Our two dogs were groomed beautifully and exactly as we had asked. The groomer (I believe her name is Tiffany) was very kind and thorough when asking for our preferences on the cut. She did a perfect job! Also, I was very happy with how easy Petco made it to book the appointments, and all of the notifications that came via email and text. Everything went so smoothly. You don't see that everyday! Thank you, Petco, and especially Tiffany (if I have the right name).

I originally took my 10 week old puppy to PetSmart to get him use to the grooming process, they told me he was “assertive and unmanageable”. I was absolutely disheartened as I tried my best to get him use to grooming. For his next professional groom I took him to Megan S. at Petco and she is phenomenal. She worked with my dog to get him comfortable. She’s now groomed my dog 4 times and every time he comes out looking fantastic. 10/10 would recommend, Megan S. and staff are amazing

The groomer named Tiffany (I think this was her name), was very courteous and nurturing with our black lab puppy. She was patient and our dog Koa was very happy and I could tell by the way my dog behaved that my dog had an awesome experience. I would highly recommend anyone I know to go here.

The groomer cut my dogs hair to short. Charged for a long haired dog bath. His hair was not long at all. Charged for a dematting service and it was not needed
