My bag is great quality, the one ask I would have is for my bag to have handles on the circular sides. More ways to secure my bag to the boat on the top of the van. Really, the best service though. The website was nicely done. Easy to navigate and no issues with the purchase. I did receive some spam and a few apps that attached themselves to my home screen. This is most likely not Rock N Rescue's fault. I run an Apple so no biggie. Just pay attention after you purchase that you didn't get any extras added to your system.They have sent me a received email, but no info on shipping nor a time frame as to when I'll receive my gear. Some what irritating.I hope this will be resolved soon enough.Any way, good website design. A bit lacking in the follow up so far.

Finding the items on the web site was easy. Placing the order was easy. My only thought is it would have been nice if there would have been some indication that one of my items was back ordered. The best source (I've found) for arborist and rescue equipment on the east coast. They carry a great selection of rope and climbing hardware, make some very high quality self-branded (RNR/RNA) rope and gear bags, and ship incredibly fast. I receive most deliveries within a day or two of placing the order and that's with free shipping.

I have quickly become a fan of RNR for rappelling/rescue gear. I have been out of it for a while and needed to re-up a lot of my gear. I sort of stumbled across RNR after spending money at other shops with more name recognition. I regret that.After doing some digging, I was pleased to learn that RNR is formerly J.E. Weinel - a spent a whole lot of money with them previously. Rebranded as RNR at some point, the prices and selection are great and shipping was very fast. Quicker than those "other guys."I highly recommend.
