Always a good experience at this store. The store is always clean, and it's not often that items I'm looking for are not in stock. It is well organized and easy to navigate.Every employee that I've had an interaction with was warm, friendly, and helpful. Parking isn't difficult with many accessible spaces as well.I do grocery pickup often, and the process is always very easy from shopping on the app to pickup. It has never taken more than 10 minutes for a grocery order to be brought out and loaded. Every pickup employee has been awesome and makes the process very simple.

The store was clean and well stocked. I was looking at women's Disney hoodies and an employee that was across the display said to me, if your not going to take it, leave it alone. I'm not buying anything without looking to see if it will fit. I know she was talking to me because she was looking directly at me, then she smiled and laughed. My son didn't hear her, but I thought that comment was completely uncalled for and rude.

Ordered 2 cakes and 1 had the wrong icing on it and it did not look like the picture in the book. I said something a few weeks later because I was in a hurry and they were really busy when I picked them up, and they said sorry this shouldn't have happened but we are short staffed. The 1st picture was what I ordered (with the different name) the second is what they made. I'm very disappointed with them.

Always clean and the staff is friendly and polite. Self checkout and scan and go are great. Sometimes getting out the door after shopping is very slow. Parking lot is well maintained and well lit. Finding I like this place more and more over Costco. Scan & Go is wonderful. Gas prices have been good.

So this may be a bit biased due to the fact that I worked for this company but, all the managers and team leads are very unprofessional, sams club as a company is very unprofessional. I suffered a major health problem back in may when I worked with this company. They wanted me back asap even though I needed 6 weeks. I got the full 6 weeks after fighting with this company and never got paid for medical leave. Then the company wants to fire me after I get back to work and can’t “perform” my job duties due to the health issue.(I would file for a lawsuit through the EEOC but we all know how much time and money lawsuits can take). So for my better health I quit!A few months later my fiancé went to one of your open interviews where she was openly berated by (Heidi) one of Sam’s clubs personal shoppers (wouldn’t be surprised if this is a team lead) about her size,height. Calling her (too small) meanwhile I know this Heidi person and she is about 4 foot 9 inches tall and anorexic. So if sams club would like to take any action in making things right you can either fire Heidi for being a terrible team lead and interviewer or I would like a personal call from the owner himself (MOE) for an apology. Now I know that’s a big ask but for a big company I would think you could make that happen.

I used to love Sam’s Club. Now I avoid going there at all costs because within the matter of 2 minutes I get heckled and harassed by 3-4 different people trying to sign me up for gift cards, AT&T and Scan and Go. I noticed everyone reroutes how they shop just to avoid getting heckled. It’s sad.

If you’re truck driver and delivering here, staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of space for parking and maneuver for your trailer. They got only 4-5 doors but they unloaded fast.

This Sam’s Club is the closest one to us that actually carries stuff we want to buy. That’s the only reason it gets two stars. Otherwise, very few employees actually care about the customers. There’s a few good ones, but most are just there for a job. They never have enough checkouts open, so I had to use self checkout, and when one of my products wouldn’t scan, I had to wait 5 minutes before someone would come over and help. Of course they want to talk your ear off about upgrading my membership to Plus and getting a credit card, and no matter how much you say no they still keep pushing. On a previous visit they were actually rude to us when we didn’t get the credit card, because we were spending over $700 to replace things lost in a fire. If we were spending that much, we should just get a credit card, they said. Finally I told them why we were buying so much, and even then they were still pushy. I’m already paying to be here, just shut up and let me get my things and get out. I’ll continue shopping here, but the employees not talking to you until they want you to spend more money deal has to stop.

Carry a lot of items in bulk. They also carry restaurant supplies, ties, bedding, tv, cell phones, security cameras, sound bars, pool chemicals and accessories, gas grills, and jewelry. The staff are professional and friendly. Handicap parking, and access . Restrooms are clean and orderly.

They usually have what I need in stock. Its reasonably priced. Fyi Saturdays are crazy busy especially around lunch time when everyone is there for the samples and no one wants to get out of the way.

I like that the aisles are clearly marked with items. I hate wandering around. An employee cheerfully greeted me as I entered and asked if I had used the scan and go option before. After my reply of yes, she clearly had no more interest in me. I chuckled to myself at that.So today I had to get my new account. My dad bought me a new one. Ridiculously slow to get set up. Phone didn't work. Didn't want to give me a card, phasing them out for phone. Not liking that. They gave me a card after I complained. Only needed 2 items. One not in stock. Customer service said I get $10 off, but didn't tell me to come back before I checked out. So that didn't work.

The solicitation that goes on here is absolutely insane and uncalled for. I don't even want to shop here anymore! You walk through the door and you have 2-3 people right away coming at you. You go down the next isle and there are more of them and oh wait, don't forget when you get to the check out you are going to get asked 3-5 times even when you are telling the lady no to apply for a credit card because she is just trying to save you money. Last week we witnessed a guy yelling at the lady because she would not stop. If someone tells you no, the answer is no lady. Leave us alone and just let us do our shopping. People want to get in and out of the store, not stopped 5 times with solicitors. This is NOT good customer service.

It’s not worth it for us to be Sam’s club business members any longer. Limiting business members to 5 items per day is ridiculous. We don’t t have the time to run over ever day . Besides that the supply chain excuse has run it’s course . We just can’t find the items that made it worth the drive over . We are done!! And Amy your smart remark that you will sell everything that I just walked away from by the end of the day was the deciding factor. Sorry you had to walk away from the cafe to make a unprofessional decision that cost you a long term customer. Prospect pizza has been a customer since 2005.Ps your salad mix is rotting maybe you should have allowed people to buy it.

Tammy who was training a new employee at the register made time to help me with a table purchase and reached out to wonderful Grant in merchandizing to help me carry the table and my other purchases to my car. Going to Sam's is like going to the Dollar Store!They have it all!You always spend more than what you wanted, because they have everything plus so much more!This place is always clean and shelves are stocked sky high!Ample handicap ♿ parking is available, and close to the door!Restrooms 🚻 are available, and are very clean 👌.Fantastic place for grocery shopping 🛍 🛒.You can not go wrong with joining this club for groceries.

Wow... my first visit to Sam's club and it was wonderful... prices are insanely low and the staff was the best I've ever dealt with... each and every one of them. They made me feel special which is very rare in today's world. I'm so glad I joined Sam's club and I'm looking forward to being a member for the rest of my life... BUTLER, PA store... you're the best!!!!

Produce is rarely fresh, Rotissiere chickens aren't fully done. Good for bulk buying (paper supplies, soap etc) but not for fresh food.
