love this place!! Felt safe and quiet. This is our first family apartment and we had so many great memories. Been almost 2 years. We have to move another city I wish they didn’t charge for 2 months fees 😭 moving without finishing our contract 😭😭😭😭 But thank you Meadow

Have lived here going on 5 years. The office and maintenance staff are great and very responsive. Only complaints are that children are not supervised and cause problems and the landscaping company does poor work such as not taking care of weeds, mulching and cutting the bushes.

It’s a very peaceful community to live in . And all the tenants are very nice 😊 Plenty of places to eat and shop near by. The only thing is it takes a community to keep things looking 😊 nice! Please clean up after your pets . Thank you!!!

We really enjoy living here since we moved in a few months ago! When looking for a new area to live, you have to hope you choose the right place to go and we did with our move here! The apartment is comfortable and relaxing. We searched for a quiet area to rent after selling our house recently. Meadow Brook Apartments has that for us. Traffic and all the noise it brings was picking up in our old neighborhood. Living here, I am enjoying the sounds of a comforting neighborhood! The kids play, people take walks, you even get a nice hello from many of the dogs being walked. We are happy to have moved here but what we couldn't have known until we moved in, is how much it means to have a really nice team of people that run things here. Lisa was very warm and friendly as she showed us everything when we originally stopped by and through the application process. As our renting/moving process moved on we talked with Teona and appreciated her warm, friendly, and professional way as well. Together they made it a comfortable and smooth process for our move and are always there to listen when you need them. After moving in we found out there are two more people that make the team here. Ken and Ron take care of anything that comes up in the apartment with a quick response time. They are friendly and know how to take care of whatever you need them for. It's a real bonus to live in a place that you know the people running it do it so well, but what means even more to me is that I get the feeling they care if I like it here, I don't feel like they are just "doing their job".

Nice management and neighbors, Nice unit but WAY OVERPRICED. I rent a garage that I haven't been able to get into for over a month because a "contractor broke the electricity line." They "can't find the key." But of course I have to pay for a garage full of my stuff I have no access to. Good luck.

Into my third year and satisfied with the decision to rent at Meadow Brook. I am a senior citizen and feel very physically secure here. Have not required any maintenance since arriving 3 years ago. Only concern is the rising rent annually. Being on SS fixed income they will eventually lose me as a satisfied renter.

I have lived in Meadow Brook for 5 months and would recommend it to anyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any requests that I have made have been promptly responded to. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel very safe here.

Great place to live. Super quiet neighborhood and happy that they’re pet friendly. Love the amenities like the pool and the gym and they have a ton of options for various apartment styles and sizes available.

So far my nephew has had a horrible experience 12 leaks now some water pipes are leaking they cut a hole where the pipes are but left and has a bucket catching the water he was told they can't fix it till Tuesday. There is a hole in the wall that was there when they moved in that should have been fixed yet they are still taking his money

I had several "feelers" out in Butler. Lisa Pinto was the ONLY one to call me back. She was cheery, polite and welcoming from our very first conversation. She has helped to walk me through EVERY aspect towards getting the unit I wanted..and she has done so patiently and professionally. As of this review, I dont know if I actually HAVE the unit. But I will say this..Lisa has made this whole experience less stressful and THAT, PEOPLE, IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD! Lisa..if you reading this..keep doing what you're doing. Helping people through a stressful time is PRICELESS! As for me..well..fingers and toes crossed..lol!

haven’t gotten a call back in 7 weeks after they have told me they would touch base with me about my leasing information in “1 to 2 weeks”. had to call them myself to which they had said, “we will call u back”

They fail to let applicants know that they must have 5x the rent in income (individually) regardless of existing household income until after you complete application and pay the fee. Dishonest and greedy!! This should be disclosed beforehand!!

Horribly expensive, never fix things when broken and charge u for stuff that was there when u moved in. So double charges. Total disappointment. Highly discourage you NOT to rent here. You will learn if u do. Most people leave by or before there first year lease is up.

We rented a 3bd 2 1/2 ba . Nice place to live. They're kinda small, and garage doesn't come with it. But they're professional and attentive. I would recommend this place
