Very happy and impressed. They had the equipment available and ready to go. The employees are very nice and you feel like you're talking to your neighbor and not a corporate employee. I felt their rental prices were very fair and the equipment was in good condition. They even helped us load which is hit or miss with rental places. Highly recommended and I will be renting from them in the future.

We had arrangements made for canopies, tables, chairs, linens and a dance floor for our wedding on June 2nd. On June 1st the Kenmac guys showed up with the wrong size canopy, dirty chairs, dirty canopies and a dirty dancefloor. Due to unclear specifics regarding the underlayment plywood needed for the dance floor (which we supplied) I had to make a return trip to get different plywood and then attempt to install the dance floor myself.The chairs were all sticky and the table tops were damaged and badly beaten up.Upon calling Larry at Kenmac, we were told that "they would try" to get an additional canopy to make up for the missing 20'x20' feet of space that should have been covered by a 20'x60' (a 20'x40' was sent originally). They showed up several hours later with an additional 20' x 20'...In the end, the Kenmac guys did install the floor correctly but that didn't change the fact that we had to scrub the entire thing before using. We had to change the entire configuration of the wedding set up which added unnecessary stress and work for my family and I...the day before my wedding.I will say that the installation crew was professional, polite and did a good job but this was overshadowed by the terrible customer service provided by the sales team.Upon calling the following Monday to discuss these short comings, Larry in sales did nothing but make excuses about being busy and only taking the job as a favor to our caterer, Ryan from Fat Guy BBQ...(separate review to follow)...If you are unable to meet your customer's expectatio ns but knowlingly take on business anyway, you are, dare I say, malicious.As a business the expectation is that you operate as a business with professionalism, attention to detail and a high level of customer service.All in all, a very disappointing experience that created last minute changes, stress and hard work...again leading up to my wedding...If 1/2 star was an option...Would NOT recommend if you expect your rental experience to be seamless and stress free...We'll see what happens with contract adjustments and a resolution from Larry and the Kenmac team...Thanks but no thanks.

Great company. The staff was very helpful and informative. The owner of the company took time to explain to me best usage of the equipment. He genuinely cared to help. Very nice guy. The staff loaded up the equipment into my vehicle and gave me a very informative once over and assured me they would be available if I needed to call with any questions. Staff members that I wasn’t even working with greeted me as they passed.. try to get that kind of attention at a big box company.. won’t happen!! These guys are great!

What is very easy to deal with the service and got exactly what I needed. It didn’t help with my problem but I found out my problem was a different issue completely. It is just really good knowing that the right tool was there if I would need it in the future. I will be needing another tool, a stump grinder in the future and Ken Mac will be the one I will contact. Thank you.Recommended

I rented additional chairs and tables for our wedding and am extremely pleased! I placed a reservation for them about 3 weeks prior to the event.The process was simple. I called and ordered what I needed, paid over the phone, and picked up my chairs and tables the day before the wedding! You can also pay in store if you don't like to pay by phone.They offer a pick up, drop off, or both too! I thought the pricing was reasonable for the pick up and drop off, but we had a truck and trailer so we saved money there.We arrived, picked up our load slip from the front, and the guys loaded it for us! We then brought it back, pulled into the same spot, and they unloaded and counted them and voila, you get a slip to take the front and you're done.The entire process took less than 10 minutes.The people were friendly and professional. It certainly made planning my wedding a breeze! Plus, the chairs and tables were clean and sturdy. The brown metal chairs are actually comfortable because they're not made entirely of metal. The seating portions are made of a plastic-type material. The ONLY downside is that the tables are made of a heavy wood construction and fit 8 chairs. We squeezed 10, but the metal legs of the table are closer towards the middle and prevent you from sliding 4 chairs in on each side.Overall: 5 for ease, price, and staff!

I rented a snake with a camera on the end for four hours at $149 and I ended up not needing it so returned it an hour later and was charged full price. I was told I was ten minutes over the hour free return limit which was FALSE because the equipment was in my possession for 58 minutes. They start the time from when they printed out the receipt even though the worker then took 10 minutes to explain and load the machine into my car. I will never rent ANYTHING from here again and will tell EVERYONE to do the same. You just lost a loyal customer and my family of 20+ that used to use you to rent from. They wouldn't even compromise.

Customer service was very snarky most of the time. The only reason I rated this place two stars is there price is cheaper than most. I rented a machine and it broke down because the worn out track tore and because I did not get rental insurance, they would not stand by it. Similar to Walmart, Harbor freight, Amazon; you might save money but?.....

I rented a dance floor for my wedding. One person showed up to put the floor down and said he hurt his back and couldn’t finish the floor. He left and send he would send some one else, but no one returned to put the edging down. Some one could have tripped, thank god no one did. I contacted the company and filed a complaint, but no one ever followed up. Very disappointing, I won’t refer anyone to them.

Rented power saw that turned out to be not sharp enough to do the work. No attempt to make it right. Insinuated that we had dulled the blade by letting it hit the ground which we definitely did not. Not going back
