Tried buying an item that wasn't marked on sale, I had a 50% off coupon. I go up front, and they tell me the item is on sale and I can't use my coupon. I explained that there is no sale sign on the item and that it should be sold at the price that was marked. So basically, they wouldn't accept my coupon because the item was 25% off but was never marked.

I do like Michael's and shop there for a host of craft items from yarn to paints to artificial flowers. Staff are usually very pleasant and helpful. The order online and pick up in store system is very easy and makes it a bit easier to shop when you are in a hurry.

Be prepared to wait in line... a long line.No matter when you go in there is always one cashier and a long line. Other employees seem to float around trying to look busy.

Lots of seasonal decorations. I went to several other stores looking for Easter decorations and couldn't find any. Michaels had a wide variety and a good supply. Highly recommend this store.

Nearly always have to wait in line my problem is more with-it website and rewards program they sent me emails saying I have vouchers to use but I can never find them and open them in time to be used at the store. I have to sign into my account when I have forgotten the password and so they go unused.

they have an awesome selection of crafts and supply. had to make a bouquet for my daughter's senior night. They have a boat load of different fake flowers . I was like a little kid in the store with all the crafty stuff they have.

If you buy beads from this Michaels please count them. There is one cashier I have a problem with because they don't put my merchandise in the bag. I drove to Michael's four times because they forgot to put my merchandise in the bag twice. When I tried to reach out to a manager they told me it was my fault for not looking in my bag. Which I somewhat agree but they told me they won't be giving me my stuff back if this happens again. I will not be shopping there if i have a percentage of not leaving the store with what i payed for. They are not taking it seriously. I've tried telling them its the same cashier but still. I had a Manger basically tell me to my fault.

The staff is helpful if you need something. There are always coupons available if something is not on sale. The sales they run are very good. Prices are decent in that regard. I wish this store offered a good fabric selection with a real cutting counter. Line is usually long at the registers.Edit, February 2023- It's been there awhile, but they have a nice selection of fabric and a cutting counter which greatly improves the store! I am here weekly to buy paints and art supplies and the cashiers are always so nice, if just a little overly frazzled and short handed. Someone else in the store should be answering phones in my opinion, like someone in framing or stocking on the floor!

They have a monopoly on a lot of products and services now since they bought out pat catans and they price gouge on things like reframing after disconting the diy products, also their advertising can be deceptive, their cupons don't cover high ticket items like the cricket and they stopped selling framing materials and are so expensive as well as if an item is returned and you used a coupon they will rearrange your purchases to give you less money ey back. Glad they're around but I can't stand having to but from them. At least the staff is friendly.

As always Daniel was more than helpful seems to go above and beyond the Call of Duty on a daily basis! No matter when I come in the store he always is at 100%! Sadly the upper management does not hire enough staff to adequately run the store despite despite Daniel's best attempts.

Not in the store for buying stuff to do crafts with, was looking for something very specific.They didn't have exactly what I was looking for this time, but they normally do I just figured it was worth a shot to look for what I needed here. They have just about everything you could possibly need for any kind of craft or art project. Very nice store.

Almost always a long line. So expect to wait a good while before you're checked out.Store is always clean (Except for glitter...that never goes away!) and staff is friendly. Just make sure you have a coupon ready and always check the fine print first!

Staff can be rarely found at times, and they can lack knowledge in plenty of areas, but the layout is good and they have plenty of products, so if you know what you need, then you'll find it with ease. That's great for an artist such as myself. I also enjoy the new layout for their alchohol based markers.

We had what I would describe as a standard Michael's experience at this store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store seemed to be well stocked, they had everything we were looking for. Everything was clean and well organized.

The store is nice and well laid out. Some employees are completely clueless while others are helpful. They have a teacher discount program that nobody seems to know how it works and when we contacted customer service they just sent a pre-written set of instruction, even after we provided them with rewards and a number of questions to how we could get it to work. Good place to shop but just hope you dont have issues because otherwise dont count on answers.
