It’s ok store but when there is only one caisher people need wait there turn I was harresed by old guy trying cut in front my girlfriend and out front when you walk out they need a slow sign green person holding flag for pedestrians I got beep at telling them slow down and I will report this if nothing gets done make customers wair at the line ans get more cashiers and put sign pedestrian cross walk only this is non senes before someone does get injured out front

I always look for bargains. Ollie's does not disappoint. The best thing about Ollie's, though, is the helpfulness of the employees. I usually shop at the store in Butler, PA. These men and women who work there are always ready and willing to answer questions or help with finding requested items. They work hard, but do it with a smile!

Always such a wide variety of stuff. I was here today to exchange a fan I bought last week that didn’t work. I didn’t have the receipt but since I wanted same exact fan transaction went very quickly. I noticed the fan when I was here pricing linoleum. The flooring prices are very good.

I have worked here since the end of June 2023. I'm the head of the book/stationary dept. I work with some wonderful people and I genuinely enjoy working here. I also highly suggest getting our rewards card if you don't have one. I've had one since I was 15 and that was almost 20 years ago and they still had my card in the system. We love Ollie's! I hate to leave a 1 star when we usually have a great experience everytime we visit but not this time a line of customers waiting for Checkout and ONE cashier! He called twice for cashiers and it was obvious not one employee cared. Very sad! 20 minutes for check out.....ridiculous. NOT GOOD!!

Ollie's is really one of those places that you can't accurately describe what to expect to find. You can have great timing and find the perfect item that you've been looking for for ages - or you might just need to get a second something that you bought yesterday and end up being too late. But there's definitely a lot of things to check out.Part of the appeal is not really knowing what you're going to find.

Oliies is our go to for 85% of of nonthly household shopping. I dont like that once its gone its gone It seems like all the cool stuff come in to store when we are running tight for the month.I try not to go when we are really low or broke. Guaranteed to be really awesome stuff just arriving at store. It seems like that is how my luck is. We still are able to get what we need.AND we Thank God for ollies.

They had a lot of stuff, it wasn't the best organizing, but it's Ollie's. The cashier was way too talkative, but she thought my son was my husband, so I'll give her a pass on that.

I can't stand trying to find things in here. Not that it's hard to find. It's hard to move around. Clogged and disheveled. It's the nature of the place. Can't beat it if you have the time and patience to dig around. You can find some "Good stuff cheap"

Bargains are always nice and prices are fair. Its actually pretty well organized all things considered compared to other Ollie's locations. Working there though can be tough. Of you're a part timer which most people are there it seems, then expect your schedule to never be consistent and only know what days you work about 2 days in advance. Also for anyone that has knee or foot trouble, no stools or chairs allowed. Also the ollies uniform shirts material is bad for sensitive skin.

I don't really care for this store. It's dimly lit and poorly organized/sorted. There are products everywhere and they all feel a little dated. I am sure you could swipe some great finds here, but I was left wanting more. I'd also just like to add that the floors looked dirty throughout the store but particularly by the checkout area. Not sure if that was due to previous use or it just needed a good clean!

Ollie's is meh. It's not a fav, however, I always find something I need and something I want. Worth the trip, but my advice is scan quickly. Easy to get overwhelmed.

I think this chain is actually really weird. You wonder where all of this stuff comes from? Like wrecked trucks and the boxes are beat up and marked down. That being said, we go in and just look around a few times a year. We never go in for anything specific, because it is so random. Sometimes I am very surprised by the food, cookware and dishes. Some areas of the store really need some work. We got a really nice outdoor space rug for our porch for a great price. In the spring they always have nice items like pots and shovels. Their book selection is interesting but don't expect to find a specific thing, just browse and be surprised.

Seemed pretty dirty and in organized. Always though Butler store was a little better. Same old stuff in there, but I stock up on certain things when I get a coupon.

They say it's "good stuff cheap," but it's just cheap stuff. A lot of rubbish, piled fairly haphazardly, and a staff that's really a figment of management's imagination. Even when you find a proper brand, it's the junkies version of it. Wasn't a fan before, but I probably won't go back. Not mad, just meh.
