Great place to have work done. I had headers and exhaust installed on my 85' Chevy K10. I am completely satistied. Bill had my truck done in one day, even with a delay where I had to drive out to Summit to pick up different headers. I didnt get back until almost 4 pm, and Bill had the headers installed before he left for the day. He called me with the status, and had the rest of the exhaust done early the next day. They always do an excellent job and don't try to upsale a muffler job. I took in my car in the morning and it was done by closing. Fair prices for fair repairs. They use quality materials and not cheap after market parts that will only last a few years. My original 1998 Honda Prelude muffler is now keeping me moving without toxic fumes leaking into the cabin. I love that car and I love Iarrapino's! I definitely recommend them.

Very poor service dropped my car off was told I would get a call back that day for brakes and exhaust work no call, no call the next Day and on the 3rd day I had to call them. Was told he would call me back in 15-20 minutes with pricing, no call after 1 1/2 hrs later. Had to call them back again. Price was way out of wack and totally misdiagnosed the exhaust leak. It was in front where the exhaust starts at the y pipe. They were no where even close, they told me the problem was in the rear after the catalytic converter. They also said they would not pass it for inspection because the engine was not running smoothly enough. WHAT? But of course my engine runs fine ( totally irrelevant for inspection) replaced plugs and all coil packs less than 1 yr. earlier. Oh and it took them bout 10 minutes to find my keys after searching. I expected more.

Needed tailpipe reattached to the muffler to pass inspection. They took us the next day, only took about an hour and charged $117. Any other shop would have had us replace the muffler, or at least charged a lot more. And the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Sorry this is a long one. I've taken my car here for years and the price and quality had always been stellar. My wife took her car in at my insisting to have the wheel bearing fixed and the lights were on the dash board and needed it fixed. Long story short I found out the rotor is bad but they did replace the wheel bearing, but after 3.5 months I am being told that the reader told them the wrong sensor and that work was done so they will do the new work but for added cost. I'm in the hole $424.00 for a $90.00 wheel bearing and no other repairs. I was a life long customer but now will never inconvenience them again

We took it in for a muffler the first one was the wrong one had to change it. Don’t let them due a tune up. They use inferior spark plugs. When we picked it up it ran poorly on the way home with constant backfiring. They changed the spark plugs again ran better no backfiring. After 2 years the engine went and now it is coating us big bucks for a new engine. The mechanic said it was due to the inferior spark plugs that caused a hole in two of the pistons. Beware of what they are using.

I must be the only person to have a very poor experience with this place. I set up an appointment for a custom exhaust and and alignment on my pickup about 2-3 weeks in advance. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. I was told they take their vehicles to another shop for alignments, no problem. I discussed potentially doing other work on my truck as well, cost permitting, and understood that no estimates could really be given until it was seen in person. Again, no problem. (I’ve worked on cars and been around shops my whole life) I was given 2 glowing personal recommendations to get my exhaust work done here and was told to deal with Mark personally. I did not have a chance to speak with or meet with Mark unfortunately as I’d asked for him on the phone and in person and could not reach him. My truck was dropped off at 8 am, I spoke with a mechanic and let him know what I was in there for. He told me he “couldn’t promise me that I’d get an alignment today and not to get my hopes up” as they farm them out elsewhere. I stated that I had confirmed this was part of the service that I was for sure going to want completed. That didn’t seem to matter and was told “I’m sure whoever you spoke with never called the alignment shop but I guess we can see if we can get you in today.” So why did I make an appointment in the first place if I can’t get the service I’m asking for? I said okay call me and let me know with an estimate on the exhaust at least, and let me know about the other things. My appointment was for 9 am. I heard nothing so I decided to call at 2 pm and was told that they’d still have to look at the other stuff to see what it would cost but the price I was quoted for my exhaust was about double what I expected. Which I understand I wanted something a bit more on the custom side and I also needed a catalytic converter. But I’ve dealt with other shops in my hometown in the past and feel I could’ve got the work done for a much more reasonable price. So my truck sat all day and nothing was done and I had to reach out to find out what was going on, only to be disappointed when I had an appointment weeks in advance. Had I been able to get in touch with Mark I may not have written this but I’m not bashing, just very disappointed in the “service” that I have received, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I would recommend this business to anyone who needs to have any type of service done to their vehicle. I had a 9:30 appt for front brakes and rotors and my vehicle was done by 10:30. The owner and employees were all very friendly as well as the other customers in the waiting area. I chose them because my friend gets her car serviced there so I knew I could trust them to work on mine.

Took my Mitsubishi Mirage to them yesterday for engine shaking, Bill the mechanic said it was a miss and the 3 coils would need replaced and should also replace the spark plugs, Bill hurried the parts since I needed the car by Saturday, called today and said they had the parts and I could come right down. About 30-45 minutes later he came out and said it was ready, Bill said whoever put them in before pinched a wire that finally broke and that was all that was needed, he replaced the spark plugs also. The estimate was originally around $500 (coils are$139 each) my final Bill was $148, they could have charged the whole amount and I probably wouldn’t known, they are very professional, trustworthy and courteous, everyone made you feel at home and comfortable .
