Wonderful antique shop with 50 different vendors. We had so many good finds! With having 50 vendors, there truly is something for everyone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant and peaceful environment. Perfect for the avid collector or the local who is just passing by. Highly recommend visiting!

I have made the trip from Pittsburgh to Butler many times to visit this great place with lots of vendors selling their awesome goods. It is well organized and I always find something I 'have to have'. The prices are very reasonable and I have found so many nice things here. I look forward to my next visit. Always a pleasure to visit, browse and ultimately come home with wonderful treasures.

Such an awesome Antique store with so many vendors. There's great vintage finds and so many one of a kind pieces. Everything is creatively displayed, it looks like one big store rather than smaller flea market type booths. I could spend hours there. Definitely worth the visit.

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could! This antique store is filled to the brim with art/furniture/etc from tons of local arts/vendors. I found several great pieces after recently buying a house in the area. Mama Moon is incredibly helpful and welcoming!

Mystique Moon is a lovely store with over 50 small businesses in one store! You never know what you find. Antiques to handcrafted items to upcycled treasures. Of course, it is also a destination for crystals and gemstones. The owners are caring and do a great service for their vendors. Stop in when you're in the area and a must-stop for your weekend adventures.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Mystique Moon Antique Mall, an encounter that left me deeply disappointed and determined never to return. My visit began with genuine interest in a corner table. When I approached the front desk to inquire about the possibility of making an offer, the response I received was not only unhelpful but sharply dismissive. I was informed in no uncertain terms that, due to the presence of over 50 vendors within the mall, price negotiations were not entertained. Accepting this policy, I continued to browse.However, the interaction that truly marred my experience occurred as I was leaving. Feeling it was important to share feedback, I mentioned to the same staff member that other local antique malls, hosting a similar number of vendors and often more vendors, do engage in price negotiations. Her response was shockingly rude; she stated that they had previously considered negotiations but deemed it unfeasible due to operational reasons. Furthermore, she suggested—quite bluntly—that I should patronize other establishments instead.This dismissive attitude was not only surprising but also unwarranted. It was explained that vendors are encouraged to list their “best price,” yet, from my observation, many items were priced excessively, seemingly influenced by unrealistic benchmarks set by online platforms. While a strict no-negotiation policy is within any business’s rights, the manner in which this policy was communicated to me was entirely unacceptable.The encounter has led me to a simple conclusion: I will heed the staff member’s advice and take my business elsewhere, permanently. This experience serves as a stark reminder that customer service is the forefront of any business, especially in the competitive world of antique sales. Rude behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of Mystic Moon but also negatively impacts the vendors associated with it.To the dealers at Mystic Moon: please be aware that the demeanor of your representatives can significantly influence customer perceptions and decisions. Unfortunately, Mystic Moon stands out as the only antique mall in the area that refuses to negotiate, a policy made all the more unpalatable by the discourteous treatment meted out to potential buyers. It is a disservice to both your beautiful items and your potential customers.In summary, due to the unwelcoming attitude and inflexibility encountered, I cannot recommend Mystic Moon Antique Mall. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that value their customers and understand the importance of a positive shopping experience.RESPONSE:My complaint wasn’t about not getting a discount; it was about being treated poorly for merely inquiring. The point on other antique malls offering negotiations was meant as constructive feedback, not a grievance. The rudeness I encountered was unwarranted.Labeling your establishment as “retail” is misleading, considering it primarily deals in vintage and used items. My frustration stemmed not from your no-discount policy but from the condescending manner in which my question was dismissed. A simple, courteous response would have sufficed.Your attempt to paint me as the problem for voicing an unpleasant experience misses the mark. Good customer service hinges on respect and civility. I was prepared to make a reasonable offer, underscoring that my issue is not with the price but with the lack of basic decency in interaction.It’s evident you prioritize defending discourteous behavior over grasping the essence of customer feedback. Such a stance is regrettable. The real issue here isn’t what policies are in place but the manner in which they’re communicated.The only individual casting a shadow over your 50 dealers is yourself. Your defensive and hostile reply serves as a public testament to your approach towards anyone who dares to offer feedback or pose a question. This not only reflects poorly on your business acumen but also highlights a significant deficiency in interpersonal skills.

Mystique Moon is a well curated store full of antique merchants as well as local artists. The store is very clean and never cluttered making it easy to find your treasures! Definitely a must stop when in Butler!

Sky-high prices on vintage items, often in poor condition. Their “best prices” are an insult, more suited for San Francisco than Butler County. Seems like they’re pulling numbers straight from Chairish or 1stDibs for their MCM items. If you ask to negotiate price, they insult you and tell you to shop somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to a real antique mall, rather than this one that sells healing crystals. The owner describes this as a “retail” store. What a rip-off!

Offers local art to the customer!!! Everything you find in this place is handmade and one of a kind items, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that special someone for someone, or just want to find a little something for yourself. Everything from jewelry to paintings,even hand stitched decor pillows and even cute little pieces like in this picture also the necklace is handmade and from this vendor/store great place to visit

I’d been meaning to visit this place for quite some time, and I finally managed to get in for some browse time the other week. The shop technically wasn’t open, but I saw people going in and out (they were bringing in new stock) and I mistook it for being open but the owners were kind enough to let us roam anyway.This place is absolutely lives up to the name. Every item has an element of mystery, whether it’s an antique or vintage item with adventure and love in its past or a new handmade item meant to come home and make a future with you. The store is set up brilliantly, with each display guiding you further back until you loop back around the front. I was so happy that this store also had great prices! I was able to afford everything that caught my eye, which was a pleasant surprise especially when dealing with handmade items and antique/vintage pieces.Thank you for welcoming us, Mystique Moon! This antique shop place was surprisingly large and well arranged! You could easily navigate it, prices were reasonable, and everything was very clean and organized. I liked the art section in the front too. Had a lot of pieces that reminded me of items you'd get from the Renaissance Festival like intricate candles, blown glass, and custom earrings/pins/rings.

I stopped by on a recommendation from a friend. Everywhere I looked there was something unique, both old and new. I was able to find Christmas gifts, and some wonderful finds for my home. I highly recommend you stop by, if you haven't already found this gem.As well, it is nice to see Main Street attracting stores that make people want to shop there again.

This place is awesome! A hidden gem on Main St. Butler. We went in to browse and found not only antiques but some pretty great art. Picked up two tshirts and a dresser which was decently priced for the quality.

I have to give a an amazing review to this shop and their caring and talented artists. I saw a perfect gift on one of their Facebook posts over Easter weekend that I had to have. I waited till they were open and got there 30 minutes after they opened after the holiday. Someone had already purchased my beloved piece. They were so helpful getting my information to the artist. She came in and let me hand pick the one I wanted over the phone and the owners of the shop held it for me till I could come back in. Every time I come in there they are so informative and helpful they make you feel like you are their very best friend. It’s this type of business and these type of people that make you love shopping local.

It's fine, but honestly just looks very cluttered. Prices can be a bit insane at times. Been here 3 times and never seen anything worth getting.
