This is a very impressive store. Finding the store in the mall was a surprise.Going into the store, it is overwhelming with everything to see. I visited the store on 3-4-2023 and was blown away with the size and how many items they had.A lot of kid toys and powered toys. Many spring items, all kinds of animal supplies.I did not have enough time to see the whole store, but I will be back to check it out again.

Clean, well stocked, and organized store. The downside was that the prices getting very high.Sporting goods/ Hunting supplies plentiful and well stocked and organized. Alex, the associate on duty that day, was very helpful in answering the questions that I had.

Nice young ambitious kid (hard to find) lead me right to industrial fan I couldn't find anywhere! They actually had a couple even better than listed on site , so I left with more than I bargained for, for about 5 dollars more, and still less than competitors prices.! Lowe's and harbor freight didn't yet have them! Thanks Rural King! Great place to get cheap meal worms too for your chickens!

This Store is one of my favorites. Everything from pet care and livestock to lawn equipment to chainsaws as well as clothing,outdoor wear and firearms. Free popcorn is nice also. Helpful staff and just a all around good experience.

Don’t go here bought a brand new saw took it back for a repair and apparently they somehow threw the saw in the garbage! And i went back to get it they said mechanic threw it in the trash which I believe they took it home them selves and resold i would never trust these guys with a thing every magically missing saw

I love this store and all the pet supplies available. The associates are always friendly and helpful. I can buy a lot of everyday household items and food there also. Their Lincoln Outfitter jeans are really good and at a reasonable price!

If you buy ammo count it at the desk I bought a box with 2/3 of what I paid for and they won’t do anything about it. Why sell tampered boxes if you can’t fix the problem

Great asset to Butler. Anything you need from clothing to items for your home, firearms, safes, paint, etc. You can even purchase little chicks, items for your boat or car.It is seemingly endless.

Great selection and prices. This store has everything from tractors to food and everything in between. Good choice of firearms also. The kids love the free popcorn . The store could be merchandised a bit better. It is a little hard to find some things but its a minor complaint.

Website said it had a couple of items I was looking. So I made the drive for those items and see what the hype was about (family always talk this place). So they did not have any of the items that their website said they had. The employees I asked about the items was nice. Generally they store items looked very low for a Friday. Not worth the drive.

I love this store but tried to go there today while my kids were jumping at the Trampoline Park with my wife, but the door from the mall was locked. I could see people inside but no one opened the door to let us in? Very confusing to have a store at the mail that you can't get to from the mall?

BIG SIGN on mall front, RURAL KING, you go at that entrance and you can't get into RURAL KING. So you walk 10 miles back out to your car, get in, start it up, drive around to the back of the mall, another 50 miles, and go in the back door. This was my first time at RURAL KING. I went in for softener salt. The guy at the register rang up my sale, told me to go out and drive around to the "door with the yellow stripe" and they'd load my 6 bags of salt. I did, they did and that was it. All the workers were excellent and treated me kindly. KUDOS to them. Good training. Why I went there was because their salt was reasonably priced. I'll go back sometime now that I know how to get into the store and won't waste a half tank of gas going to the front of the mall instead of the rear. 🤣

I frequently shop at this store. Most of the time they have what I am looking for, but it often tricky to find. The store is not the most organized and similar products may be in completely different locations. Overall, this store is still pretty good

Ordered from Rk guns shipping and tracking was terrible. Customer service at the store was awful. Cancelled my order still got charged for the shipping an that customer service was awful would never recommend purchasing a firearm from this store and or rk guns in general

This place offers great deals all over the store i have compared their prices to about 3 other stores including Wal-Mart and they've beat everyone's prices everytime. And what they sell is quality as well. The neatest thing about Rural King ive seen is that they offer FREE popcorn while you're shopping. Please do yourself a solid and check out Rural King. It will be worth it.

Bought two Turkey poults a few days ago. Health instantly declining. They started gasping for air, losing feathers. They passed. Let alone failing to notice that a heat lamp fell into a bin and ignited the bedding with live chicks.Please care for your chicks better.

Lots of stuff here that cannot be easily found elsewhere. If you are a rural or farmstead family this is your place. Just keeps getting better.Really don't like that they closed the access to the mall from the store,but I understand why they did it.

This store would get a zero if it were an option. Bought 6 baby chicks that were tagged female and says so on my receipt. I paid more money per chick because they were all female. Turns out after almost 8 weeks 5 of them were roosters. The store manager said if I wanted replacements I had to buy them again. If not, "there's nothing we can do for you" were his words. Are you kidding me???? How is it right that what I paid for isn't what I got?? Never again will I buy ANYTHING from Rural King !!!!

Where else do they give you coffee and popcorn when you walk in the doors? Not to mention a great variety of products to meet your needs. I always enjoy going there .

We went there because a friend told me their birdseed was $13 for a 20lb bag. The Avery my husband has created in our backyard is appearantly picky... they hate it!So back to Sam's Club we go.The floor staff was not familiar with what they sell. Twice, we were told they didn't sell an item, and we found it on our own. But, the free popcorn was good.

Normally love rural king but these guys blame staffing for a mall entrance.. dunhams at the same mall has their entrance open (:
