It was my first time doing a pick up order, so I wasn’t sure how long it would take for the order itself to be ready. I got to the store, and it turns out the order wasn’t even supposed to be filled until tomorrow, but the cashier and other person who was working filled my order right then and there. Absolutely made my day, week, month, and year!

I do not see any negative about it. I bought Halloween boxes. Design look unique never see before. It limit stock as I can see. It good place if you want DIY things you want make.

This is one of the slightly larger Joanns at Pittsburgh Mills. My wife liked this particular store as they have a better selection of yarn over the other two Joanns within a similar driving distance. On a different note, their bathrooms are updated as clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with the array of craft supplies. I will be going back.My only complaint was having only one cashier during a busy holiday season.On a positive note though, He was very polite and pleasant!

This location always has awesome ladies helping you to find whatever you need. They are very knowledgeable and patient. The store is cleaned and well managed.

I enjoy shopping at JoAnn Fabrics for florals and floral supplies and yarn. I have also purchased jewelry and some decorations. They have great sales, and you can use coupons. Their app is easy to use. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Jo-Ann fabric was a good experience. I went there looking for mailbox stickers because we had just refurbished or cleaned up our mailbox and painted it, and the old numbers just didn't look good... As my friend and I entered the store, immediately one of the customer service reps. Politely asked " may I help you?" And I told her what I was looking for which she told me they didn't have so I asked " well can I see what you got?" " Sure." She said with enthusiasm, "follow me." So we got to the aisle where they have stickers mainly alphabet stickers and to be honest I wouldn't have known the difference between the vinyl or a plain old sticker style? As vinyl would hold up better in water and elements... I thanked her for her time and patience and she was very nice and again with enthusiasm and a smile said " have a good day." Sure I didn't find what I was looking for but the customer service was very on point! Nuff said....

This store is located in Pullman Center in Butler, PA.They offer a wide selection of just about everything.The store is clean and very well organized.The employees are ready to assist you in the items you are looking for. 👌There sale prices can't be beat.They will also tell you if a coupon is available online if you have a smartphone.👍great store.

These employees are as overworked as any I've seen and still manage a smile. I observed them being treated so rudely by such nasty people I'm surprised they even stay. Kudos to a great team, good merch, and fair prices. You pay for what you get!

Young lady who helped me was very helpful and patient. I found most items i was looking for with the exception of a few specific christmas things, which is to be expected. I was pleasantly surprised with the large yarn selection. I will definitely return to this location.

Just started going here rather than Michael's because of the location, however some prices were hard to find and the coupon policy was difficult, I wasn't able to use the coupons i wanted to because of the way they had things on sale or marked seasonal even though they weren't seasonal and the sale prices weren't much off the regular prices. The store did have everything I needed though and the salespeople were very nice.

The store was quiet and very messy, they did not have what I needed, but the young man up front, and the young girl with pink hair that was working in the middle of the store were very helpful.

The merchandise has increased in variety and in store stock. The employees are always pleasant and helpful even though they are always handling stock and register . There are a fair number of grumpy/inpatient customers, as if they are most important customer. Please thank them for their helpfullness.

I'd have given it a higher rating except for the fact that in all the times I've been in their bathroom there has never once been soap. They never refill it. Makes you wonder about all the invisible bacteria lurking on fabric because it is a tactile shopping experience - part of fabric shopping is putting your hands on the fabric and feeling the weight and texture, after all. On the up side, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Dealing with them is far more pleasant than the Cranberry Township location (I've given up going there due to the snooty employee attitudes). One employee, Roxanne, is especially knowledgeable about sewing and quilting, and has won awards for her own.

I have been to other JOANN stores and have had good experiences, but not this one. You will wait at least 20 minutes to get any length of fabric cut. They are just soooooo slow. Keep that in mind when you go.Also, their clearance fabric is not very well organized. It was hell trying to find anything I liked.

Need more fashion fabric! It's the same stuff every year and how much fleece do we need? Too much ! The pattern cabinets are a mess! My local shop is not a super store but they still need to be on top of things.

It's ok if your an artist....I don't feel they have a lot of things unless you paint, drawl, or crochet....when it comes to other types of art it seems to be sparingly with expensive prices...but they do carry some good items!!

Just stopped y to get some yarn. A young cashier was on the register. She is frequently there. She was wearing her face mask below her nose. My husband had a transplant less then 6 months ago . I have been verY careful. I asked her if she would pull her mask up. She refused stating she couldn’t breathe and she would rather get sick. I looked at her. She asked if I had a problem. I stated I thought if she was working with the public she should wear her mask properly. She replied she didn’t think she should be wearing a mask anyway. The transplant team has been insistent about the need for masks. I will accept their knowledge over the clerk at Joanne’s. This added to the placement of the sneeze guard In relation to credit card machine creates no protection. In fact if someone sneezed or coughed it would actually funnel droplets between the cashier & Customer. . I will not be going back anytime soon.

Not everything offered on libe can be found in the store, even though they claim that it is. Also, you may order on line and pick up, but there could be an amount requirement to order of a certain item. Otherwise they have a very big and nice selection of materials and crafts available

Love JOANN Fabrics.... They have so many different colored and print fabrics to choose from. They have a wonderful paint and hobby section. With little eyes, to tiny pom poms. Lots of wooden figures to paint or if you are crafty and like flower arrangements , there is a beautiful array of flowers and green Styrofoam or wreaths to glue them on. I can't say enough about them. They are a good strong store. I can remember going to Joann Fabrics when I was a little girl so my mom could get her patterns (the still have them 50 years later) and fabric and needles and thread to make my clothes on her sewing machine. Those were the good ole days

I went in for the crafts side of the store, and they had a wide variety of something I needed. I wouldn't be surprised if sewing folk would be happy with their inventory, too!
