We hosted our company holiday party at their venue downstairs. It was amazing! What a great space! The room was larger than expected, cozy but spacious, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, and overall a great vibe for really any type of party/shower. The hosts were very easy to work with and just really cared about everyone having a great time. I also appreciated the bar set up, the private room in the back for coats, dressings, etc, and the kitchenette in the back. We gave away succulents for party favors and everyone loved them. We highly recommend this place for any party you’re having!

My mom and sister threw my bridal shower at The Root Cellar and it was such a special day. The place is gorgeous and takes minimal decorations because they supply table plants and the space itself is enough to stand on its own without too many embellishments. The succulent bar was also a hit!

One of my favorite shops of all time!! They have a wide variety of plants that always look well taken care of and are very reasonably priced. The store itself is also so beautiful, and I love being greeted by the 2 dogs when I shop there. They also renovated the downstairs into an event venue and it's gorgeous.

Grows on Main’s Root Cellar was a really fun venue with exceptional service in a gorgeous atmosphere! It was a perfect fit for our high school tennis team’s season-ending banquet. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend for any events. We had my sisters baby shower here (she is having her first and had just come back from serving over seas in the army). The venue was beautiful, but they had double booked events. Our event was from 3-6 and when we spoke on the phone they had said it was the only event that day. Around 5:30 the next event came in saying that they were allowed to come in at 4 to start decorating for their party. The what I assume are the owners started throwing things away and taking the trash bags to the back as well as not communicating with us very well. We were rushing our guest out as well as moving things to our cars (as well as my pregnant sister moving heavy things up a flight of stairs with little to no help offered to her). We were still packing our things as the other party was setting up we had to leave a ton of things because at one point we could no longer determine what was ours. They had also carelessly ruined things like our center pieces and a few picture frames and damaged things my mother wanted to keep for her first grandchild’s baby shower. They had started moving our stuff upstairs and we didn’t know it was ours until someone had pointed it out. Never once did they apologize. We had spent a lot of money on the baby shower as well as a good chunk on the venue. I do not recommend truly unorganized and unapologetic. I feel bad for my sister being overseas coming home for a baby shower to celebrate her and it was ruined due to carelessness.

Amazing store! Beautifully renovated and artfully decorated zen garden with deconstructionist decor. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable, and the plants are healthy and affordable. Also a great venue for a party, shower, or club meeting. We celebrated my wife's birthday there in the newly remodeled downstairs, and all the guests raved about the setting. If you're shopping for beautiful plants, or a great event venue, I highly recommend Grows On Main!

I had my first baby shower here. The venue was beautiful but the staff double booked my baby shower and someone else’s birthday party. The staff was completely unprofessional. They told the other party that they could come in at 4 to decorate when our party was booked until 6. The owner and staff broke several of our mementos that we wanted to keep. Being heavily pregnant myself, I was rushing around, going up and down stairs repeatedly to get everything into the car. Overall I’m extremely disappointed. Not only did we put a lot of money into this venue but to inconvenience 2 parties is ridiculous.

I just hosted a shower for my soon to be daughter in law here and it was perfect!! This venue is gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The owner even helped guests carry gifts and a stroller down the steps. They went above and beyond in every way!! Thank you Grows on Main!!

New up and coming shop on Main Street Butler. They have a very wide variety of house plants that are tenderly cared for. The owner is a great resource for all your plant needs, even if you don’t have a green thumb. Offers plant rehab and her expertise even after you leave the store with your new plants. There are multiple vendors that have been brought in to offer a little bit of something for everyone. There is a 3D printer set up for the kids to enjoy and the prints make for great gifts! The vibe in this place is stellar and just an awesome environment to sit and relax.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing! Such a neat and cool addition to main street Butler. The plants show how great they are cared for. Not to mention the manager is well versed and knows their stuff when it comes to the plants. There are also a variety of vendors and a 3D printer in place too, so there’s a gift for everyone! A nice place to pick up a new plant or just to relax and enjoy.

This place is so freaking adorable! After looking at the lovely window displays we entered to find 2 adorable fur babies (dogs). They were so calm, friendly and quiet. So many gorgeous and well maintained plants to look at. And the prices are perfect. Has a "make your own terrarium" station that is fabulous and so many other cute and beautiful trinkets and items. Down stairs they have a space you can rent! It's sooo gorgeous! Would be perfect for baby shower, bridal shower, honestly anything that your looking for a classy boho chic vibe. Even has a bar that's optional. Makes me want to plan an event just to be at a beautiful space surrounded by plants! Owner was so kind amd informative! Can't wait to go back and see wgat new plants come on!! Oh and she has plant there that's over 50 years old! And it's GORGEOUS! (wish I could remember the name". But go check, it out so many cool things to help your plant needs.

I could probably write a novel about how much I love this store! They have an outstanding variety of all sorts of plants in all sizes so it's practically impossible to not find something you like! Also if you've been looking for something that is hard to come by I highly recommend you check here on occasion! Everytime I come in they have something new I've been trying to find for the longest time! The general atmosphere of the store is so cozy and the owner is so nice!!!This place is a must visit!!

Quite a unique place! Has lots of indoor plants between ferns, cacti, pothos, and far more. Also had an area for making your own arrangements, 3d printer, and some artisan wares like plant pins and stickers. Definitely a cool vibe and would love to see more businesses taking chances with a unique approach to gardening.

Awesome couple running this business! Today was my first time in their shop, although I’ve seen them several times (and purchased several times) over the years at local vendor shows. Their shop is so unique—I would love to just hang out there! Stopped in today for a plant that would do well in a window of mine that doesn’t get a ton of sunlight and they had so much to choose from. I can’t wait to go back and buy another plant!

Great selection of houseplants, planters, clothing, and artwork. My house is filled with different plants from over the years that we purchased from Secret Plant Co. The plants are meticulously cared for and aren’t bone dry, unlike the ones you find at home improvement stores or larger nurseries. The 3D printed planters/statues are great for gift giving and the bearded guy who was running the printer had great stories about the history of downtown Butler from the early 1900s! Check out this gem in downtown Butler, you will not be disappointed!

WOW what a great place to go you have to check out the downstairs as well what a great setup they have if you ever want to have just a shower or get together birthday party small wedding looks fantastic down there like you could really have a good time and the plants are to die for very reasonably priced people are very friendly answer all the questions that I had and assured me that if I took care of my plants the way they suggested that I would not kill them lol highly recommend this place grown on main got to stop by and see it
