Yesterday, I dropped my non functioning Riccar vacuum. Was told they would get back to me with an estimate within 24 hrs. We pleasantly surprised to get a call a few hours later. They diagnosed the problem and presented me with a reasonable cost to repair the vacuum. Told me they would call me when it was repaired. Received the call today, less than 24 hours later it was all done. I stopped over after work and picked it up, not only did they fix it (for a problem called me), they found another part that would be covered under warranty and fixed it. Very pleased with the service, will use them again. And as a bonus.. it looks new again..I like to support local businesses and keep the people in my community employed.

I am completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I needed a replacement power head for my central vacuum system. Not only did they have several to choose from and they let you try them all in store, it was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Once, I was set up at home with the new parts and new filter, there was an issue with the new filter that I installed. Evan (Owner) to the rescue. He was at my home within 20 minutes, reset the filter, checked all of the inlets for clogs and performance and adjusted everything on the spot with no service call fee. I am completely impressed. Keystone Vacuum exceeded my expectations. Shop smart. Shop local. You will not be disappointed.

Evan is very honest and knowledgeable. He can fix or get parts for almost anything and carries a large variety of QUALITY vacuums that are hard to find. He purchased the central vacuum business from the family who installed our whole house system 30+ yrs ago and we are thankful he has new parts and is carrying on the service and support that customers like ourselves need.

I took my Riccar sweeper to a local dealer in the South Hills which told me I had a blown motor on my 2 year old R25S. I was so upset when they told me $200 to replace the motor and then called the original place I purchased it from Keystone Vacum. Evan who was upset to hear this himself stepped up and was going to help me at a much lower cost. When the Keystone Vacum person Bob took it apart the same day I dropped it off the motor was not blown but a wire fell off because the connector was not locked on the tab. Evan and Keystone Vacum are very honest and I can say honesty and trust should be on their logo. Well done Keystone Vacum you will keep my business no charge for plugging the connector back on. Thank you!

Hi. I would like to note ALL reviews prior to 2023 were for the store Sweeper City which my father owned. I have noticed Evan is replying to comments prior to the ones for his new store Keystone Vacuum. I would just like everyone to know that is is NOT the same Owner or Store. It is nice Evan is active with his company online I just felt it was unfair to take credit or reply to sales that did not involve him personally. However if you need vacuum parts or a new vacuum Keystone Vacuum is the place to go in Butler County.With Love,Ashley

I was looking for a step release for a vacuum that was out of production. I searched online and stores all over Western PA, nobody had one in stock. I heard about Keystone Vac from my dad. I stopped in with the broken part that I needed to replace. I walked out less than five minutes later with my brand new part!!! If you can't find it, chances are the part you need will be here!

Took my 13 yo pride and joy Miele to Keystone Vacuum/Sweeper City for routine maintenance, and walked out not only with my girl improved and beautified (seriously, they even buffed out all of the scuff marks!), we brought a new, gorgeous SEBO canister vacuum!Evan did a wonderful job educating us on a few different vacuums, including a Central Vac system.We decided to adopt another all German made HEPA vacuum, for the upstairs.I highly recommend Miele, SEBO and of course KEYSTONE VACUUM/Sweeper City!

My vacuum was not working well. Took it here and they called right away that it should have their vacuum "overhaul". They did a great job of cleaing it and making it work well. If I have any complaint, it would be that now I don't have an excuse to get out of work. They did a great job!

I came in to get some new bags for my Miele C3 as well as a new hand turbo brush for getting pet hair off of my carpeted stairs and upholstery. Wish I bought that brush earlier! Been very happy with my Miele.The new owner, Evan, is super friendly and has done a lot in a short period of time to improve the shop since he acquired it. It's been cleaned out a lot, and has improved lighting, and a good selection of high quality vacuums and a central vac display.He was taking the time to show an elderly customer the features of her new Sebo canister, how to change the bags, use the controls, etc. His heart is really in vacuums and making customers happy and it shows.He's even got a little section of the store dedicated to some old, antique or unique vacuums - something vacuum collectors might enjoy!

Update 23 Dec '21: Just had the Ricar vaccum fixed - well worth it & they had it done in a day! Fabulous service!!For the first time, we didn't buy at a department store, and it was the BEST decision we made. We were looking at Dyson products there, and the owner suggested we try an ALL AMERICAN MADE vacuum that he said customers who bought them have said they'd never guy anything else. He was right ... we bought one for a nice penny, but it was worth EVERY cent! Our carpets have never looked better, and I will NEVER buy anything BUT. In fact, if this one goes, I'll probably beg them to fix it, it's THAT good!We had a Newfoundland/Lab mix and he CONSTANTLY shed so much fur I wondered why he wasn't bare-skinned. The vacuum handled it like it was made for it! AWESOME!

These folks know about vacuums and floor cleaners. We bought our vacuum here, and they have maintained our older floor cleaners until parts were no longer made. Much better quality and variety than the box stores. Great value and service.

I give it one star because I have to! Called for service on whole home vacuum system in which they installed a few years back, and getting them to service, or heck even respond is a nightmare. It took over 2 months to finally get someone out here, and when they were here it was a joke. They were supposed to get me some pricing on a new controller, and still have never heard back. I called them 2 months after the fact just to see what was going on, and just like normal, "oh we will have someone call you back on this", that was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This is mickey mouse at best, with no true customer service.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I dropped off a rug doctor there approximately a month and a half ago for repair. The machine is used for a small business, at the time of drop off I was told that it would only be 1 week for repair and they would be calling soon with an estimate. I waited three weeks and then started calling one time a week to check the status, every time I called I would get the run around. I was very nice and patient the whole time until today, when I called to check the status of the repair again, I questioned him and wanted to know what part the rug doctor needs, the owner started to yell at me and told me “Okay, you know what we are not going to fix it, just come and pick it up” he then HUNG UP on me! The level of unprofessional behavior was shocking! As a business owner I don’t understand how you could treat a customer that way! STAY AWAY from this place!

They have so many different brands of sweepers here so basically any part you need they have it. They also are very knowledgeable about sweepers and how to fix them and maintain yours. You can bring vacuum in and they'll take it apart and completely clean and make sure parts are still good and working correctly. They have about every vacuum you can image old, new, used and they had so many Dyson vacuums and Dyson vacuum attachments that I didn't even know dyson made so many extra cleaning attachments.

Absolutely the best place to buy/repair a sweeper in Western PA. We bought 2 sweepers here. We wanted ease of use and durability. They are both 10 years old now and have been our best appliances. These gentlemen know what they are doing. The store has an amazing selection of new and used sweepers - 5x what you will find in another store. We also broke one of our sweepers and they repaired it, and had it "tuned up". They had the parts needed for these 10 year old sweepers.
