Nice, clean store. Staff member was nice. I would recommend though...before you buy anything in the store ..check their online store. We were going to buy a cat tunnel (in hand)$23, but looked online and the same tunnel was $9 IF we ordered online and picked up at this store (which we did). Doesn't make sense but whatever.

Placed an order online for pickup to save 10%. Even though I received an email saying it was ready, I was asked to pick it up the next day anyhow. I show up and it's abruptly closed. So now they have stolen my money and refuse to give me my order. They wouldn't even bother answering the phone call from corporate. If you fulfill an online order and KNOW you are closing the store, CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! I do not live locally.

Terrible service. Lacking in any real animal knowledge. The betta fish we're in bad shape, but I still Picked one. Tried to pay but The store will not honor THEIR OWN website pricing. Trying to charge double! The "manager" i tried to speak to literally refused to address me and walked away. Then the person at the check out threw their hands in the air and told me tough.So I left and spent my money elsewhere.I will not return to this store.I will not recommend this store.The prices are already too high and they are rude to boot.

The guy in the fish tank area was amazing. Answered all of my questions and more! Offered great input. When it comes time to get my new pet, I'm definitely coming back!

girl at the. desk was EXCELLENT. WELL INFORMED, POLITE AND ABOVE ALL NEAT LOOKING. MAN WHO CHECKED ME OUT WAS EQUALLY HELPFUL WITH REGARDS TO ANY POSSIBLE RETURN. HE TOO WAS COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

They had the laser pointer I was looking for and some dental treats for my dog, but when I got to the register I was told I had to pay $.10 for a bag. Come on! You charge enough to cover the cost of a flimsy plastic bag!

Took my dog after her vet appointment and she enjoyed walking around and picking out treats. She doesn't get out much now so this was super fun for her! The aisles are wide and uncluttered, so she doesn't bump into stuff with her wheelchair.Such a great selection of.... Everything! I actually found some treats I've been looking for (at different stores) for months, so the cats were happy about that. We found everything we needed and everything working was super friendly to us!

This spot was cool. Lots of pet supplies and ideas for pets. I was in the process of getting a new puppy and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of toys and puppy care items that were up for sale. I would shop here again for sure.

I noticed they were selling ferrets for 400 dollars! I don't know how they live with themselves! The man snarkly said to me. "Well you guys keep paying that price for them" its nice to know petco employees not only belittle their customers. They are proud to screw people out of their money "because they can". These animals used to be 79 dollars!! And half of that ALEAST was a vet bill for canine distemper and rabies shots and odor defense.

The workers inside the store are helpful...mean while the vaccine clinic tells u stuff then doesn't follow through...I was honest about my dogs rabies vaccines and I even sent the proof in as they told me to and they even said they would change the info once info was sent...so I rushed home to take the pic of my info that was told to send in for them to tell me they are not changing anything when they said they would and knowing of the vaccine info...not sure if ill be going backnto them bc of this.

Shopped there on 8/26/23, bought about 9 items and at checkout I was asked if id like to purchase a bag for 10 cents. They already have outrageous prices and yet they expect you to pay for a plastic bag to carry your stuff to the car in. WON'T be shopping there ever again. Ridiculous !

This location is clean, organized and tidy. I stopped for some stocking stuffers for my pets, as they have unique items you cannot find elsewhere. The cashier who waited on me was super nice, friendly and funny and made me feel welcome. I always find something good here. The only reason I gave it 3 stars, is the prices are quite high, even for small simple things like cat treats.

Laike does a fantastic job taking care of my Rough Collie with a long fur double coat! She listens to what I want and remembers for all visits after. I truly appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone.

It's not a bad store. I just seem to have bad luck and they're always out of the cat food I need when I go there to get it. Otherwise, I've never had an issue with the store. Employees are friendly, check out is quick and efficient, store is clean.

Had a lot of boxes with product in them nearby the shelves. I get if it was like restocking day but it was a Saturday so it was a little too busy for that. But it was a good setup to the store otherwise and staff was helpful
