandwich with more than 3 ingredients. This is the first time in my life I’ve thrown out food I ordered.. very confused and distraught./:

Ordered a large strawberry milkshake (as I have gotten many times before) and as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed it was completely watered down and had very little flavor. I looked and the entire milkshake was full of ice. Since when does a milkshake have ice? The ice wasn't even blended into the drink, it's almost as if it someone didn't make enough of the milkshake and it was added in as a filler. I'm hoping this was just a fluke this time as they have always made them perfect before, hence the 3 star review as I'm willing to give them another chance.

Why does mto take an hour. Every time i order. This isnt an employee iss this is an upper management issue. Maybe you need to hire extra employees to lessn the burden.

This is my local Sheetz. It's ok, but as far as Sheetzes go, it leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions, I've gone there for gas only to find that over half the pumps have bags over them. Rather frustrating. MTO's seem to take a long time as the place always seems to be understaffed. Candy and cold drink selections are good.

THIS IS A HEADS UP FOR ANYONE VISITING THIS LOCAION AT THIS TIME....you won't have a pleasant visit.The service at this sheets is typically satisfactory, and i have no qualms.....HOWEVER i cannot give 5 stars...due to the absolutely repulsive treatment i recieved for no reason...........there is an employee unfittingly named "cinderella" apparently....and starting at the drive thru box, I was CUT OFF after i ordered ciggerettes....and had to order the rest at the window where she tried saying they didn't even have what I wanted. When I went to pay she like...let the wind blow the money away basically....thrn came back telling me I was a dollar short....literally using the wind to steal a DOLLAR off me....i said, "I guess if she really needs it" and didn't even fuss.I went in a couple hours later...I dropped a can of beer and just asked her to be careful with it so it doesn't esplode....she literally DROPS it in the bag which is weird...because it would of blew up on her....then picked the a bag up and slapped it on the counter.I asked her to...put the rest of the 20 on gas, so she slammed the register around getting a calculater....I dont know, but her behavior was ABSOLUTLY HORRIFIC, the worst customer service treatment I've recieved for absolutely no reason in like 2 years.So I think ppl should know what they are in for, when coming here.
